I think the reason THIS PLACE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED is due in part to the business practices they had established prior to COVID. it's very common in Vietnam to be able to walk into a hotel and get a special rate if you are looking to stay for a month at a time. However, this place had already established a very restrictive policy in 2018 when I first approached them. They told me I needed to apply on the website, which of course didn't provide any discount for a long-term stay. Now I'm in this area again for the fourth time since then, and the hotels that have survived are those who have been much more flexible with their rates as fewer tourists were staying in this area. Now those places are starting to thrive again while this one remains closed.

A little pricey, but right on the beach, and a short walk from a bunch of cool streets with restaurants and bars to hang out at. Nice rooms, but tiny. Rooftop pool was a bonus, too. Not much in the way of indoor motorcycle parking. Could barely fit our 4 bikes downstairs.

Our stay was wonderful, great ocean view and friendly staff. Ms. Trang at the reception desk was very helpful and professional. Thank you!! Ms. Trang the dining room supervisor was absolutely amazing and a TOP Professional. She is ready for a promotion NOW. Mrs. Van was also kind and cheerful. Mr. Loi seems like an excellent manager that cares for his team members. The vegan food that the chef prepared for us was yummy and so creative. Hats off to the chef! Excellent dining room team! Those gentlemen that opens the entrance door were always smiling. We appreciate your professionalism! We also would like to thank Ms. Vy (works in the office on the 3rd floor) for her support and friendship. The spa services are just wonderful. We appreciate the dedication to your profession. Thank you!! Overall, our experience was exceptional. We look forward to our third visit. Our only complaint is the smoke smell throughout the hotel. Customers are smoking in the rooms and smoke from the poker room could have an adverse impact on customers.

Stayed there for two nights...good location- right on the My Khe Beach. Not very far from the airport (15-20 min drive).. breakfast buffet has limited options, especially for vegetarians. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. One flip side though, the rooms and beds are very small, especially the deluxe ones. Two people cannot walk side by side in the corridors without brushing each other.

We stayed here for 3N based on a friends recommendation. We had arrived late night around 11pm so the staff didn't seem very welcoming but no complaints from the next morning. We had booked a Deluxe room with ocean view. The view was really nice and we kept the window slightly open at night time to hear the waves as we sleep. Room was overall clean but very small. The hotel is very conveniently located near the city and beach. They have there own private beach area for all guests. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to Hoi An which was a nice added service. The driver was very helpful in guiding us in Hoi An. Most of the stall are very limited to speaking English but thanks to google translator is worked out! Overall a great hotel for the location!

We didn't actually stay in the hotel but we did use their beach chairs. The beach staff were great and the location was excellent. Chairs for non-guests were 40,000vnd per chair per day. If you leave they only keep your chair for an hour but it's a generous hour. Also, there is a convenient underpass between the hotel and the beach so you don't need to dodge the traffic.

My review is only for the beach chairs. They rent them out for 40K for the day and are in good condition compared to some others in the area. There is food/drink service and the bar seemed cute. There is a public restroom close by so that's nice as well. For those with a family, there is a small jungle gym for them to play around.

Great staff! Amazing views from room 1001 & room 1002 & all the rooms facing the ocean! When the addition is done in September 2016 it will be a very nice property. The location is ideal close to the city center and right across from the beach. 30 km fro Hoi an , right down from marble mountain and an amazing view from the rooftop pool of the entire area. A great value for a good property. The GM is a wonderful guy who will go out of his way to make your stay enjoyable.

I stayed in studio room and it was a perfect choice! a great atmosphere with the sunrise and the sunset time. The beach club also a best choice if you love for evening chillout with friend and get the fresh wind from the ocean. Very nice place for stay!

An Excellent place. Room is a little bit small but well organized. Crews are so kind and there is a free shuttle bus to hoi-an and han market. Shuttle to temple is not free but much cheaper than taxi. The most impressive point is the distance to the beach. It just took only 2 min to beach. I love it. But the mail pool is under construction.
