Simple value hotel that is opposite the popular beach with lots of other value hotels and seafood restaurants. But most of the bigger seafood restaurants can be expensive. Easy to move around town using Grab rides or taxis. Do not expect too much of the hotel but it has all the necessary amenities.

This place was by far the greatest place we stayed while in vn. We stayed at some other 5 star places and none of them. Come close to the feel of the beach hotel. We were treated like absolute royalty. The staff were amazing beyond words ALL OF THEM. The buffet was great the rooftop bar has wonderful views. And the laundry service was amazing our. Clothes smelled so nice and fresh. Tom the doorman was our favorite what a class act this man and a smile that could stop a bus.

We booked a king suite with balcony. The room had amazing views, was kept clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and lovely. We were a bit hesitant as vegetarians but the chef prepared vegetarian meals for us everyday for breakfast and made sure we did not feel left out :) The receptionist made all arrangements for us like booking a driver, motorbike rental, helping us with attraction tickets, etc. What makes Vietnam stand out from other SEA countries is its people and the staff was a testimony of that. We loved the location of the hotel and the breathtaking views from the balcony. Total value for money. Highly recommend.

Nice room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Since the AC turns off when you leave the room (key activated) we would return to our room as an oven. It would take about 30 minutes for the room to be comfortable again. Waterfront room so we get morning sun and the AC couldn’t keep up. Pool was out of service which was part of why we chose to stay here. To add insult to injury on the way out the doorman said he would get our ride to the airport who said we would pay the price of a grab and when we get there he of course charged more…

Place has an amazing view but the windows had a protective layer which was filled with bubbles which spoilt the view. An amazing view of the sunrise nevertheless. As other comments mentioned, the air-conditioning switches off when you leave the room so expect to come back to an oven especially when you leave for breakfast. Room wasnt state of the art but was quite old fashioned. The bathtub had a little rust and the toilet bowl flushing handle was a little broken (couldve been just the room I used). The food during breakfast was mediocre. For freshly made food, they have a noodle station and egg station. They do have a variety of bread and a salad station alongside rice, noodles and other dishes. Their coffee and other juices are nothing impressive but itll get the job done. Their service is good. Ask them about things to do around the area or how to get to certain places and they would recommend some nice areas and services. Pool was small but the view was nice. The gym wasnt air-conditioned and had limited equipment.

I've been wanting to write this review since I left this place a couple of months ago. So I'll start with I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel that was so service driven in my life. I've never been treated with such respect and care by staff in a hotel. They bent over backward to make my stay a great one. The hotel was very nice and my room was beautiful with a great view overlooking the ocean. I got to watch an amazing sunrise and sunset every morning. The morning breakfast was amazing with many food options to choose from. They had to roll me to my room every morning after breafast...lol. I want to personally thank the staff ( especially at the front desk) for helping me and making me feel like a guest supposed to feel like in a 4-star hotel. I miss you all and I will definitely be back because of the love I felt being there. I want to say hello to Ly , Trinh, and Cindy you were all amazing to me and part of the reason why I enjoyed my stay.

Absolute disaster! The blinds wouldn’t close so people from the next hotel could see into our room. So many electronic things didn’t work or only partially worked. We booked a “deluxe double” and they tried to give us a twin room with two twins pushed together. We didn’t have hot water. The A/C didn’t work. We had live crickets in the room. The staff were minimally helpful, we ended up leave and booking another hotel, they refused to do even a partial refund.

Lovely stay at the hotel. When we asked for a second room key we received a bit of push back (run out of extra keys, giving one is standard). We pushed to get a second key and eventually they obliged. Hotel is a little bit dated but that certainly didn't affect the stay. Great location. AWESOME view! Million dollar view (see photos in my review). I really enjoyed the breakfast. Nice space and lots of local cuisine :) would definitely stay again.

Fantastic service, staff is friendly and very attentive to make sure you are happy with your staff. Good location just across street from the beach. Great views from rooftop pool. Rooms are nice, clean and well maintained. I received an upgrade to an ocean view room on a high floor. Bed is comfortable, nice sheets. Bathroom had good towels & full set of amenities. I could hear honking from the road below, but it didn't disturb my sleep. Breakfast room is busy, quality and selection are good. Several hot dishes & made to order eggs. Lots of restaurants, massage shops and stores nearby.

