The room was clean and spacious. However, I noticed that the shower was leaking some water. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Their WiFi wasn't working when I first arrived, so I told them, and they were able to fix it right away.

We booked at Hung Anh with a web fare significantly cheaper than their walk in price and purchased from there. There were a few mistakes with our rooms and we had to correct it twice but simple common mistakes. Despite the mistakes the customer service was great and they did try their best. Cleanliness is fantastic, window view is basically terrible in all rooms, breakfast is a little boring. I liked Hung Anh but unless you find a good sale for it, there may be better options.

Excellent views of the ocean and city from the room and eighteenth floor pool. Clean rooms and also cleans everyday. Just steps from the nice beach. We wanted stay longer but there's a better deal in a better location for us to explore.

The hotel is big, but my room was small. It had small windows and a quite modern bathroom. The room wasn't clean when we arrived and the bathroom always had an water issue. The service tried to fix it but the problem just came back .. the included breakfast is very bad. I was disappointed. But the most important thing: the service wasn't always friendly ... The good thing is: you can reach the beach by crossing the street! For a stay it's okay, the prices are little bit too high comparing to the service!

Pros Its location is very closed to the My Khe Beach, so that you can only walk 1 minute to arrive the nice sand beach. There are many local restaurants for tourists. In a suite room, which I stayed in, you can see very nice sunrise with a small window every morning. An unlimited buffet breakfast is a delightful meal from the morning. Cons Officially, it does not provide currency exchange services. But when I contacted the hotel reception, the staff said he could, but his exchange rate was ridiculously ridiculous. Free cancellation is often not possible. This is a considerable burden if the schedule is not definitive. The refrigerator in the room does not seem to do well. It is not a general refrigerator, but a refrigerator of a glass door that only makes the beverage cool, and it is not even cool. Never expect the 'suite room' as its name.

Room was nice and clean and the bed very comfortable. We had a king room and hoped for a lovely view, but there was a big construction site across the road with rubble and litter which was a bit of an eyesore but past this there was a view of the beach and surrounds. Quite close to the beach but not too much else around.

The double bed is an OK size, you don't need much more, the pillows are great, location is wonderful and the price is good. Not bad, we only slept here and spent our time at the beach, but everything was fine.

Although the room is a bit small, but it's clean. Good staff and service, good position to go to My Khe Beach (2 minutes only). There are many sea food restaurants next to Hung Anh hotel.

Clean, we did a 2 bedroom suite room, it was spacious. Cute small pool. Breakfast was average but was good enough. The room is well kept and the staff are helpful. Fast elevators.

Hotel staffs are super friendly. Location is very near to beach. U can just walk to beach in swim wear. There is one convenient store nearby. Hotel staffs helped to arrange the tours. Tour prices they arranged for me is cheaper than what I have seen online. Overall I had an enjoyable stay. I am a female solo traveller and i feel very safe to stay this hotel & danang. I will come again. :)

We booked room and payed extra for sea view. When we arrived we got rooms without the paid seaview and room didnt look clean. We went down and asked for the room we payed for. Got told that the room we paid for was not available but we could get it the day after. Bear in mind this is a two night trip. We said we wanted the room we payed for but it wouldnt happend. We asked for compensation for this fault from the hotels side. They would not give us any compensation in any forms of discount og let us check out late. The reception said the room dont look exactly like the booking pictures bc they photoshopped the window view for marketing which is leading! Used this to reason why the room was not like we expected. They did nothing to please the customer even when in wrong and expected us to say yes to the downgrade. We decided to request our money back and had to find another hotel room at 2 am. Only reason they even got one star was because of the very sweet man that I think is the doorwatcher / security that night. He was the only positive person at the hotel.

We stayed one day at this Hotel to Visit Bana Hills in Danang. Its a quiet simple hotel within walking distance to the beach and restsaurants. Not a luxury but for $28 a night, go for it. Ps. Walk to the beach in swim shorts press G on elevator and get back thru the basement straight to your room. WE got free breakfast. Visit Dragon Bridge for 9 pm show

Perfect hotel for relaxing and beachdays. Friendly staff and clean rooms! A bit old-fashioned but you get excellent quality for money! Breakfast is ok, nothing special.

Very nice hotel. Very nice hotel service. Best hotel I had for Da Nang trip. Sure will stay again when travel Da Nang.
