The hotel was descent. I had the deluxe room which wasn’t as big or nice as I was expecting from the pictures but was alright. The breakfast was slightly above average I would say. Heads up: the hotel does not come with robes or conditioner which I was surprised by given that it’s advertised as a 4 star hotel. Also, I asked the day before if I could late check out until 2. They said yes (check out is usually at 12). I checked out at 1:30 (after being called at 12 asking where I was and then was locked out of the room for 15 min while staff was super slow to help). After I left, I started receiving text messages asking me to pay for the late check out despite nobody mentioning the cost to me beforehand. I told them I was a guest attending a conference at the hotel and checked out late as I was having lunch at their hotel. They insisted I pay despite admitting their mistake that they should have told me about the cost when I first made the request. After expressing my dissatisfaction, they reduced the cost by 50%. I’ve stayed in other hotels in the area at a similar price. I wouldn’t go back to this one again and would recommend another one with a better beach view. There are plenty :)

Excellent choice. The location is perfect, just 10-15 min to Dragon Bridge, Son tra Night mkt & famous seafood restaurant Lao Dai. As I went with my parents, we can afford to send them bk after dinner & continue with our own activities at dragon briedge & night market. Room is very spacious & price is very affordable but that's ok. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel & clean. Have stay there for three days. Receptionist/managers -Thu service was good. Last day did our spa massage in the hotel spa. Was very disappointed. Spa Male manager poor customer service. Two of my friend did not have steam bath as indicated in the spa menu. After finish my massage and I was ask to walk out of the room to another room for my steam bath. Whereas my room have steambath room. When walk out of my room to another two door away, two male stuff (one manager and another man not in uniform was siting on the chair at far in the centre of the passage talking very loud. The masseur does not know well of their job. My friend did not get the steam bath and told the receptionist that can not charge same price as the menu. Spa male manager does not want to give discount and told my friends to go back room for steam baths and ask for empathy. The massagers was not well train and not know their products well and also not able to communicate well. Will not recommend hotel spa to any anyone Have a very back experience in the spa. Whereby, pass fews day we have spa outside of the hotel was so good. Will recommend Charm Spa and look for receptionist KIeu Anh. She has take good care of us during our spa treatment there. After spa we were serve eggs and tea at the charm spa. Photo taken at Charm Spa

The design, layout, service and amenities of the 4-star hotel was perfect for our one-week stay at Da Nang as part of our Vietnam family trip. The hotel was central, with short distance to major attractions. We were greeted with warm, hospitable and attentive staff who were always smiling and looking to help. We started each day with hearty and wholesome continental hotel buffet breakfast, from local delights, regional delicacies to western pastries and salads. We were pleasantly surprised by their daily rotating menu, and were well looked after by the efficient and friendly staff at the restaurant. During the day, we liked the flexibility of catching a Grab for sightseeing. The hotel could also assist with car hire or local tour services (ask at counter desk). Its convenient location made travelling much quicker so we spent more time sightseeing rather than on the road. As the sun set, the entertainment continued. We soaked in the busy vibes of street stalls at Son Tra Night Market. We also walked along the Han River and immersed in the buzz of tourists and locals alike. The Golden Dragon Bridge show we watched was the fire and water show. We also saw other visitors chilling at local bars and cafes along the River while other enjoyed local seafood. On days that we didn't go out, we relaxed at the indoor pool which was spacious enough for lap swims, but still safe enough for young children as there was a shallower section. It was relaxing to finish the night with a good warm shower and rest in the comfort of our city view room. Room service was available daily and refreshments were replenished generously. On another note, Da Nang is next to the renowned resort city of Hoi An where there are also lots to see. We took the opportunity to make a day trip there and it was wonderful. The only suggestion I would make is the hotel group needs to budget for maintenance, such as air conditioning and general upkeep (wear and tear) to stay ahead at the very competitive Da Nang tourist market.

Just stayed one night. Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, wonderful staff, facilities, buffet breakfast, pool etc. Close to the night market, river, restaurants, Dragon Bridge etc (beach is a couple of kms away). I'd definitely stay there again (Aussie living in Vietnam)

Quite a spacious room. The hotel was quite old but the facilities was still working fine. Location was gold because it is within walking distance to the Love Bridge, the Golden Dragon Bridge and also Son Tra Night Market. Stay a night there and enjoyed those tourist attractions

This hotel has a grand lobby but that’s where the magic stops. Hallways smell musty and rooms are dirty. My sheets had stains on them and the floor had dust and hair. The employees here seem miserable. Perfect stay if you’re a local and just for one night. Wouldn’t recommend it otherwise. Although I did appreciate the view of the water and dragon bridge from my room.

This was my first time staying here but definitely not last. Everything was exceptional. Room was tidy and clean, food was delicious, all the staffs were friendly and professional, especially Anh, she was a top tier employee. See you guys on my next trip to Da Nang.😊

This is a local hotel. I book through Agoda. The price here is half the price of Novotel in addition to daily breakfast. My room is huge 50m2 premium deluxe king. Beautiful view of DaNang as it’s a corner room where I can almost whole of da Nang. Room and service are decent. There’s an indoor swimming pool. There are Vietnamese tour groups on weekend which can be very crowded during breakfast. We had lunch ala carte in their cafe. Good food. It’s near residential area so I try their their neighbourhood cafes, cheap massage only 3 mins walk from hotel, local cheap hair salon. It’s 10 minutes walk to the dragon bridge and their huge night market. Location is good.

Nice hotel. We are at level 16 corner lot and have a stunning view which could see the dragon with fire and water at 9pm on weekends. Buffet breakfast is good too. Unfortunately the hotel too full booking and the 5 lifts cannot served well. Long waiting time.
