I don't understand why this place is perfect. Rosamia hotel that ruined family trip is the worst. If I had traveled alone with a friend, I would have reported it to the police until the end. But the hotel finally refused to report the police. I was traveling with my family, and I was traveling in Danang for my parents' wedding anniversary and I requested make up room service. When we arrived our room, we were robbed by the cleaner staff of the hotel on the first day. He said we were robbed and he understood our situation first, and it took half a day to check his CCTV records. The hotel just told us to wait. Apparently there's a one-day tour, so even though I told about tour time, the hotel said it couldn't compensate me. I had to explain the situation in English without any communication. We said we had a schedule in Danang, but even though it was a mistake in the hotel, it took a lot of time for the hotel to check and we ruined the day of the trip. Obviously, the hotel's attitude, even though CCTV confirmed that our employees were taking our stuff, was a mistake by the staff and made us liars. The Vietnamese female employee, who interprets in the middle, even cried suddenly, telling us not to told us as Vietnamese thieves in Korean, and my parents were very embarrassed. I didn’t know that situation. We're victims. I planned my family trip to be free and I regret it now. And I am sorry to my parents. It is my mistake to book rosaria hotel and the attitude of the hotel is very angry now. Anyway, since the item was stolen, I think the first thing to do is to say sorry for hotel mistake. The hotel manager who came to the room at the evening told that when I said the item was missing, I checked it and the cleaning staff said they would wait the next day and apologize. When I asked again the next day(because cleaning staff wasn’t there), he said he never said that. Our family heard that he said staff will apologize. The hotel manager made us liars. Furthermore, the cleaning staff say that there was a pink box and I threw it away, but at first I didn't even see the box, and later I checked the CCTV and said there was nothing in the box. Obviously, there were some duty-free items and camera items I bought in there, along with receipts and cash, and copies of my ID and ID. It's a very big box, and it contains iron. I think it's not only a lie to say that you threw it away without checking what was in it, but there's also a problem with the hotel taught them. The hotel asked us to wait six hours, and it made us feel even more frustrated to wait in the room and talk to each other again. hotel manager said that When I check the CCTV again, I don't even see anything in it. The bottom line is that we can't forgive a hotel that led to a thief, let alone an apology to our family. If you travel with your family, don't believe in this room of rosaria hotel. Don't trust the smile of the hotel's staff. It's not a hotel that you think is on the customer's side. I'll never go to Danang again. I've definitely learned about Vietnam's image at the Rosamia Hotel. If someone asks about the Vietnamese people, I think they need to tell you more about the Rosamia Hotel. The wounds our family has received and the sense of consolation we get out of the way is a experience we don't want to experience. I'd like to ask the staff at the hotel. How would you cope if this happened to your parents when you traveled abroad? My parents weren't happy for the rest of the trip and ended up ruining my wedding anniversary because of my plans. The Rosamia Hotel must think carefully about the customer's position. We confident that it was an employee's mistake. It was true that staff took the customer's stuff anyway, and it is also shown on CCTV, so I think it is right to say sorry unconditionally. And in the case of cleaning staff, we lied to the end, even though we said we'd be honest with you. We gave the opportunity and the staff lied to the end. You have lost your chance of forgiveness.

Its for sure not a global standard hotel to me! You cant compare its services with Marriot or Hilton. I have been traveling last 30 yrs and have been to many many countries but have never experienced people stopping me taking one extra whole fruit or a cake to room from breakfast buffet. It happened here. I was stopped and told I am not allowed to bring food to room. I had my reasons, we have near 2 yrs and 8yrs old kids sleeping. Often they dont want to sleep longer or dont want have breakfast. So what I was trying to do was hand carrying one slice of bread and one small slice of cake! I was very shocked! Explained to them but they didn’t understand and insisted me not to. During breakfast the chef who was making egg omelette, used her finger (without gloves) to pick up something from the pan while frying the egg! I immediately told her, asked her to changed she didn’t even look at me! Next day same happed to my son when he was hand carrying couple of banana bread slices for his sister (my daugher) as she has never been to breakfast and wants to sleep through. He was stopped and told to leave those food! We were 4 of us and had booking with breakfast. Secondly I have never stayed in a world class hotel where there is a big cockroach 🪳 flying in the room. I had to kill it. Photo attached! I found too many people in the reception and are talking between each other on something else when I am asking something. Also I had difficulty in communicating, its not English I mean its the willingness of the hotel stuff to help me! Vietnamese people are very kind and very nice to us all through the trip however this hotel stay actually made our experience quite bitter. I am avoiding this hotel in future and wouldn’t recommend my friends as well.

