Had a terrible stay here, bait and switch in the room. “A/C isn’t working in that room”. Requested Deluxe Double got a twin. There were only 3 couples staying in a hotel with 6 floors and they couldn’t find me a room with a bigger bed? No hot water period, fridge didn’t work. Nice staff but they’re at the mercy of the owners. They requested a cancellation so they wouldn’t have to pay commission on the booking.

I stayed here last year for 10 weeks, as I was stuck during the first lockdown. I have recently just stayed again for 3 weeks. The hotel is still as good as ever. Last year I was on the 5th floor with a view of the ocean. This time I was on the 4th floor and had the front room so I had a great view of the ocean. Rooms are cheap, very clean, reception and housekeeping staff are great, wifi works well, and the hot water system is hot and stays hot throughout your shower. Walking distance to the beach and numerous cafes, convenience stores, and restaurants. There is also a motorbike rental service across the road. The only downside I would say is that if you have noisy neighbours below or next to you then it echoes through the room, but it still wouldn't stop me from staying again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to the beach. And the price is very reasonable. The room was nice enough, but the fridge was broken and there was no hot water.

Super clean, close to the beach and good restaurants. Was probably beachfront property years ago but now highrise buildings obstruct to view. The smiling receptionists were a joy but they were not very helpful with siteseeing or hiring a private car to Hue...actually said you can't drive over Hai Van pass! But if you want clean, basic rooms WITH an elevator you won't go wrong at Zalo Sea.
