2 nights stay. Most terrible “5 stars” resort I’ve ever stayed.. all facilities/amenities are rundown, dirty pool, rusty lifts and stained walls. Overall design is poor and feels depressing. Service was average at best. Shame on hyatt group for not properly managing the resort and keeping same standard as in Europe or USA. I am aware Covid-19 impacted the tourism industry but that’s not an excuse for offering such a poor resort and limited services while charging exorbitant prices for food and drinks. And please stop buying fake reviews advertising how luxury and nice is the resort as it is far from reality and a total scam towards your customers. Loïc antoine

Total nightmare. They let their guests play very loud music and karaoke with loud speakers past midnight while they get ridiculously drunk out in the open. The staff won't even stop them, in fact they were trying to protect them. I tried to ask the party to turn down the music and the Hyatt security were protecting the party and attacked me when I tried to walk over to the party to ask them to turn down the music. I didn't even say anything to them and the security grabbed in a very aggressive way that caused me physical injury and open wounds. Seemed like they had a weapon or something in their hands. The security here acts like gangsters. This is what you would expect from a low life bar not not a so called 5 resort.

A beautiful place to relax. We got a club room and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and cocktail hours. Everything was extremely high quality. The service was every bit as good as you would hope for from a 5 star luxury establishment. The pools were great for my kid, and the beach views were fantastic. For negatives, they have a light on the volleyball net that ruins the evening atmosphere for the hammocks. It would be much better without that light. I've never been a fan of Hyatt beds, they are far too hard and I don't sleep well on them. That isn't specific to this location, that is all Hyatts for me, and it is unfortunate since I usually love everything else about the Hyatts I have stayed at, especially the high end ones.

Beautiful food and service. Rooms are quite new and well designed. It's a little far out of town, but if you plan to spend most of your time in the resort it won't be a problem. I absolutely love the view and the sound of the ocean.

I recently spent three nights at this beautiful property. I selected it due to its location between Hoi An and Hue and outside the main hotel zone of Da Nang. It was a perfect location to visit the area and an overall gorgeous property to return to at the end of a touring day. All personnel were very kind and professional. All of the restaurants were very good. If I return to the area, I would stay again.

This is a well appointed beach front property with large grounds. The rooms are really nicely designed and have a comfortable resort style feel to them. They have a very large buffet breakfast which is nice to see after years of covid restrictions on such things. I had some problems with the electrics in my room and management moved me to another room when then couldn't fix it. Conveniently located for three golf courses nearby and also for the airport but probably a 30 to 40 minute taxi ride to Hoi An.

We came here on the beginning of November. The place is very nice, maintained beautifully and has lots of facilities. Service at the front desk is horrifying - on multiple occasions, the staff really failed to help us, provided misleading information and didn’t offer any concessions. The room itself was very nice, however there was a water leak from the ceiling, which wasn’t noticed by the team until we pointed it out. In addition, the seal around the bath tub was loose - again no one said anything. Spa experience was superb - although expensive. Additionally, the mattress was really terrible - too hard and uncomfortable (we spent 2 weeks in Vietnam and this by far was the worst). I think it’s their way of making you get a massage in the spa 😂. Restaurants and food quality are surprisingly good as a whole - but some are overpriced: breakfast is normally 26 USD, which is a lot in a country like Vietnam. While we were there they had a half price promotion though. Looking at the bad reviews here on Google, it’s quite visible that the hotel response is a copy paste for every good or bad review. This is the number 1 sign for bad service.

Highly recommended resort and spa, you have anything you want and they also have the kids activity incase you want to enjoy swimming at the pool or beach or maybe do some other stuff to take care of. The morning glory restaurant was amazing too, the food is ecstatic from buffet to dining. The rooms of the villas and its resort and spa is very highly maintain plus the crew was very hospitable and friendly😊. Love the experience so much

Enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency. The compound is huge and the beach amazingly gorgeous. Weather was hot and the sun rises very early! I loved the choices we had for breakfast at the buffet and the size of the room was amazing. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. My only complaint is that the aircon was a little warm in the room and the function halls.

Stayed here for 2 nights and the service was horrible. Room was outdated with filthy floors, all furniture getting rust and the curtains in the bedrooms are basically useless as the rooms were way to bright which made it difficult for our 2 year old to sleep. The service would have to be the worst service I've ever received at a 5 star resort/hotel. Room service came with no cutlery even though it was requested everytime, asked reception not to call our phone as our toddler was sleeping and they still proceeded to call which inturn woke her up and I had went to the gym and upon finishing requested for a buggy to go back to my room which took over 30 minutes to arrive. No guest should have to wait 30 minutes for a buggy to get from the gym back to the room, the gym reception had to call for a buggy 4 times before it finally arrived. For the price we paid for our stay, this service is unacceptable. Will not recommend and will never be staying at this resort again. Edit: Thanks for the nothing but a horrible experience, I deeply urge everyone not to book here. It will ruin your perception of Da Nang. The only compensation offered for our horrible experience is a generically generated response from a robot.

