Unfortunately, the pictures have nothing at all to do with reality. The supposed original price also only seems so high to indicate the highest possible discount and convey a higher value. The entire house is very run down and too much to list everything, in very poor condition. Checked in late in the evening after a long drive, we unfortunately did not have the leisure to check out immediately. This we did directly the next morning and it was a very good decision. The hotel is located away from any life in a poorer neighborhood of DaNang. Here, instead of the beautiful beach with deck chairs, there are only simple fishing boats to admire and really no one swims here. The room was a disaster, dirty windows (not only outside), broken furniture, disgusting and defective sanitary facilities. The reception took the complaint the next morning and even got the photos sent. Unfortunately, no one - neither supervisor nor one of the owners - got back to us. Why even with the cancellation policy? We really recommend every traveler - especially for longer stays or with family and/or children - to stay away from this house. It really saves a lot of trouble over the vacation. By western standards, this hotel would probably get a maximum of 2 stars. Really never ever again.

Super nice staff, great services, the pool and pool bar was fantastic. The restaurant food was really the only complaint I had. Undercooked rice and really not that great tasting. Great fries though. The Vietnamese breakfast buffet on the other hand was amazing. And then we're not even mentioning the view!

Quality is not as good as pictures. Good location, few steps to beach but the room doesn't have windows. Better stay outside the hotel to breath the fresh air,

Wonderful, absolutely comfortable place with a polite and helpful team! We spent hours in the swimming pool on its roof and enjoyed a beach opposite the hotel. The hotel is quite far from the most of other hotels, so the whole seaside was for us only! :)

Friendly staffs, rooms were clean. Very near to beach. Breakfast at level 2. Swimming pool at roof top, accessible via level 10 staircase. Soundproof need to be improved.

Beds are very comfortable, great views all around, and rooftop pool is clean. The cook at breakfast is 1 in a million; she checked on me 3x 🙂

one of the best thing during my trip was the hotel staff and their help in making a good trip schedule. it is pretty good with reasonable price! maybe little be small but my room was perfect with the sea view. it was actually bigger than I expected. so satisfied

I visited in Sep 2022. Leaving this review late, but the receptionist was extremely sweet. She helped us to book SUP, and because I had no mobile number, she personally came down at 5am to make sure I got to the SUP booking. Thank you so much.

Score is just higher than reality! Took us at least 10 minutes for elevator !!! There are 2 but only one can use, no one notice until we tell the staff, other guests just walked directly when the lift came. Sometimes im not even walk out yet other guests just try to fit in. We booked room with sea view. Room was clean but smelly In the bathroom there have no place no hang shower at all, if you are not using tub. Sit or stand is your call, to me just very uncomfortable. Water pressure was low, floor towels and head towels are the same was not sure which is which. Strange design desk, curtains belt We went out for dinner and come back in the room was terrible smell of cigarette because people just smoke in the hallway that terrible especially when the door cant completely close there is channel between the floor and the door hotel have no carpet. All out stuff smell cigarette People have no respect for other room was so loud no matter what time. I couldn’t sleep in the night and awake in early Breakfast was awful same menu for 2 days. We went there about 1 hour before breakfast time finished. Only have cold leftover food, cold soup. Staff wont even look at us. Used dishes just leave on the table Lack staff service I guess Only lady at the restaurant who take care of me heat up noodles for me and give me some omelets Pool was so dirty and disgusting Couldn’t imagine to put myself in. People dont even use the towel to dry themselves water dirty all everywhere in the lift at the lobby I was expected for nothing but this is direful

Good hotel for its price. Room has a great view especially on sun rise. Food could be better but its okay. Miss Anna ( the receptionist) was very nice and easy to talk to. Would recommend

Worst service and worst staff. Got room where AC and TV was not working also room had some unpleasant smell.. when asked they tried fixing it for an hour or two but when nothing worked they were degrading my room instead of upgrading even though many rooms were available.. The receptionist was very rude doesn't know how to talk.. will give 1 star to this hotel and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.. all rooms are very old and most of the things are non functioning.. Attaching staff pic he straight away denied for help and we had to stay in the same room with non functioning ac and tv

Good : The staff is friendly and the location is beautiful. Right on a beach. You can watch the local fisherman in action on the beach, very interesting. Bad : I am afraid this hotel operates on a very cheap principle. It does not do maintenance : bedside light, light bulb burned out on arrival. The sink has no drain cover, the shower floods the bathroom, The toilet paper is so low quality that it practically falls apart in your hand..... The swimming pool, you have to access going up 2 flights of narrow fire escape stairs. Both ladder of the pool have broken steps. There's a rooftop bar, but there was never any service staff there. Their breakfast is the most basic and poorly prepared, the pho is made with mostly chicken necks....there are hotels that charge a lot less and provided a much better breakfast. the hotel room was not very clean, the cleaning staff always missed half of the tasks, forgot to replenish the coffee and tea in the room one day, we are 2 person in a 3 bed room, and there is always only one bathrobe. Coffee cups were left uncleaned for 2 days in a row, no wonder there are ants in the room. We borrowed an umbrella for a day in case of rain and was given a broken one and they said that's the only umbrella that they have.... We tried to borrow bicycles to go to near by bay area, but was told that they have only one bicycle! So they have all these so that they can list them as facilities that they provide but in reality not quite true.

