We rented an apartment on the top floor, but after the first night we realized that it was impossible to sleep in the noise from the water system, which is located on the roof above us. We planned to stay for a long time, made a deposit and payment for a month, but upon check-out we were not returned the deposit. As a result, we lost a huge amount of money due to a bad apartment and an uncomprehending owner who knew about the problem, but kept silent. The most annoying thing is that this minus can be found only after spending the night in the apartment. All in all, I don't recommend this place. Disgusting attitude towards customers and the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. I'm already silent about dirty bedding and bad towels

This Hotel/Apartment was fantastic. The value for money is amazing. The rooms are so big and it has everything you need. Lovely sea view. Good staff. There's also a breakfast but I didn't try it. They have bikes available to rent as well, although I didn't rent from them they still moved it inside over night so it didn't get wet and for security. I stayed in 802. Slight issue I had was this room was under the Rooftop pool and when it's windy you can hear the water moving above you in bed. I would definitely recommend and come back.

So happy to find this place! I love their exterior, esp the kitchen area, the color is so beautiful. The mattress is legit, the pillows are AMAZING, and everything works well. You can have a bit of a sea view, which is pretty nice. One downside is it's pretty loud during day time, because located on the main street, but if you are out during the day, it's fine. The pool area is not well maintained, but the view is nice

Can’t recommend this place enough! We’ve been travelling for over 2 months and this is the best room we’ve stayed in in all of south east Asia so far I’d say. The room was so big and spacious with the comfiest beds and a great tv! You can rent bikes there which is very convenient :) The best part of our stay though was the lovely staff, they were so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. A beautiful lady on reception, May Than, researched transportation methods for us out of Da Nang and organised our bus for us, which saved us so much hassle and allowed us to relax! Thank you so much❤️

It doesn’t look at all like the pictures! Place is rundown, the hotel stands alone in a road that it seems they are constructing, the rooftop pool is nothing like the pictures, not real infinity pool but more black metal sides and empty destroyed chairs. The entrance of the hotel is also where people park their motorbikes. It gives a motel feeling rather than a hotel place. Not breakfast, not laundry service, smelly rooms. I felt scammed by the pictures and really disappointed when we arrived. Book elsewhere

Nice and newly built apartment.Tien at the desk was very helpful in renting a bike and giving information about local eat-outs. The rooms were clean and big.

love the view here. got the beach facing room. very romantic setting with the beach view and room decor. the swimming pool is bigger than that at adaline hotel and suite. you can do three strokes at the pool in hotel and apartment before reaching the other end of the pool instead of just one at the hotel and suite. the view at the rooftop swimming pool is great. 270 degree unobstructed view. the hotel is a bit far from the heart of the city but still walkable. staff are friendly. you can deposit your luggage here while waiting for the next appointment.

Top quality and spacious studio flats. Amaising sea view. Super clean. Roof top infinity swimming pool. Well priced. My favorite place to stay in Da Nang.

Great hotel. Our apartment has two bedrooms and bathrooms + kitchen. Everything was clean, they provide all cosmetics, kitchen appliances, hair dryers and even iron. Room service everyday. There is beach with great bar with food 15mins away by walk. Quite far to city center (at least 30mins) View is bad otherwise you choose one bedroom option. Its good to prepare cash because for some reasons our cards didn't work. Anyway, i can recommend this place if you don't mind view and being close to center. Good hotel if you want spend time on beach.

Nice and clean rooms, even a kitchen and a separate shower and toilet. Very well furnished. Standalone in between empty lots at the moment and you best rent a scooter to go do some sightseeing. The pool is a bit wonky but it does the trick!

A beautiful place worth staying, 2 months is a very short time but we feel this place is like our home you can make the price with the owner. We stay in one bed room apartment about 280$/month ,electricity bill for two people about 300,000vnd to 500,000vnd , water and free wifi. You will get free cleaning once a week, hopefully after our trip back home we will come back to your place and will get a discount price. Love Adaline.

The apartment is loud, and I mean really loud. You can hear your neighbor, you can hear the pool, which sounds like loud bass, you can hear the people downstairs, the elevator, the road. Everything! And it is far from anything. You can't even walk to a shop. Also you can smell everything your neighbor does. The view is nice though.

Yes this hotel is a bit noisy especially on the 8th floor (under the swimming pool) and there is a space under the doors which lets the sound through. But the staff are so lovely, always ready to help you

Location of the hotel is good. But the service is really bad. The helping guide was very rude and at night when we wanted some help, he not only helped us but was very arrogant.

This apartment was in the perfect location to walk to most major landmarks. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable.

This was our third time staying at this Hotel and everything was constantly good. The room was clean as well as the overall appearance of the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and wanted to make sure your stay was enjoyable. The Bar on top with swimming pool a nice alternative to going out if you wanted to stay in, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby if you're looking to go out. All and all a good experience, definitely recommended if you're visiting or just spending a weekend away from home
