Honestly appalled at the fact that NO ONE HERE is mentioning the CRAZY amount of noise in at least the ocean view rooms that one will have to suffer - for TWO consecutive nights already. It is 3 AM right now on a Saturday - and I am up because music is still blasting so loud downstairs in the bar on the beach across the road. I see there are responses from the hotel below that “there’s nothing they can do” because the bar is “not within their control”, but honestly the LEAST you can do is offer ALL your guests earplugs. It is the LEAST you can do. I already tried going through Friday night without making any complaints - but right now I just cannot go to sleep in this sheer amount of noise. I’ve stayed at 2-star hostels (shared dorm rooms) that are way quieter than this monstrosity. I called reception to ask for ear plugs, and they said it’s not available because it’s apparently all been given out? But if you have been receiving complaints already, wouldn’t it make sense that you purchase enough earplugs for all guests (or at least those who stay in the ocean view room)? What is wrong with management here? Or some other form of compensation/apology? Or maybe get soundproof curtains? I still have one more night to go in this hotel, but honestly just so over this place. I’ve never stayed at a 4-star hotel like this, and will not come back ever again. It does not deserve its 4.2 rating.

In 2019 I came here with my family on holiday. I found A La Carte a magnificently luxurious hotel. When you first stepped in the welcoming door, a staff will come up and help you with suitcases, luggages, bags and everything you bring along. I consider this a very polite action, you know, the tourists are all exhausted the time they get to the accommodation. Located near the center, A La Carte makes it easy for you to book taxi and go all the destination ever existed in Da Nang City. And after a long day trip you come back to the room, everything is tidied up, the bathroom is cleaned, the floor is cleared and the air is fresh and perfumed. By the way, they do give you a pack of pure chocolate on the table, eat it and you will gain your mood, really nice! A simple phone call made and you will have your dinner served on your own table, the food is tasty too. At nigh, you can go to the top and experience liquid nitrogen ice cream makers doing their jobs, performing their sensational skills! Yet, you can straight to glowingly yellow sandy beach whenever you want to! That's all, I bet you this is the most marvelous place to visit on your next vacation!!

i'm glad that we chose this hotel because our room was tidy, comfortable, beautiful and simple. The view was our favorite thing. We could see the whole beach and got the fresh ocean breeze. I could literally stay on the balcony for hours. And the pool is a must-see. It’s the highest pool in Vietnam and the view is breathtaking. Moreover the service is AMAZING! they’re so nice and polite. Example: It was a rainy day and once we got out of the taxi, an employee was holding an umbrella and escorted us to the entrance. They also carry your luggage once you arrive at the hotel. The breakfast (buffet) was also great. For only 150.000 vnd (6€) you could get pho, mi quang, fried rice, different cakes and fruits and much more!! The location is also very advantageous (10sec. from the beach, many taxis, a lot of restaurants nearby etc.) i definitively recommend this hotel. For europeans it shouldn’t be that expensive.

So far, so good. After a couple week suffer in Saigon, I feel like in America again. Noise can be a problem though. Luckily I was at the end of hallway, but on my last day, someone moved in next room, and I can literally hear their detailed conversation.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room was large, had a small kitchen but it wasn’t equipped with any dishes. It was clean and comfortable. There was a very comfortable couch and that is not easy to find. Breakfast was excellent so was the staff. It is across the street from the beach, close to good restaurants. There is a mini mart on the same block to buy water and snacks.

The services by the operator are pretty rude of this hotel. I booked a delight ocean view room with balcony & my room has got an induction stove. I needed to cook my dinner and so i asked for a pot or a pan and to my surprise they asked for a charge to lend the pot/pan! The operator 1st stated he will provide in the morning and not in night which was weird! Later he says its not included in the room and 50k dong will be charged! I would not recommend staying in this hotel as they do not want to provide the services that you already have paid for in your room category. Highly unsatisfactory services.