Dear Miss Tram (Concierge Manager), I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Da Nang, Vietnam, and I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for your exceptional service. During my visit, I accidentally left some of my belongings behind. In a situation that could have easily become stressful, your professionalism and efficiency were a beacon of hope. I am particularly thankful for the proactive steps you took to reach out to me and coordinate the safe transfer of my items to a friend staying at the Pullman Hotel. Your actions not only resolved my issue but also left me with a lasting impression of the outstanding customer service that Hyatt Regency offers. Your attention to detail, prompt communication, and genuine care for guests' needs did not go unnoticed. It is evident that you are dedicated to your role and possess a remarkable ability to make guests feel valued and cared for. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated. Please accept my sincere thanks for your help. You turned a potential inconvenience into a seamless and positive experience, reflecting the best of what hospitality can offer. I will undoubtedly recommend Hyatt Regency to friends and colleagues, largely due to the high standard of service exemplified by professionals like yourself. Thank you once again, Miss Tram, for your exceptional service and for going above and beyond.

I stayed two nights and was so satisfied that I came back to sleep for the last night before leaving the country. The staff try their best to meet my needs. so kind and sweet. The facilities are absolutely fine! It was my first time in Da Nang and I wanted to experience in many places, but I thought I didn't have to go anywhere else after sleeping here on the first day, so I came back. I'm going to come back with my parents later.

My review is with specific reference to the fitness centre. I had a 1 hour complimentary boxing and fitness class with Binh Dang today. His skills and passion and engagement with me was outstanding. The facility is wonderful including the sauna steam rooms and hot and cold plunge pools . Well equiped gym and lap pools as well. Very good .

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for four days with my family. First of all, the landscape was so good and the room condition was good. One more impressive thing was that my nephew who went with me suddenly got very sick. My nephew was so sick that he couldn't eat anything. So I urgently needed porridge for my nephew to give him medicine. So I asked the staff who work Hyatt Regency Club Room Lounge urgently. She made porridge for my nephew so thankfully. I couldn't even ask her name. I think I came back my home without expressing enough gratitude. Although it is not enough English sentence, I would like to express my gratitude once again.

Beautiful location, staff, amenities and food. All round perfect place to stay. Several different places to eat, beach side location, private club pool for regency membership, large public pool for regular residents, a variety of breakfast buffets to choose from across the resort, a cute little bakery shop selling delicious cakes, a fitness centre and a beautiful spa. Perfect for anyone from families to singles.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights between November 24 to November 28. The rooms were amazing. We stayed in E223, E224 and E225. We had an amazing view of the beach and the pools. Sadly due to the rain, we couldn't enjoy much of the property. We had the club access, and the breakfast and dinner were amazing. What I like: kids club, friendly staff (Mr. Seven - our bellman and co were amazing!). What I did not like: the TV did not have smart features. How can a Hyatt owned facility not have smart TVs? Youtube, Netflix, etc. Let's get this upgraded ASAP Hyatt! I would give the rooms 5 stars if with this upgrade.

Bad attitude and facility. I stayed there 3 days & 2 nights, they did clean up room on the 2nd day until I requested so. The sofa was worn out, there were spider webs on the pictures on the wall, swimming pool was full of leaves…We had tea breaks during meetings, the male bartender at the bar was not eager to serve Vietnamese, he was only interested in foreigners 😬

Amazing hospitality We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience from the quick effective check in through to departure. we were upgraded to the club lounge for our stay and used it every morning and evening for the delicious breakfast and evening light buffets. The layout of this spacious hotel in its tropical location has been well thought out in design that gave us the feeling of staying in a modern immaculate village rather than a hotel resort. Out of the numerous swimming pools our favourite was the pool next to the spa/gym which was always empty and is surrounded by beautiful architecture with lush garden area. We would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families alike and will not hesitate to return if the opportunity again arises.

