Avoid
if
you
can!
This
hotel
desperately
needs
some
love
and
a
complete
makeover!
Here
are
the
issues:
1.
No
ramp
so
we
climbed
the
stairs
with
luggage
and
no
staff
came
to
help.
They
did
not
even
show
us
to
our
room!
Just
gave
us
the
key!
2.
Our
1st
room
had
bugs
crawling
all
over
(Rm.
#
606)
-
on
the
sheets,
on
the
floor,
and
on
the
furniture.
They
look
like
cigarette
beetles
-
not
bed
bugs.
3.
Sheets
are
stained.
No
pillow
protectors.
The
mattress
pads
are
badly
stained
-
not
sure
if
these
are
washed
between
guests.
4.
Shower
curtain
is
filthy
with
mold
and
mildew
and
other
brown
stains.
5.
Bathtub
has
mold
and
mildew.
6.
Hand
print
stains
on
the
wall.
7.
The
toilet
paper
hanger
is
terribly
stained
with
something
brown
and
is
installed
right
above
the
toilet
tank
so
that
there
is
no
room
to
put
toilet
paper
into
it!
It
should
just
be
moved
and
the
holes
filled
in.
So
the
toilet
paper
roll
just
sits
on
the
tank
or
sink
or
wherever
you
can
put
it!
8.
We
asked
for
the
manager
last
night
and
they
said
she
would
be
in
today.
Today
we
asked
for
her
and
they
tell
us
it
is
her
day
off!
They
called
her
but
no
response.
Yesterday,
we
e-mailed
through
Agoda
but
still
no
response.
8.
Breakfast
was
cold,
stale,
and
tasteless
-
all
the
burners
were
turned
off
when
we
arrived
and
we
still
had
45
minutes
until
breakfast
was
to
be
over!
Some
of
the
food
was
not
replenished.
The
coffee
was
not
made
right.
9.
They
moved
us
to
another
room
which
was
not
much
better.
We
finally
are
in
the
3rd
room
which
is
bearable,
but
there
is
still
mold
and
mildew
in
the
shower
and
some
stains
on
the
walls.
10.
The
1st
room's
(#606)
issues
were
not
addressed
for
the
next
guest.
Once
we
left,
they
just
did
their
normal
cleaning.
We
know
this
because
we
thought
we
left
something
there
and
went
back
to
check:
the
beds
were
made
but
the
room
and
bathroom
were
still
stained
and
filthy!
We
can
only
hope
that
they
address
our
concerns
when
we
bring
them
up
to
management
if
she
chooses
to
engage
us.
The
cleaning
staff
definitely
do
not
look
friendly
and
happy.
They
laughed
when
we
were
moved
to
our
3rd
room.
Many
other
comments
state
they
do
not
have
hot
water
-
but
now
they
do.
You
just
have
to
switch
on
the
water
heater
10
min.
before.
Also,
wait
5
min.
between
2
persons
showering.
We
were
going
to
check
out
after
1
night,
but
decided
to
give
them
another
chance.
We
will
update
if
the
manager
contacts
us
tomorrow.