One of the hotels right in front of the beach. The stay comes with a breakfast buffet, mainly Vietnamese dishes. The rooms were nice, the view was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I just wish there was a jacuzzi. There are cool buttons you push if you wanted the room to be cleaned or if you did not want to be disturbed. The bathroom wall was a glass so you can see right through into the room/bathroom, but there was a curtain to close for privacy as well. They had a lot of free items in the bathroom; toothbrushes/paste, comb, a sewing kit, flat cotton cleaners, q tips and even a shaver with shaving cream. Price for hotel was affordable, would stay here again.

One of the best hotel I have stayed when I going to Da Nang city 3 times. The hotel is nearby My Khe Beach that I can go swimming and relaxing. Receptionists who are friendly and professional, ready to help me anytime I need. The restaurant serves by buffet with many options. I stay at a suite double room with the nice sea view and cleaned everyday. I would like to recommned everyone who go to the peaceful city like Danang should stay at that hotel. One at Le Hoang Beach hotel, always best option

Everything is very good. Front desk staff was amazing at making my stay perfect in every way they could. Especially, Ms Lucy, Chi and Mr Vien. They are very friendly and helpful. We will come back here in the future

Very old hotel with mismatched decor, as if they commissioned 2 designers who were at conflict with each other. Food spread of the buffet was lacklustre and were often cold. Only good thing about the hotel is that it is walkable to the beach. Nothing interesting to see around the hotel too. Borrowed their umbrellas due to the rain but 2/3 were spoilt. One had holes in them and the other cannot close properly. Wouldn't recommend this rundown hotel.

Gym was basically abandoned with all the equipment essentially non functional and the rooftop bar advertised looked like construction was given up on it years ago. Buffet food cold and service was questionable. They charged us for a missing spoon when there was only one to start with. We told them that but they said we had to report it missing when we first noticed. Location is boring. It is just opposite a beach but there is barely anything to do. The hotel is also next to a trashed construction site.

The room was spacious, with a huge bed and a nice view on the sea. Everything went well until check out. Not only we bought a room package with drinking water included (and we didn't drink even 1 bottle of water), but they charged us for a bottle we didn't even drink! Probably the cleaning staff didn't fill properly the fridge before we got the room. We shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes. To the hotel management: you should make sure the fridges are filled properly and that buying a package with drinking water included means that. It is false advertisement otherwise.

Stay 4 nights, The hotel is maintained well and clean. Staff are friendly, breakfast tastes good. Highly recommended to everyone.

SUMMARY: Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an ocean view, excellent service, and a large comfy room at a great price point. ROOM & VIEW: I stayed on the 16th floor; the view is amazing, especially for this price point. No shortage of Instagram worthy pics here. The room is large, and the bathroom has a rainfall shower above and a handheld showerhead on a wall fixture. Plenty of desk space, large comfy bed, and a couple of upholostered chairs to get work done or relax and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or tea at the table by the massive windows. Wifi is average for a hotel. Sometimes super speedy, sometimes laggy. It's a good idea to have a backup if you need to get some work done. I just used my phone as a hotspot when the wifi was sluggish. LOCATION: It's directly across the street from the beach, and there's a convenience store a minute or two walk away. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. STAFF: The staff are friendly and helpful. The receptionists on both shifts greet you with a warm smile and go above and beyond to assist you. David is an exceptional steward, solution-oriented, and fun to chat with. Housekeeping did an excellent job; Hoang speaks good English, has excellent listening skills, and pays attention to detail. RESTAURANT/BAR: The bar serves great mixed drinks, although there are only a couple types of beer available. The one time I was able to order from the restaurant before it closed, the food was delicious. Just be aware that it closes at 1pm and the bar closes at 5pm, so room service hours are limited. CONCLUSION: Exceptional room, view, staff, and value makes this hotel a great choice if you're staying in Da Nang and want to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

The staff are amazing Especially the beautiful natured Lucy who done everything to make my stay perfect. Vien and Son also deserve special mention since they recommended local restaurants, bars etc for me to go , nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff . The hotel has everything you could wish for and is perfectly located just 30 seconds from the beach. I have only left 45 minutes ago and already missing it.

