Good Location, just opposite the Beach. Staff is friendly, price is very reasonable for 5 star hotel, room is clean, my room when stayed here is on the corner and the view is very amazing, minus 1 star for my review is: i dont feeling stay at 5 star hotel, its look like 4 star feeling rather than 5 star, breakfast foods is ok, standard foods & taste.

Slightly old, but still very well maintained. Right opposite of awesome beach. Must note that entire hotel is a non smoking area.

very big and spacious room right in front of the beach. many attractions aroundnHotel, massage parlors, restaurants, supermarkets. Grace messaged us after booking and she has been very helpful and accommodating to our vegetarian diets . she made sure that we are happy and had a pleasant stay. 10/10

We are a group of vegetarians and they made some special food for us in case the buffet was not enough. Food was simple but we were happy. We shared with another table who were also vegetarians and didn’t request. Overall it was good value for money.

4 stars for a four star hotel as it certainly lives up to its rating. Rooms are well equipped and squeaky clean. Service is impeccable and a big shout out to Stella for looking after our every need.

Located right on the beach.Gives good view of the sea .Rooms are spacious with all amenities.Buffet breakfast is lavish spread with choice for everybody. Pool is well maintained with clean water. Does not have lunch or dinner facility and one has to venture out for dining in nearby restaurants and coffee shops which are located in close proximity. Recommended.

I loved the stay !!! very budget friendly hotel with very good services and ample amount of supplies , smooth check in . Special thanks to Ms. Nhi and Nguyet . ( attaching photos ) The man of the lobby Mr. Hui, he was amazing best person to know places around the city. Best part is The hotel has got ocean view and luckily we got the sea view room .

Eden hotel very nice location but service not good, management worst, Manager Worst, I stayed in that hotel around 2 am fire alarm Buzz and we all guest rushed to ground floor, everyone was frightened and shocked,end up with worst nightmare, thanks we were safe fire was extinguished but no one in management talked with us,there was nobody to understand the problem we faced

Had a 3 days, 2 night stay in a spacious room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. The room are modern, adequate and clean. However, the additional facilities such as the gym, swimming pool and sky bar is not that great. Overall, a solid 3-star stay.

Good location and so nice staff. We had a small problem in washroom at midnight. They accommodated us very well.Tks again and will come back next time.

The lobby looks dated but the room was nice, bed comfortable, large bathroom. Location opposite the seaside. Only complaint is the lifts are slow, although there were 4 of them, waiting time is long.

Hotel location is one of the prime locations of the beach, too bad the hotel services was quite poor... the front desk serviceman didn't even speak well in English where here supposedly to be the tourist areas!! Please work on it. The room is quite big but I stay there for three nights no any room service at all?!! How can this happen!!? Please update your servicemen on this matter as well.

The place is very high tier of a 4 star location. Highly polished facilities that have very few readily obvious issues. The main problem i have seen thus far is the bed being a bit too hard. If you are here at the weekend, you will hear partying outside, but the sound isolation is very good.

Facilities were good but the staff was not attentive and helpful it was difficult for us to communicate with them and they didn't care much . Also the housekeeping wasn't good, during checkout they doubted us of taking the toiletries without checking the room properly as it was all in the bathroom. Even after housekeeping the bed seemed to be dirty. The buffet was average. Would be Little difficult to recommend this place. But would definitely love to visit Da Nang, it's a beautiful place.

Quiet once. Look like an old hotel but the room is nice, big room, big twin bed, some service is not available such as a sauna. Over all is OK.

Good hotel, nice breakfast and clean rooms. Very helpful staff, the few of them that can speak English. No dinner though, but nearby restaurants and little local shop for food. Good that they have no-smoking policy! Recommend!

The location is great! Ocean front view and the breakfast buffet is full of various options.

Amazing location. Right in front of the beach. Many supermarkets nearby are open 24hrs. Indian restaurants are also within walking distance.
