The staff where very responsive to the issues that arose such as no towels, no coffee cups and no bedding for the second bed. The reality is though is these shouldn't have been issues in the first place. The location and the view from the apartment made up in part for these issues.

The bathroom is very shabby, the shower and toilet are not separated, so the floor remains wet for a long time. There are many ants around the house including on the bed. One advantage of this apartment is that it has a nice terrace with sea views and room price is not expansive. If it has better management and maintain. They will have more business. P.S. We’ve one bad experience during our stay. There are some guests to single a karaoke from mid-night till 7:00am.

Worst room. It stinks whenever it rains, or when we use the washroom. No maintenance. The floor was too dirty. Very dirty and stinky lifts too. The main door key works the opposite way. Never book a room even for 1minute over here. Worst room. Never trust the pictures and book this. Not at all good. Stinks alot. No proper bedsheets. Ants and insects everywhere. They provide some dishes, which are unwashed,rusted and spoilt. Never come here If a person is looking for an apartment like this, I suggest you to not to take, it's better to get a room in hotel. The person of the apartment they he will be giving 2 bedroom and 2 washroom house but he gave 1. When we asked for 2 washroom he told that he would give discount but he instead scammed and took extra money. Never trust these apartments. If you want to book any room with shops and cafes besides, book GOLDEN ROSE. It is very well maintained.

It's so nice. I stayed here for a week and everything 's fine, next to My Khe Beach. You can see the beach from beautiful balcony. Great

Lobby entrance is at Phan ton road. Opposite hi mart. So set grab destination to hi mart, less walking if heavy luggage.