We really loved the character of Hyatt Regency Resort Danang. Our group of 3 families had an amazing new year reunion dinner couple days ago. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside made our day. This lovely is our first choice among others, always.

service is impeccable, both during the stay and after. we accidentally left something in the room and they emailed me asking where they should ship it so we could get it back. resort and room were extremely clean and well-maintained. amenities were awesome. also, special shoutout to Ethan - he provided a great check in experience and made us feel right at home from the start. we will definitely be back

The hotel is v beautiful in particularly the landscaping. Some rooms may need to be refreshed since the hotel is already almost ten years old. We changed our room once as it was a bit run down. Nevertheless the services of their staffs are superb, u just can’t find fault/flaws! We requested to change room, we reported bulbs’ faulty and toilet basin water flow issues, they attended to them almost immediately w/o delay. We asked for a portable heater, it came in no time, Impressed! They only have 3 restaurants in the hotel. It is rather few, considering the sheer size of the hotel. We only been to one of them that serves buffet breakfast. The quality of the bf was incredible! Full of choices! Nice coffee, delicious dessert, yummy. The lunch and dinner there also v good. Although they aren’t cheap. We spend 5 nights there at end Jan 2023. Weather was supposed to be good, but turned out to be otherwise. Rained 60% of the time. It was a real pity, otherwise we would have been able to make better use of the hotel’s facilities, particularly the 3 pools and beach. The hotel is a bit far from the town. But the Grab services there is real good and efficient and not too pricey. So it wasn’t a problem at all commuting around. If weather is good, this is the hotel to go for, so u can make good use of the facilities and beaches. Otherwise u may want to consider hotel in the city instead.

Fantastic place with a great beach. Breakfasts are also good, and the room is adequate and relaxing. on the other hand, the room can be freezing in the winter with no heater in the room, and the water temperature is not stable frequently and can be burning sometimes.

I've been twice now, and both times, I've had an amazing time! The resort itself is beautiful, the food is delicious and the rooms are clean. Service is always great - they are kind, attentive and respectful. Will definitely be going back in the future!

Super nice resort. Staff is nice and professional. Pool and private beach is beautiful. They have small coffee and connivence store in the resort, restaurants are nice. You must try the spa, super nice ambiance and great services. We had a very nice stay there. Location is a bit far from downtown but perfect for relaxing.

Booked the 3 bedroom villa on the beach. But it's not on the beach. You to walk across some vegetated area, so watch out for thorns in your feet, because they don't provide slippers (or a beach bag). The villa itself is quite nice, but ours has lots of stains all over and even cigarette burns on the sofa. The free internet is free, mostly free from a usable connection. I had to buy an esim phone service from viettel to get proper internet access (Vinphone was not good in this location), or work in the upstairs bedroom which seemed to be the only place the WiFi speed is sufficient for a teams call. Also, if you are accustomed to toilets with water spray option, they don't have them here either. And if you need to shower twice a day, remember to bring your own shampoo and body wash. The provided bottles are so small, you will have to use plain water or soap otherwise. On a positive note, the staff have been great and the sea is warm inviting. This resort was probably amazing when first opened, but is showing its age in the villas. I'm not sure whether they have recovered from the 2 year COVID pause, as this could be the reason for the concerns I raised. It's quite possible they have not got round to the details as they ramp back up. Not sure how the hotel rooms are. Hope this helps inform your choice of where to stay!!

Stayed in with Office colleagues nad the property is amazing. Large spaces, several pools, well maintained rooms and large spacious rooms. Food and Bar service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a bit far from the hustling city which is around 15-30 minutes if you want to get to Hoi An or Peninsula regions.

Great views at a good price. Satisfactory standard of food and amenities. Rooms were however a little old and not very well maintained (doors were hard to shut, rusty or dirty corners, too many mosquitos). Hotel facilities were not well maintained too but generally still good stay. Staff were great though 1 of them at breakfast beverage station was kinda rude. Spa staff and price were good too. Would prefer more amenities and if they had kept the hotel better maintained for the crowd.

The rooms are modern, well maintained, have great amenities which make good use of the space. We were in a King with Ocean View, which I’d say is more of a junior suite actually with a sitting area and a walk-in closet. Bathroom had both a shower and bathtub, as well as his and hers sinks. The ocean view was amazing - easily a hotel where you could spend a lot of time in the room! The beach area was again great, large and clean sand, and the pool was large and had plenty of sun loungers. The pool is starting to show its age but they seemed to be actively working on it at the time. Pool service was great! One suggestion is to have larger bottles or refillable shampoo, shower gel, conditioner etc. - these came in very small 30ml bottles which were essentially single use. Staff at reception, the bellboys and security were great, very helpful, friendly and warm. Breakfast and the restaurant were also very good. The resident cats and kittens were my favourite part - very friendly and cute!

We stayed at the Residences side - got a huge 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment. Grounds were very nice. We especially like the pool areas - feels like living in a billionaire's/drug lord compound. The location is *just* out of the main My Khe Beach area, but it's only a less than ten minute drive away. Besides, being out of the main area means more peace and quite. We literally had the whole beach to ourselves one day. Would recommend!

I had a trip with family to Danang and my stay was enjoyable. The service was really good for me. My kid was excited water slides in resort. I don't know why large resort but the playground for kids is super small and the main swimming pool seems to have deteriorated. There were many patterns of bricks falling from the pool wall, very dangerous for kids.
