First class service from start to finish. shuttle to the airport and free breakfast on the 3rd. Don't forget the pool on the roof and an awesome view of the ocean and beaches. Didn't have time for the spa. But maybe next visit. Only thing i would change is the complimentary drink when you arrive. Would be nice if they asked what you would like instead of just giving some bottled juice for the supermarket.

Just spend 5 days here and it was great. The hotel is nice and clean, take the ocean view room, sunrise/ sunset great view on the balcony. Location is very good from seafood restaurants to local restaurants and convient store, one minute walk from the beach. Morning buffet was really nice, lots of diversity. And most of all the Staff, they are all kind, friendly and helpful, specially the front desk and one person in particular « Lisa », she is just amazing, thank you for your hard work on my credit card issue. Overall very good place to stay, i really recommended and will definitely come back.

My hubby and me stayed here from 25/1/2023 to 30/1/2023, the hotel staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast spread was varied and nice . The ocean view from our room was majestic and can see the Lady Buddha from our balcony. Danang is worth to come again for relaxation. I will come again and stay in Diamond Sea again

The best stay I’ve had so far…we stayed in danang for 3 weeks and tried out so many other hotels, and we just always kept going back to diamond sea hotel. The price is good, and it’s so much worth the value you get from it. The room is clean and big, staff are very friendly. Love the outdoor pool and their sky bar. We spent some times there cuz there were some days rainy. Overall it’s a very good experience. Highly recommended!

Had to leave a review because this was absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the cashiers, technicians, to the door man; the kindest and most helpful staff we’ve encountered. Really nice breakfast buffet and a nice sitting area as well. Really beautiful upstairs pool on the 20th floor.

Excellent hotel. Great spacious rooms. Clean well kept. Staff was wonderful and helped is out as much as they could, went above and beyond. Great rooftop pool and bar with views both over the beach and city. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel could not be better. It is right on the beach and within minutes of the city. The rooms are superbly well equipped and clean. The staff here really do go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to assist with anything they can. Bella was a little ray of sunshine and the manager, Harrison, helped us by organising a boat trip on the river to see the dragon Bridge at night. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Had such a great time staying at the diamond sea hotel, Tracey and other staff were amazing the whole stay - helping us find specific shops to buy necessities for our trip. The breakfast was great quality and the city view room was pretty at night.

We stayed here in July, the location is amazing and the staff was friendly. The pool was good, and the ocean view from our room was amazing. However, we had to wait 2 days for them to fix the fridge, and once they changed it, it was still the same. They charge us for the ice, even when they knew the fridge wasn't working, so we had to buy ice every day from a nearby store, and, on top of that the bathtub was leaking pretty bad. This is an overrated place.

I stayed in the modern hotel on Good Friday April 14, 2017. The hotel is within half an hour taxi drive from the Da Nang Airport. The front desk spoke good English and were friendly. My sea view room was spacious, but I liked the balcony more. It commanded a good night and day view. The sea view "4U" seafood restaurant is just opposite the hotel. If you only need to feed the stomach, the restaurants near the hotel are cheaper. I loved to hear the waves while strolling the beach at night. I enjoyed watching the sunrise and the beach side activities from my balcony. The roof top pool is small but the ambience is great.

Hotel is clean and in a good location, but unfortunately not very well thought out. Loud construction going on next door, but no soundproofing on the windows. The hotel should at least provide guests with earplugs. Only two lifts for a very busy hotel means it takes a long time to get in and out, or to breakfast, or to the bar. The gym equipment is old, and the gym has no air conditioning or towels. The corridors strangely play music, which can be heard from inside the room. However, the corridors have no air conditioning despite the corridors being hot and stuffy. Our shower was over a bathtub, which due to the design meant the water leaked everywhere in the bathroom.

Great lobby and nice touch with the welcome drink. The swimming pool area is decent and has a great sea view. The hotel itself is good but getting to show some ageing. The lower point was my room view: straight to scaffolding (a meter away) to a new building.

I’m gonna give 4 stars but read before you book! I booked the hotel with a 3rd party since the website showed fully booked all time, even though it was not! If you’re going there make sure that you have a sea view room. It was very nice, view was amazing, big and clean. The rooftop bar was super nice and a good happy hour too. We had to take an upgrade because the regular room was horrible to be honest. Tiny window, super dark. The lobby was very nice too.

Great location just three mins to the beach as explained. However, there are only two elevators and no specific one for contractors and hotel staff; hence too much waiting time for just go g pool, restaurants, and lobby. Also the room service quality is just ok. Not recommended level.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The beach was in front of the hotel and the location was very convenient. I was accommodated with an early check-in and provided with refreshments while waiting which was a nice gesture. I stayed from 22/8 to 26/8 and throughout my stay the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Diamond Sea Hotel to anyone looking!