This place was great , from the airport pick up to the receptionist , my wife and I were greeted and taken to our amazing room overlooking the ocean, the hotel has great amenities , pool, nightclub on the roof , live music you name they have it and if not they are willing to help you find it. If you are looking to explore by motorbike there are several vendors on the next Main Street behind hotel reasonably priced and parking is free for hotel guest

Staying at Rosamia Đà Nẵng was an amazing experience, good vibes all over, I especially love their antique hand-crafted furniture and the way it was setup, luxury yet warm and a trustworthy feeling when I walked into the main entrance. The rooms are clean, spacious, with a great view over the lovely open ocean, breakfast buffet is one of my highlights with rich varieties to choose from locally, especially the phở and other international dishes. Other highlights of the hotel is it’s location: perfect beach front, close to the airport, public transport, restaurants, supermarkets…, Staff are so helpful and always do their best to make my family stay comfortable, Price is really good for what it has to offer, we will definitely come back.

Right from the time I booked the room, they communicated really well with me. They arranged for the transport amd picked me up from 100km away and recommended the right sightseeing spots! The location facing the sea needs to be experienced. Great massage treatments, awesome restaurants with delicious food options. Worth every dollar spent!!! Would definitely come back here again.

I had a nice stay at Rosamia hotel. Perfect location over looking the sea. Close to almost city centre. Staff are friendly and you are always greeted with the biggest and loveliest smiles. Rooms were clean and spacious with air-conditioning. Wifi was fast and easy to use. I stayed in room 1701 and had a partial view of the sea and also a view of the city. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Even if you are not staying in the hotel highly recommend going to the breakfast buffet. Food selection was incredible and delicious with amazing views of the beach. I also checked out the pool bar. Also recommend if you want a covered place to enjoy some drinks over looking the water. I didn't try their other services such as level 24 resturant/bar or beauty/spa but they also have a kids room and pool tables. Fruit plate was also left for me in room upon arrival. Overall a comfortable stay.

The best part of the hotel is its location, right on the beach. It has beautiful hotel lobby , cafe, roof top restaurant and bar. Rooms are spacious, neat and well lit. They have swimming pool at level 6 and restaurant at level 4 , where lavish breakfast buffet is laid. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location! The ammenities inside the hotel are brilliant and just enough. The rooftop bar is fantastic and offers differing views during the day and night. It's right across the road from the beach and the pool is a beautiful temp which really cools you down! The staff are so incredibly helpful and will go over and above to make your stay comfortable.

Lovely evening in your sky bar last night, fabulous service from Sang who was so helpful and happy to advise in cocktails. 8 of us from Scotland enjoying a relaxing night. Definitely recommend this for the views and service.

Beautiful hotel right at the beach front, staff was professional and kind all speaking English. Breakfast Buffett was large with delicious options for all nationalities. Soft beds, beautiful views. I highly recommend.

The service was impeccable. The staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel is clean and lovely with beautiful views of the ocean.The breakfast buffet was so extensive and tasty.

As soon as I arrived everything was more than expected. Staff were so welcoming. Our room was upgraded, we were given a free massage at the Spa and also told that they will take us back to airport for FREE when we checkout. When I come back to Da Nang I will be staying here! THANK YOU ROSAMIA!

We stayed here for 2 nights in partial sea facing room. Everything was perfect - the view, quality of the room, the location as well as the staff. I would specially like to mention Anh, who was very friendly and recommended local tours and activities. My wife loved the spa as well.

So we stayed here without reading the 1 star reviews and left all of our staff in the open for the house cleaning including money on the table. Nothing was stolen in three days that we were here so whoever experienced theft I don't think it's a concern anymore. My wife and I had an amazing experience here. Good friendly service. Good breakfast. Good location. 1 free massage if you come in off peak and they even brought us a complementary birthday cake. Their bathroom is great. Their roof top club is amazing and the pool is not bad as well. It has a sauna and a steam room. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

I wish I could give 10 stars! This hotel is out off the charts when it comes to quality, service, ammenities, and location. Every detail is considered, including staff who open doors and call the elevator for you! The food was great, breakfast buffet had a huge selection of items. Our room had an amazing view. We enjoyed a nice and relaxing massage. The rooftop bar had a variety of music and service was top-notch. Every staff member was kind and respectful. Even making sure we had what we needed to get to our next location!