The staff at this hotel are attentive to the needs of guests, are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and tidy. We had a king suite with an ocean view from the balcony which was gorgeous. The hotel is right across the street from the beach so it’s a great location and there are tons of restaurants nearby. There are also many other hotels nearby so there’s no shortage of rooftop bars. I went to several rooftop bars in the city which is one of my favorite things to do in Da Nang. I would stay here at Le Hoang Beach hotel again. Located very conveniently on the main beach area in Da Nang, it is only about 5 km from the airport. Also a 5 min ride to other attractions - Dragon bridge, Some Tra night market and city centre. The staff were super polite and helped in all the requests - taxi to Ba Na hill, scooter rental, car rental, vegetarian breakfast. Never seen so polite staff ever. One can walk to the beach in literally 2 mins, just across the road. Balcony rooms have a great sunrise view and a 180 degree vista of the beach. Only downside of the hotel - other rooms might not have a great view, and rooftop pool and bar are not great. We skipped. The hotel overall exceeded expectations. If in Da Nang, make sure you are staying at the beach.

Perfect beach facing hotel. You just have to cross the road (50 steps) and you will be on the beach. The terrace pool is also good.

No it was not ok,let me put in points. 1. Booked sea view rooms but given partial view rooms. 2. One of the rooms had been smoked in and smelt terrible. Spoke to reception and they said that a new room would be available at 7pm, we went out till then and came back to be told that it was no longer available and had to sleep in the smelly room. 3.We were moved the next day to 2 new rooms with sea views but one had very bad window tinting and you couldn't see out. 4. The room we were in had ripped curtains and the wallpaper was peeling off. 5. The whole place needs a revamp and some serious TLC given to it. 6. We had run ins with some off the staff but did have 1 really nice man on reception who tried very hard. 7. Breakfast was just ok they need to get a better selection and maybe go have a look at what other hotels nearby are doing

Good location and clean hotel. We were given a corner room but one of the windows were faulty as they weren't sealed properly and I could hear everything from outside! It was on the 14th floor and yet at 3 in the morning I could hear karaoke from the streets! I couldn't sleep that night, and when I went downstairs to speak to someone, there was no one there! Even after calling via the room phone. We let the reception and guest services manager know the next day and all they did was open and close the window, claiming that it wasn't closed properly the night before! Ridiculous! I checked the window countless times prior to make sure it was closed properly. If you're looking for a rooftop pool then fair enough, but a decent nights sleep... Well... Good luck with that!

Super nice and friendly staff who really want you to enjoy your stay. The room has the biggest bed we've ever seen and it's also very comfortable. Nice view from the room overlooking the beach and the city.

The stay was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. My friend and I stayed in the double twin suite. The property allows easy access to My Khe beach and has many seafood restaurants nearby. Cindy (Guest Relation Officer) was very kind and helpful. Thank you for everything!

We booked 3 nights on first week of November with several requested as high floor, balcony, full ocean view, king bed plus 1 twin, pick up at airport. Ms Li did all that with no hick up, I am very satisfied during the stay. All hotel staff personnel from Le Hoang Hotel are very friendly and always happy to extended the help when ever we needed. The room is clean and fresh. Breakfast is tasty high quality food with nice environment . Best of all, hotel offered free transportation back to Danang airport since we stayed 3 night. We are very please and my wife suggested to come back next year. Thanks to Ms Li and all the hotel staff personnel.

We have spent 4 night in this hotel and it was great. The hotel offers great view and room service with very reasonable priced food. The breakfast is great, you can chose what you like coz of many kinds of different food. They also have amazing rooftop pool with amazing view. You can also visit bar above the pool so there is everything you need on the last floor... Also gym. The staff here is really great and kind. We had no problem during the stay. You can also rend motorbike near by which give you freedom - staff will tell you where. Definitely recommend this place