I love the hotel, facilities and staff. Absolutely amazing! And staff incredibly helpful and stay professional at all times. However, this small thing just bugs me so much every time. The water bottles. They have free water bottles which are warm on the counter. They have chargeable bottles inside the mini fridge. Both bottles nearly identical. And every time I stay I have swapped them so I could have the free ones cold. And every time, I’ve still been charged for them. I find it incredibly annoying. As its not really worth causing a scene over, but I feel this policy is rubbish and should be changed. Just have the free water in the fridge! And out! Omg

Rooftop drinks were enjoyable. View of the city was alright, but the view of the ocean was amazing. Would've liked to have gone about 30 minutes earlier to get a bit of dusk-y vibes, but well worth the time and elevator ride up to 23

Hotel is nice and clean would recommend it. Good pricing for spacious room. If you just stay there and don't use their services it's perfect! For us we won't come here ever again. Cons: - some staff don't know service (first they cancell an order of mine and then just ignore and force it upon me because they found a last order somewhere) - need a shower door (all the bathroom floor gets wet after a shower) - some staff speak English very badly (general problem in Vietnam)

Modern and stylish hotel just across from the beach that has stunning views from the top. Spa and home style gym is on the top floor next to the pool. Cafe at the top serves lovely drinks and coffees all throughout the day and the food is pretty well valued. Much better value during happy hour of course! The staff are really helpful and friendly, happy to help out with anything you need.

My impression was good and pleasant when arriving at the hotel on the very first day, the staff are all very helpful, kind and friendly, however my perception changed and initial rating of 5 star during the beginning of the stay was literally affected at the end of the trip. I giving lower rating due to such reason, they charge me for something that would normally provided for free, it was, the water bottle (500ml i guess) 30k dong, i have been to many places 3/4/5 star hotel, never i have been charged for the water bottle, also charging me for taking out the laundry bag (40k dong) which usually is provided for free too by hotel. I guess i just need to be ready, as different hotel, different policy but for something that usually provided foc by the hotel, this hotel charge for it. About the door it is not the double lock door, no extra security on the door lock itself. Noice level also quite noticeable and you can hear people/staff talking loudly in the corridor and from the housekeeping room. Im not keen to have a consideration to stay here again in the future.

This was our first hotel as we visited Vietnam for the first time as we travelled to various other cities. The hotel was great. We booked the suite room so that our kids have their own room and bathroom. The included breakfast buffet was great with fresh fruits. The location is great as well to go to the beach and there are a number of restaurants you can walk to. The rooftop pool had awesome views. This area is lined with hotels for miles in every direction and this was probably one of the better locations in the whole beachside strip.

Absolutely a great place to stay at. Beautiful rooms, roof top swimming pool with ocean view and the beach is just a walk away.

It's difficult to say anything bad about Vietnamese hospitality. They are always very warm and friendly. This is one of my highest ratings. The location is good but there is some construction next door. The four star rating put some above due to the reason they are constantly cleaning.

Rooms are great for families, spacious apartments with kitchenette. But for work the internet is horrible. We suffered loud music on the first two nights and drilled next door in the daytime. Buffet breakfast is nice with a wide variety. The staff are attentive. The pool on the roof is rather small. Lots of plusses, but also rather quite a few minuses. Okay for short stay.

Stayed here for a night with my parents. Spectacular beach view, beautiful, clean and big room ! The service is perfect. I recommend you have a drink and watch Da Nang from above at the top bar ! I literally had wonderful experience here, and I will probably come back !!!! My Mom Dad really loved the vibes.

I have nothing but good things to say about A LA Carte. I've been coming here since 2016 and always loved it here. The rooms are huge compared to other hotels. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The beach is right across the street as is For You Steakhouse, the Beach Bar Restaurant, and East West Brewing. The rooftop used to be one of the poppin spots in Da Nang to go hangout, but now it's much more quiet and only really for hotel guests. There is free parking if you brought your motorbike or rented one local. Whenever I have friends up in Da Nang I always send them here, and when my wife and I are in town for a short trip, this is our place too.

We stayed here for 4 nights recently but through Airbnb and not directly with the hotel. The location is fantastic as it is right across from a beautiful beach and near many restaurants/food vendors. There are 3 restaurants onsite and an amazing roof top infinity pool overlooking the sea. There are a decent amount of chairs but no shade. All areas were very clean and we felt very safe. We will stay here again when in the area.

The disco music at the beach opposite is super noisy. The front-desk staff told me the music will end at 11pm but it lasted for so long. The sound was still loud after 12am and I have to call the police myself. I also waited for the front desk to give me ear plugs for over 30 minutes after request. Luckily, the sound level is lowered at the 2nd and the 3rd night of stay. There is a plastic granule on the floor when I first go in the room. I stepped on it and it almost gave a cut under my feet. Luckily my wife did not get hurt and I dare not walk in barefoot afterward. No shampoo and bath wash after tidying up the room on the 3rd night. The room cleanser has thrown the old ones which are not yet used up without filling replacement. When I called the front desk, they gave me toothbrush and toothpaste instead. As a saving grace, the staff were helpful in general when helping moving the luggage and handling some other enquiry, or else I must give a 1 star review for the hotel.

