The room and facilities are fine, but the management style makes the experience less than optimal, I tried arrange an easy way to extend my stay in advance after checking in, the reception tells me we cannot, and the price of the room changes every night blah blah blah. So a couple days later, after holiday weekend is already over I cannot even book to extend my stay as the available rooms are showing sold out (this on a Sunday). So after I pack and checkout last minute, the room is miraculously available again to book. That's not really professional service when I tried to ask about extending in advance and I have to move to another apartment in a rainstorm on a day when I wanted to rest and relax.

It was a great apartment. Plus points are: it is very new and all the fittings and furniture is good quality and in working condition. The pool area is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The only problem we had was the apartment we stayed in had no towels, cups,glasses or kettle so the kitchen was not equipped well. But the rest of the apartment was exquisite. Highly reccomended

The apartment we stayed at was very dark and quite cold. They've partly updated the decor, but the place still requires maintenance. For example, there's mold on the bathroom sink counter. There's no safety box, the doors are not sound proof at all and the hotel staff starts yelling in the hallway around 9 making it impossible to sleep, there's barely any cutlery in the kitchen, and they only give two small towels. They don't even give more than one key card. The apartment was not clean; there's spider web and dust, and the walls were so dirty it appeared as if there was even blood on the wall. The internet connection is quite slow which makes remote working difficult. The pros are that the bed is comfy, the apartment is spacious, there's plenty of space to store your items, and the kitchen is quite big and equipped with an induction stove. You can also do laundry in your own apartment but you need to buy the laundry detergent. There are some nice places to eat nearby and the beach is nearby.

I highly recommend staying here. The location is very convenient, only 2-3 minutes from the beach. The apartment itself comes with a 2 top stove, washer AND dryer, a fridge, and two tvs. We had a very comfortable stay here. The staff came to clean out apartment daily (after tet). Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Google maps keeps bugging me to review this place… even in the middle of navigation, so let’s let it rip: Great little serviced apartment/hotel. A bit dated and requires a bit of maintenance but not bad. Stayed a couple nights and felt the staff to be sufficiently kind and caring. Long term can’t beat the price. Has a pool on the rooftop that is great for a dip any time of the day or the night.