Love the beach front location, the seaview apartments and rooftop pool offered wide expanse scenic view of the sea, sunrise and part of the cityscape

Lovely room with cheap rate and great view. Only if you are vegetarian then it's a little issue in breakfast but staff is very courteous to accommodate you

The Hotel were excellent location and not connected with other buildings near by therefore the view from the top floor were great as per pictures included our bed room during day time. Room: Basic of amenities set up and facilities for all need included minibars that provides which extra charge. Service: as usual normal hotel standards and friendly to help and plans for next trip.

Really good stay at a prime location dead opposite to the beach, rooms were good. Only thing was the curtain had a huge hole in it but otherwise rest was good. There was a problem in the washroom door lock and they repaired it within the next 1 hour. Good service and active receptionist. Breakfast was decent and as a vegetarian, they had very few options but were open to cook for us. Would come back again here.

Water pressure was bad. Room is decent and clean. Had a good view of the beach.

Wonderful sea view for vip rooms. A bit scary and dangerous if children stand on the chair. Pool not work yet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant “dan da” nearby is fairly cheap. A bit noisy when other tourists stand on corridor and talk

New hotel, good value of money, has a beach view but it's a bit far from where the buzz is. The installations are nice and clean but therenisnno isolation and you can hear everything that's happening in the corridor and the rooms next door.

Great location on the Tho Quang Beach, well maintained room, excellent restaurant with a great view. Staff is helpful, rooms are well maintained, has an electronic safe vault, a mini fridge, sufficient toiletries, provides excellent breakfast with a good choice, to last you till lunch! There is a plunge bath swimming pool on top floor (13th) with a Bar!! Hotel provides a free cycle and arranges for rented motorbikes and scooters! Was a very pleasant experience staying with Alisia.

I was able to get this sweet deal of the King Suite looking out to the glistening beach front, allowing us to look over the water and mountains in the far distance. Upon arrival I was greeted by the one of the staff, opening our car door and took care of our luggage. When we entered the hotel, we were greeted by the friendly staff with a glass of sweet and refreshing pass fruit juice. It was delicious and felt like an entry drink to paradise. The check in was quick and efficient. When heading up to the room, the lifts were looking a little outdated but works perfectly. When we got inside the room, the first thing that came to my surprise was that I did not expect the bathroom to be this small for such a big room. The bathroom includes a bath and a built in shower head next to it. The hose does not extend very far or I guess they did not expect to have customers that are my height(I am 6"1)? And if you pay close attention, you will notice that once you extend the shower hose to it's max, the ends of the hose had already started to rust. The bath tub is probably made by some kind of fiber glass/ plastic. When I(me being a family big guy)stood in it, it almost felt like it was going to crack at any moment. I was skeptical to stand so I sat on the side instead. When I sat down on the edge of the tub, I also realized that the plastic filling between the marble and the tub were all cut up which intensified my worries of accidentally breaking the bath tub. The room overall came with all the basics; a king sized bed, huge blanket, 4 big pillows, a medium sized closet, teas, waters, coffee, mini fridge, flat screen TV, a cushioned bench, a cushioned chair, small wooden table and a big great view of the beach, mountains and boats. My booking also came with a breakfast buffet per guest that was staying here. I did not get the chance to go to this because I was exhausted from the previous night. This hotel also has a pool and small bar at the roof. The roof has a great view of the small buildings surround thr city areas of Da Nang and the great beach strip that cover a long distance. Since it was harder for us to grab a cab, we decided to get the staff to help us out and order a Grab car(it's like uber but you can pay in both cards and cash) which took us to our destinations swiftly and safely. It was cheaper than normal cabs as well, definitely reccomend people who are coming to download the App and use it here, it could be very resourceful. This hotel also puts one of their staff overnight. They sleep on a small metal rack in front of the TV at the Lobby every night when all the other staff are off duty. They take care of any of your needs 24/7. The staff here were, welcoming, warm, efficient and were really prepared to take care of our needs. For what it was worth I would definitely reccomend people to check it out for themselves.

Staff is very friendly. Reasonably priced. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was very delicious. Pool was out of service and dirty. The building is located about 5km from the more touristy areas. Not many restaurant choices within walking distance.
