Just perfect. The place is clean. The entire staff was so welcoming. Herbal Tea and cokies to welcome you. Even the manager stood up, thanked me after the session. The therapist I used was very personal and good skill. Highly highly recommended. One of the most complete massages I have had.

Awesome service from receptionist to masseuse, all very professional and polite. We read more good reviews on Goggle, and headed over to try on our 3rd day for an hour of hot stone massage. We went back again within 15hours again for another 2 hours 😉 this is how good it is. They currently have on going promotions, so do chat with them via Google chat to book in advance and enjoy great discounts and offers. We were given one way trip back to our hotel for free, as we went in a group of 3. I'll definitely introduce friends here, and visit this massage Spa again if I've a chance.

One of the best spa me and my partner ever experienced. From the greetings till farewell, everything was brilliant. The best part is ending off your massage with some dessert layed at the table before heading off. Felt like being treated like royalty. This was a fantastic spa experience. Although a bit more expensive than in other spas in Vietnam, you get what you pay for. The service was amazing. The staff was well trained and very professional. The rooms, towels, beds, etc. were more comfortable than other spas as well. Greeted with tea, they checked all the chosen options for the massage, then afterwards I could relax downstairs with some hot cocoa and tea. Great place, well worth the price.

Amazing experience! Literally 5 stars! I'm feel incredible relax after the body massage with lavender oil. They give you some water, tea in the beginning and ask you how do you want your massage ( soft or harder and show which parts do you need more harder) After than your massage you have another ice tea! The staff is so friendly , they take care of you like a Queen 😍 I love the egipcian dissign and the smell for the place. I going to repeat!!!

Quite the literally the closest experience to heaven is coming to Queen Spa. I asked for the facial spa service and was paired with Hang (I believe that is her name) and she put her all into her work. She has excellent technique and customer service. After the session, the staff sits you down and invites you for tea and a little dessert - such a sweet delight! Def recommend coming to Queen Spa whenever you need to relax in Đà Nẵng!

When I entered, the door was held open for me👏 and I was asked to enter. Tea was poured immediately and the menu card was handed out. They also advise you in detail if you are not sure😅. You are told exactly how to communicate with the masseuse during the treatment so there is no noise🤫 and it is easy to understand. The masseuse was very strong🥳, which was very good for me. The signs that I had to give✌️ sometimes she understood immediately. The price is good, very attentive staff and very clean salon. 👏Thank you for the tofu dessert🤤, which was immediately eaten by me. Go here and ask for Ly! She gives an amazing massage and facial; her hands are strong enough to dig into your fascia and she uses the bamboo roller to release ALL of your lactic acid. I give 5 stars for the services, but only 3-4 stars for the reception staff as we had a very rude employee upon entering; she didn’t explain the treatments to us, and when she said that our treatments would end at 9:30 she said it was fine while passively aggressively reminding us that “we close at 9.” Four other customers ended their treatments at the same time as us but she clearly wanted us all to GTFO. I was allergic to one of the creams during my facial, so the other receptionist offered me a partial refund which I declined but thought was excellent customer service. Overall, it was worth the visit.

Highly recommend this spa if you visit Da Nang. The service starts as soon as you get off the car all the way till you get back to the car. Massage was excellent, the pace, the pressure 10/10. what more important is the details in the service they provided. Prefect room temperature, foot warmer as soon as the hot towel is off. My family and I had a great massage sessions here. We chance upon them via Google and decided to try them out. We are very satisfied with the service, masseuse are professional and friendly. They don’t talk to other masseuse and focus on us. This place are well kept and hidden. Hidden gem! Super affordable and they even pay for our trip back one way grab as pet of their promo. We came back the next day for another 2 hours hot stone massage. Extra points: they even hand a foot warm pack for us to keep us warm during the massage.

Queen spa danang is one of the great service spa I've ever experienced. From facebook conversation, to accepting us from the door step, explaining packages, payment, massage, after massage treatment with cookies and drinks, up to sending us back. I've chosen hot stone massage and it is really good. Good choice for foreigners as the staff knows english as well. When we are about to go and it is raining, we don't have umbrella. Without asking, the staff initiate and kindly help us and give us raincoat. Amazing experience! Worth to try in danang! Will definitely go back here when I visit danang again :)

It was great servis. Mainly very friendly stuff. The massage itself was very pleasant, but during the massage I was cold because of the air conditioning blew directly on my body. It was not very good because I had a hot massage. I came here with backpain, and after this season I have unfortunatelly bigger problem - I feel sick.. 😭😭😭😭.. After the massage, a very pleasant surprise awaited us in the form of a small snack. It was very tasty... :) Thanks

They were very kind and courteous. Even though I didn't get a massage at first, they treated me with complimentary tea and cookies while I waited. It’s the most consistent spa in town in terms of the quality of the therapists. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and every time we had good massage. Sometimes others spas are hit or miss but Queen spa has been always good. We always take our guests here.

Nice experience in Queen Spa, nice environment, nice service. I chose the bamboo with natural oil, and my wife chose the herbal bag. Before the SPA, we can choose which part of the nody to be more focused. After SPA, we stayed for a while to enjoy the biscuts and lemon juice. Enjoyed the 90min experience.
