We were given the fifth floor room with a sea view. It would have been a nice room. Had basic maintenance been done and a thorough deep cleaning. Also the smell of mold is absolutely endemic throughout the entire Hotel. In fact there were visible patches of mold on the bedding in our room and on the walls. The smell was so strong in fact it was difficult to sleep. There were other people's hair in our bedding. Which says to me that the sheets were not changed between guests. When we complained about it, to their credit we were given a room on the 7th floor. This room was much cleaner and only smelled faintly of mold there was no housekeeping performed during the duration of our stay and I would describe our host as somewhat surly and incredulous about our and other guests complaints of dirt and mold. This hotel is in need of professional mold remediation, a thorough deep cleaning and a regular schedule of ongoing maintenance. The pros include the perfect location and smart TV with Netflix. The cons include.. just about everything else.

Hotel is priceworthy for it's location (30 meters to the beach and rooms with seaview). Housekeeping and hygiene are not that good and build quality of the bathroom and furniture is terrible. But the room is very spacious, great AC and the bed is fantastic and reeeeally big. Staff has very minimal english knowledge and is very obtrusive (they called our room after we got back from our My Son Tour to ask where we have been and told us we can ask them for tours).

One of my favourite hotels so far in Vietnam. Was very clean and had lots of added amenities like tissues, hand and body towel, comb, toiletries etc. Front desk staff are friendly and seem to keep track of guests as they enter and exit which is good for security (also a security guard outside at night). There is scooter parking across the street which was helpful. The bathroom was very clean and modern compared to many other hostels/hotels, the A/C was amazing, and the fridge worked well but was alittle smaller than average mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and very spacious and there was a sitting area with 2 small chairs and a small table which was nice. Overall great place to stay, highly reccomended!

Nice ocean view from 7th floor, my room was very clean and the owner is very friendly and accommodating, they also rent out the motorcycle for 100k a day. Had a great time in DaNang.

Brand new hotel in the south beach area, with large nicely decorated rooms. Fantastic views of the ocean right in the middle of all the great south beach restaurants. Staff, especially the manager, is working hard to make you happy. There's only 14 rooms or so. 7 stories two rooms per floor, one with seaview the other with maybe another view. We we very happy with our decision.

Beautiful room, polite staff . Lift, water, tea, kettle in room, little fridge, big mirror, on-suite bathroom, everything is great. Room is perfect! Closed to beach and restaurants. Motorbike parking place. Had the double room city view. Only stupid thing is that there is a water refill station at reception but you can't refill your empty bottle there! So why is that for????

Location is very central to a lot of restaurants. Close to the beach. Very nice people that work here and people that live here too. Our king size bed and sea view is spacious. It's very moist here so it feels a bit damp. Also, upon arrival the ground is not vacuumed or swept. Overall, it's ok.

Fantastic view! Spacious room! But the house keeping is pretty off standard, towels are not clean and bedsheets are not clean, floor is dusty and dirty and sticky and the bathroom has a strong smell

You get what you pay for. Our sink drain didn't open, the bathroom is kinda filthy, but the beds are big and the rooms are spacious

Great place to be at. Excellent location right off the street to the beach. The owner, Tram is a sweet lady. Rooms are well polished and plentiful with loads of amenities. Would definitely come back again for a stay!

Amazing hotel. The hostess is a very sweet woman. Rooms are always clean and equipped with modern appliances. If I get a chance to come to Da Nang again, that will be my first choice to stay 😍 Thank you
