The staff is very kind, attending to each one of tour needs and even helping us get our suitcase inside the car when we were leaving. The building is new and super clean and he bed is wide and really comfortable. The bathroom was also wide and clean, with all the toiletries you need. The views from our room were also expectacular, and the 5th floor had a shared terrace with really nice views too. The location was perfect, as the beach was a 5 minutes walk and around the building we had both foreign and local food options as well as marts and bars.

We stayed here 3 nights and highly recommend this hotel! Perfect location if you want to enjoy the beach like we did, good cafes & places to eat in walking distance. If you walk little further there’ll be more places where locals eat. The hotel room was quiet and clean, and the staff really friendly. We also found the breakfast good! All in all great value!

Wanted to give five stars as it was a nice hotel and friendly staff. However the experience ended badly because they failed to inform us correctly about the terms for the rent of motorbikes. The hotel is new, modern and clean. There is quite some noise in the hallways from both guests and staff/cleaners which the hotel could do something about. They were very helpful when the power went out for a whole day in the area and let us have a room with a window for some light. Unfortunately the ending was really poor service and left us feiling cheated. Be sure to formalize all rules if you decide to rent a motorbike through this hotel. While we didn't have the breakfast we walked by it every morning, and it was nothing special so I am glad we didn't pay extra for that.

After day 1 I was thinking of doing a 1 or 2 star review, but this review is proof that a staff's reaction to a problem is all it takes to make the guest happy. Agoda advertises the upgraded room as having a "partial ocean view" it doesn't! In fact you will most likely have a view of an adjacent properties wall, or the street in front. The staff seemed genuinely sorry and went above and beyond to show it with a discount on my Scooter rental. Overall you really cant go wrong for $17cad including breakfast for a clean and comfortable room with great water pressure! Like I said the staff really did seem sorry and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is basic but good, and the property is very close to My Khe beach. Despite the misleading Agoda posting I would definitely stay here again as I dont think you can get much better for the price with breakfast included.

Staff is very friendly and the hotel offer you a great service in a good price. You will get 20% discount on massage if you are an inhouse guest. Believe me you don't wanna leave hotel without having a massage. It's really good and relaxing. You must try it.

Wow, what a place. Lovely family owned and operated hotel. They have beautiful clean rooms, happy staff, an awesome breakfast, free push bikes, can arrange a scooter for you, and are close to the beach. They have nice food, and other restaurants ranging from budget to expensive are just around the corner. The fantastic couple who own the hotel are super friendly, and will help in any way. Easily 5 stars plus. Thanks for our stay of 10 days.

They upgraded our room which, the thought was nice. But, our room didn’t have any hot water or AC. We asked them to check on it at breakfast the first day and they said they would. When we returned late at night still no AC or hot water. It was late so no point in bothering someone to try and fix it at that point. The room was nice and the staff helpful, but for the price I would expect at least AC.

Its a decent hotel. Good value for money. Rooms are clean but the rooms had mosquitoes. They couldn’t do much about it on the first night. However, for our next night, they staff duly sprayed the room to make it mosquito free. We had some confusion with breakfast. One staff was pretty weird. He took the order for 2 of us but food was served for only 1. Though he wasn’t comfortable with English, we clearly communicated through the translator app and he repeated the order as well but we waited for quite long and didn’t receive anything. We had a tour cab waiting for us so we had to leave empty stomach. That was a bad experience. Staff should be more careful about these things. It disrupts the routine of the whole day. Booked it in Agoda to get a fair deal though. So value was it was good!

The place attracts a lot of loud inconsiderate guests. If you like to have a peaceful nights sleep look elsewhere