We just stayed in a private room in this hotel, the host was amazing. We loved the room, but if I were to stay at the hotel… I would never come back honestly. The hotel staff was less than helpful, rude and not accommodating. We were told we couldn’t be helped with our bags because we were staying in a private room. Also the staff was super rude to my 2 year old and clearly bothered by her. Not what I expected from a hotel but alright.. it’s your name you’re ruining. We also live in HCM city and have yet to deal with such rude customer service till now.

Great location and rooms were great. Breakfast can get very busy and crowded but a lot of great variety. The spa was amazing and loved the massages and mani/pedi offerings they do. Dinging service because the checkout time was really slow. 15 minutes to check the room to see if anything was taken from the mini bar and when needing to go the airport those 15 minutes adds up.

Still one of the best hotels in da nang, well maintained over the years with great service and hotel employees. Good selection for breakfast

The concierge were friendly. Returning home wasn't scary as there was always a few staff outside and inside the hotel. They have laundry area and marts nearby. Very convenient and accessible.

Stayed here for a few months. Absolutely stunning views from the seaview apartments. Directly across the street from the beach. Exceptional, friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay - from reception to room service, security, maids, everyone is helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Trang, a consummate professional who truly cares about her guests, listened to my concerns/requests, and always found a solution. The rooftop pool is the nicest I've seen in Da Nang (with a next level view), and the food is on point. Be sure to bring a nice camera to record the many memories you'll make here.

Book a family suites. Hotel location from airport about 10mins drive. Location is super near to My Khe beach. Do head over to the beach as early as 5am, people in danang starts their day early and the beach is clean with diff ages of people workout. Behind the hotel there are convenience stores for quick bites or getting toiletries. Overall, breakfast, room service were all excellent. View of the pool amazing.

Came here late night for some drinks. The rooftop bar isnt busy at all. We were originally the only customers there, a while later some other tourists decided to join. The place is very clean and spacious, its a nice place if you want something real quiet.

I’m Vietnamese, so I enjoyed pretty much their breakfast. Good phở, bún bò, and mì quảng. They varied the breakfast menu day by day. Will definitely stay here if I come back to Da Nang.

Great hotel with extra friendly happy staff. The location is great with beach opposite. The breakfast has been the best soo far on our travels through Vietnam. Very clean and super helpful and friendly soo thank you staff members. The only downer is poor lighting especially in bathroom which makes it very difficult to put on make up!!!

We just stopped in the coffee shop/bakery on the ground floor but it was delicious. Great spot to escape the heat. Very modern interior, and polite staff. The food was terrific, and the drinks were very refreshing as well. The baked goods were low priced, but the drinks were a little more expensive.

Room is clean and comfortable! Air refreshing of the toilet need to be improved. Gym room is nice. Swimming pool is amazing, face to the sea and enjoy your tea time here is great. Breakfast is good, fruits are fresh enough. All the staff are friendly and well English, strongly recommended. Will go again in shortly.

Been here several weeks, a very pleasant hotel with a very professional staff. The room is always immaculate as well. The restaurant is excellent, we eat the included buffet breakfast every morning and it is always great. The lunch and dinner menus are surprisingly excellent with very competitive prices compared to other local cafes. The chef does Asian, local Vietnamese food and Western dishes very well. The pasta dishes are excellent with sauces easily as good as those we had in Paris. Try the Sichuan bean curd with rice, it is excellent as well with just the right level of heat. Another treat is the seafood porridge, an Asian dish like a thick rice soup filled with large chunks of shrimp, squid, and fish.

Overall a nice hotel to visit. Especially if u can get it at promotional rates especially during the shoulder visit. I had stayed there twice and will consider staying again if i go Danang again. The pool at the roof is awesome and if u go on the cold months the feeling is really cool and cold. The food at roof top restaurant is “passable” as well as the cocktail. Slightly expensive but still ok

Rooms were nice, I like the set up with a kitchen but the single beds were quite small. Breakfast needed some work, very limited options. Great location.
