The room quite clean, the service from the staffs is excellent they so friendly and helpful, they gave my family especially my kids a very good memory on this trip to Da Nang. If I’m coming back to Da Nang this hotel will be on my staying list. Once again i want to thanks to Luna, Rachel, Linda, Joyce, Danny, Thanh Thao, Le Thao. You guys are the best team.

Staff was really nice and helpful, location also nice, really close to the beach; rooms clean. But the breakfast was bad, not too much to choose, fruits and vegetables weren’t fresh. Swimming pool also not like on pictures, dirty and space with swimming pool was very humid

Nice place, clean and not expensive. Linda and Rachel at the desk are so nice and very helpful. Ask for them, you will be well serve ! Chau the driver and « fix man » in the hotel gave me a five star service. Very nice guy always smiling !

This hotel does not look the same as photos and has poor cleanliness. From the elevator to the room, a lot of stains are not removed and cleaned. Walter was leaking from the toilet, resulted in the molds which shown on wallpapers. The bedsheets were not washed correctly, have many marks, black molds and stains. There were some ants hiding under the mattress. After my complaints to the reception, the hotel manager did not show up and let the receptionists dealed with a problem by themselves. They upgraded the room for me, but even the upgraded room did not have the better cleanliness. The glass window has many paints marked outside. The bed cover sheet has several holes which covered by pillows, and molds are shown on wallpapers. I definitely will not come back to this hotel again.

My parents travelled to Da Nang from New Delhi and stayed at White Sands Hotel, their experience has been wonderful. Rooms were very neat and clean. Staff was very supportive and made sure my parents are at comfort during their stay. Special thanks to all the staff at Reception and Jang as well who took the notes before their arrival and made sure their stay becomes memorable.

Good hotel close to the beach. The staff is friendly and will help as much as possible. They transported us all the way to Hoi an for very cheap. I would definitely come back.

Right from the start I was attracted to this hotel by it’s outside appearance. It’s a beautiful looking hotel at a very close walking distance from the beach. I entered and was greeted by warm smiles from all of the staff. The receptionists Luna, Linda, and Annie were very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my 3 days staying at this wonderful hotel. They answered all the questions I had and gave me helpful suggestions when I told them about my plans in Da Nang and the surrounding areas. My room was absolutely beautiful with nice interior decor and a stunning view of the city and beach. I highly recommend this hotel to any and all visitors to this lovely city. Rooms are nice and clean. Walking distance to night market, bay walk, Han river and Dragon Bridge. Friendly and hospitable staffs - Annie, Sunny and Joyce!

I had a very pleasant stay at the White Sand Hotel in mid-July 2023 in Da Nang. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is situated close to the beach, making for easy walks along the shore. Best wishes to the White Sand! This was my second time being a guest there in four years.

As soon as you walk in the front door you are greeted by very welcoming smiles from the staff. The hotel has a clean modern style appearance, the services are excellent including their laundry (they took very good care of our clothes) and discounted transport to the surrounding attractions (eg. Ba Na Hills). The breakfast selection has good variety as well. LaLisa, Ellie & Annie displayed such an accommodating attitude and willingness to help with any questions. They made the stay that much better. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel . People here are very nice. Joyce one of the staff at reception booked bus tickets for my family when all the buses , train and flight tickets were sold out. She went out of the way and booked bus tickets (from Da Nanag to Dong Hoi ) while we were in Dalat. I must say because of her my trip to Dong Hoi and further to Hanoi became possible. About the hotel- the hotel rooms are spacious. There is cleanliness in the room. I would recommend to stay here while one in Da Nang. You will not regret. At the end of the day, you need a good sleep for get ready for another day.

Positive: - Room was okay and comfortable for a night - good wi fi Negative: - only 1 bicycle available to borrow and it’s too big - extremely low level of English of the receptionists - breakfast only until 9:30am - wrong information given when I ask for help to go to Hoi an. They sent me to a public bus station where there’s no working bus since covid. I was in the rain for 1hr waiting for it until someone approached me to inform me that there was no buses… - at checkout the receptionist insisted a lot for me to give a rate 10rate on booking- I find it very unprofessional to be asking for this, as the ratings are supposed to be true and to help other guest, not the hotel.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days, it was such a pleasant experience, staff were very friendly and helpful. We had Mr Chau as it driver for a day, 5 stars for him, thank you Chau for being such wonderful and pleasant host. The front desk staff Danny, Nhung and Thao were such great help, they went over and beyond to make sure our stay was more than what we expected. Thank you so much

Excellent stay at the White Sand Hotel. The staff are so kind, genuine and helpful. They really took care of us. Rooms were very clean. The staff in particular Linda, Joyce, Luna, Danny, Justin and Annie were amazing at providing a great stay for us. They were there to support us if we needed anything. The beach is a short walk away. The views are beautiful!!! Don’t hold out on booking this!

Bed is a little hard but still nice room. Receptionist is very friendly and speaks english

The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. They upgraded our room, took care of our luggage, and were very friendly. I left my Kindle e-reader at the hotel and one of the staff members brought it to the post office and shipped it to me the very next day. Very happy with my stay.

The room’s neat. The towels smell clean. The proximity to the beach, the famous dragon bridge and lotsa good cafes. Most of all, the staff were all helpful. Tammy and Danny were very accomodating and were always ready to help make our visit in Da Nang memorable.

Good place for a stopover. Near the beach, good breakfast, no restaurant, had a problem with our first room (bugs) but the next one was okay.