Location was perfect directly across from My Khe Beach, restaurants and bars. The pool have amazing views of the beach and the Sky bar have great city views where you can see the Dragon bridge breathe Fire and Water at 9pm. Pool was nice area to grab a drink from Sky bar. Happy hour 4-7pm with buy one get one free drinks. Room was spacious and clean. Great breakfast with hot and cold selections and a variety of fruits and drinks. The staff was amazing, Lisa and Amie helped us with the map and things to do around the areas. The door man and kitchen staff was also friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend to our family and friends.

I had the most amazing stay here with my family, the staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and approachable. They really exceeded my expectations. Made my baby nephews experience a joyful one. The view from my hotel room was phenomenal, totally worth the extra price (ocean view premier room). The only downfall I would say is the breakfast options is as very limited, other than that our stay was amazing. They also gave us free massage and drinks vouchers which was nice! Loved it! Would recommend this hotel 100%.

Friendly helpful staff. Perfect location in front of the beach. Good hotel breakfast. Good tv channels in English. Very comfortable king size bed. Big room. Great views from the top swimming pool area. Small swimming pool. Only 2 lifts in hotel so have to wait a bit sometimes. Overall we would stay here again for its great value, good room size, friendly service staff and location 👍🏻🏆😁 We stayed here 28/5 to 5/6/2023. The hotel also sent us a nice welcome fruit basket 👏🏻😊

This is a recommended hotel. Nice and clean rooms, and the view is absolutely magical as you can see over the beach and the sea. The location is good for both the beach and the city centre. The employees are polite and service minded. The selection at breakfast is also good.

Breakfast was good with varieties of food, fruits, vegetables and dishes, and yummy in a sunny cozy restaurant buffet style. The superior room was also pleasant and comfortable with WiFi and amenities of goods. Sky roof-top poolside was very relaxing and has very amazing nice ocean view with fresh juice served by hotel kind guy attendant. It was all good and very much satisfied with them. Really enjoyed our stay at the diamond sea hotel. From the second we pulled up in the taxi to the moment we left the staff who work there are incredible and so are the rooms and the rooftop pool. John and Bella who work front of house are great. Every single person in the hotel is amazing at their jobs always smiling and always happy to help. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Really good value hotel. Nice breakfast and pool, amazing staff, and good location. The gym has a decent view of the fire breathing dragon show if you don’t want to watch it up close. We wish we did that instead since it was crazy crowded and so humid the night we went to see it

Just had a 2 night stay at the hotel ...The room I had was very clean and spacious .... The breakfast was very varied with many different foods .... The staff were very helpful and polite ... Across the road was the beach and many restaurants .... All in all a good hotel and location

Was here for 3 nights in february 2021.Loved it! My room did not face the ocean. Which is perfect for me as it reduces street noise. The room was well appointed. I especially love the electric bidet seat. Japanese quality left me super clean. Despite small crowds due to covid, the buffet was very good. Lots of selection. Food was fresh and delicious. There's a small gym with limited equipment. The pool is on the roof and very nice. The water was cold in February as it's not heated. But should be fine most of the year when the weather's hot.

Nice breakfast, clean rooms, great pool, helpful desk. Location is great just outside the beach. Can go to the beach for dinner and drinks. If want local fare can walk to the alley behind. Minus one star as a feedback. If don't provide airport transport service then don't advertise on Klook as providing such.

I felt very well. Kind, helpful staff, clean, comfortable room, sophisticated environment and delicious breakfast... Cozy, clean pool and bar on the roof. Excellent hotel, the rooms have nice decorations and view of the sea was beautiful. Breakfast was good. My room's balcony door was not very secure, so during the rainy season there was strong wind, producing a loud whistling sound. The staff although not so fluent in English still helped us solve the issue. Good service, highly recommend the hotel

Absolutely great hotel with stunning view over the coast of Da Nang from the big balcony. Rooms very spacious, clean and well equipped. Bathroom new and nice. Breakfast buffet with big variety of basically everything that you could think of. Location also great. Just across the street is My Khe beach, the best beach in Da Nang. Restaurants next door. Motorbike rent from hotel too. Free airport shuttle. Just great!

This is a 4-star hotel so the quality and facilities are in the same range to other hotel in the area, it is very crowded in the summer due to the high demand from other areas of Vietnam when they want to take their children and family, also companies to the famous beach cities like Da Nang. And this will result in the bad hospitality and services due to their limited manpower. However, the demand is still high and high over years.

It was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely come back here next time I’m in Da Nang. - Staff are well-trained. Exceptional customer service compared to my general experience traveling Vietnam. - Room and general areas are clean. - Cross the street and you’re right on the beach. - The beach front room has a magnificent view and cute little sitting area for watching sunrise on the beach. - Rooftop pool is clean and nice. - Breakfast buffet is tasty with a variety of food that are mixed up daily so you won’t have the same stuff every day. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

The view from our balcony was great! We could enjoy also the sound of the sea since the street tends to be quite, just sometimes we could hear the noise of a bar near but about traffic is quite silent. We didn't enjoy the full service in breakfast the first days but i guess it was because they almost didn't have guests. Service was helpful when renting motorbike and also very kind.
