This is scam! My family booked 16 seats car for 1 day city tour in Danang but they totally missed this booking until we called them via the phone number in the website- 1 hour later the driver came on 9 seats car with no explanation or sorry... we could not get in this car because my family have totally 12 peoples ???? of course we could not get the refund for deposit anymore. No respond from them until now,

Kha Tran was recommended to us by a friend. From the very first email contact we had Kha Tran was great and extremely helpful. Kha Tran recommended sites for us to visit and organized our airport transfers, sight seeing and tours around our already pre planned dates and activities. Everything was done for us in all of the 3 cities we visited (Danang, Hue, Hoian). All of the guides were very informative, fun and helpful. Kha Tran was easily contactable at all times while we were in Vietnam and all of the guides and drivers happily accommodated all our requests. We had an awesome time and would most certainly recommend this company to anyone visiting this wonderful country. We will most definitely be back.

THIS IS A SCAM. They are supposed to send the car over to our hotel. But they claimed that driver was sicked. Fine. We grab there. And IT’S NOT THE CAR WE BOOKED. It turned up to be a super old, mucky, no petrol, small car, WE CAN EVEN SMELL PETROL INSIDE THE CAR. At first we couldn’t even start the car. VERY GOOD! At the end we requested for refund. And they still don’t understand us. PLEASE AVOID THIS AGENCY.

This place is a shining example of how a car rental company should be ran. Exemplary service throughout, especially from the woman who answered the phone call. Would use again 10/10

We had booked 16 seats mini bus for this trip to Hue the day before and everything went smoothly. Our driver Dung arrived on time to pick us up from the hotel and stops at the way to Hue so we could take pictures He was very kind, spoke well and explained a lot to us during our trip. The car is very clean and he is driving safely. thanks a lot for renting a car.

Freaking scam. Paid deposit, and asked for receipt, fail to produce receipt. Was promised a altis, got a smaller car with spoilt petrol gauge. Asked to pay 10usd to deliver the car to hotel, but on that day, company said driver was sick to deliver the car, and still wanted to charge for the delivery. FREAKING SCAM

My wife and I chose 4 seats Toyota of Kha Tran car rental service to transfer from Hue to Hoi An. We are very pleased with your service. Thanks for Phuong driver, he is very thoughtful and professional. He stopped at the picturesque places for us to have fun sightseeing and taking pictures. SCAM! On drop-off in February 2020 they kept 140 USD of our deposit - as they claim for overspeed 3 times during rental (how they know?). But they promised that if for one month no fine receipt has been received, they would have refund 140 USD to us by bank transfer (Vietnam to Poland). Then they stoped to answer our several mails and WhatsApp messages for 2 months. No fines receipt nor money was sent. Avoid!
