I found 2 live bugs, one was a baby cockroach in the toilet during my stay. This was after leaving the room and returning. The hotel had informed they were full occupancy so I did not ask for a room change. Also I had only booked a superior room so I had adjusted my own expectations.  So i left the lights on the night in hopes the bugs dont come out. Sheets seem clean, however floor was a bit dusty. The rooms door are thin, can hear conversations in the corridor. The hotel provides friendly service and good information. I will not be returning to this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. It is of 22 floors. There is swimming pool on floor 22 and the same hotel has a spa on the fifth floor. There is also a gym and there is a sea right in front which looks very beautiful and nice. The view of this hotel is amazing if you take the Sea View room of the hotel.

Good and comfortable hotel to stay. Nice breakfast. Don't expect much view from the window. The same is true for all the hotels on the block. But very nice view from the roof top. Cooperative hotel staff. Has swimming pool, movie room, spa etc.

We are here from Australia and stayed at the Paris Deli for 5 nights. And wow this hotel is excellent .. we have been treated like royalty!! The staff are very accommodating, nothing at all is a problem! The beds are TOP QUALITY and SO COMFORTABLE! The pillows and linen are just beautiful, you are guaranteed the best night sleep here! Rooms have beautiful ocean views from the bedroom and bathroom! Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh food, we were givin a free afternoon tea voucher where we enjoyed coffee and yummy cakes- such a nice touch! One last thing is the "free airport" shuttle .. WOW.. you are taken to the airport in a limousine!!!! This hotel should be 5 stars the extra little things make such a huge difference, We will be coming back!! And highly recommend this fantastic hotel!

The staff is young but nice, polite, friendly and most of them can use English ! The breakfast was different everyday : fruits,veggies,traditional Vietnamese dishes as well as western style food…not disappointing. BUT : 1) The rooms are not the cleanest I’ve seen. 2) Rooms sound insulation is not that good. 3) Last but not the least : the swimming pool on the rooftop is quite dirty as they let customers swimming WITH THEIR CLOTHES ON ! Denim-shorts, t-shirts and dresses… !! ( not kidding! ) Needless to say that most of them don’t even bother taking a shower before ! Just Disgusting ! 4) The free afternoon tea is a joke ! The cake is nice until the first bite, when you realize it’s made of pilled BUTTER PLATES ! The tea itself has no flavor. Our overall experience was good especially with the staff, but they really need to improve the hygiene of the swimming pool !

Very beautiful sea view.. amazing view from roof top. Neat& clean. Tasty food even though few varieties of veg food , lots of variety for non veg. Staff s friendly & courteous. I didn’t find anything to complain.

MUST STAY ! We stayed in the Premier Beach Front Room - it was very clean, bed was very comfy and great views to the ocean and you can even see the famous Lady Buddha at the Marble Mountains from this room. My friend and I absolutely love the services here. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful since it's our first time in Vietnam. I would classify them as world-class service. Thank you Huong and all the hotel staff for taking care of us in the past 2 weeks. We really appreciate it and will definitely be back again! Caroline

Excellent hotel with modern facilities and extremely courteous staff. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Beach is just walking distance, right opposite to the road. You should try their spa and sky lounge for sure. Their exchange rate for USD is also one of the best. Difficult to find such a hotel which ticks all the boxes.

Love the hotel, it gives you luxury feels when you walk in to the rooms. We had two rooms on different floors; one is on level 17, the other one on level 21 (both facing the beach). The room on level 17 has a bathtub, standing shower and Japanese style toilet. The one on level 21 is an apartment style room, it has a kitchen (not equipped), lounge room with a dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge and a microwave, unfortunately no dinnerware or cutleries. The bathroom is quite small, consists of a standing shower only and a standard toilet (with manual bidet).

Enjoyed staying here, friendly people and amenities were well equipped. Breakfast could have more choices, me being vegetarian and all. But regardless, a very pleasant stay. I would easily come back here.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at this hotel. We were in an Oceanview room which had spectacular, unobstructed views of the beach and coastline across from the hotel. The hotel staff were all so friendly and accommodating, especially Nguyen at the Front Desk. Nguyen can speak very fluent English and she did everything she could to make sure all our tourist needs were taken care of. The breakfast at the hotel has lots of options and the quality of the food is excellent. For those who want, there are tons of small restaurants, small convenience stores, massage businesses, and laundry providers just around the corner from the hotel, within a 2 block perimeter. And it's extremely easy to take Grab from the hotel to anywhere, if you want. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Theri service is really poor. The AC didn't work the first 2 times and they took time to fix it. It takes 15 minutes for the AC to kick in and thankfully it was not summer. Close to the beach and few other places. Hot water kettle was broken too and we had to replace and their offer to pickup and drop off to airport is a expensive deal too. They charge you 3 times the normal grab rate. I can understand 20 to 25% higher but not so much.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times in the last year, each time it has gotten progressively worse. - guests regularly wake up the entire floor at 2-4 am drunken and exceptionally noisy. Then starts an hour of groups visiting each other’s rooms, shouting from one end of the corridor to the other and generally having zero consideration. The hotel are fully aware of this problem, however are reluctant to do anything about it. - during this visit our shower broke (no hot water), we moved to another room and that shower broke too. Other than a “sorry about that” at point of check out nothing else was done. There was also an attempt to overcharge us for mini bar (fridge...) use, luckily we spotted this. - although generally clean, during this visit we noticed large patches of mould in each room. The swimming pool (although once very good) has now turned a milky colour. As above, this used to be a very decent hotel however over the last 12 months of visiting it has gotten worse and worse. I will not stay again.

I wouldn't rate this as 4 stars, certainly not on par with Marriot, Hilton, or Sheraton. Maybe 3 stars. Sea front property with easy access to the beach across the road. Breakfast is quite good, but the bread was disappointing, I expect fresh, soft bread in Vietnam. The only evening g dining g option was the small rooftop restaurant as the mai dining room was closed, despite the information in the room indicating that it was open until 10pm. There are plenty of places to eat within a 500m radius and coffee shops everywhere. The rooms are quite small, the soundproofing is not fantastic and the beds seem very noisy (they make a noise when you move about on the bed, even when just turning over) The spa is quite good, and the masseuses seem to know what they are doing. The hot stone and aromatherapy massages we had almost every day. The concierge staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the locality. Airport transfers were VND 275,000 each way.

Hotel's location is too good. Just a minute walking distance from beach. I will request you to book sea facing rooms only because it will give you amazing view from your bed only. Hotel's room was specious & very clean.Stuffs are very informative & helpfull. Their swimming pool is just awesome which is in top floor & restaurant is in top floor as well.Their complimentary Breakfast is too good. But only one draw back I found that in Hotel's lobby area AC not worked

I stayed premium ocean view room for a week. I satisfied everything. Especially, the first thing I can see in the morning was beautiful scenery as you can the picture. Also Staffs are really nice. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed so far. 10 out of 10

Glad i booked this! Great view of the beach, great complimentary buffet during the mornings. Special shoutout to the staffs there who are super kind and dedicated. Booked taxis there for the one day trips. The drivers were nice too. Rooms and toolets were neat. Commodes were so modern with bidet

3.5 stars. Lovely stay at the Paris Deli Danang Beach Hotel. Good location and buffet breakfast. Staff were polite. Very good English speaking staff but found it odd that when I conversed in Vietnamese they couldn't understand me. The rooms were clean. Showers could be better maintained and one of our floorboards were uplifted from the floor. The pool views were stunning in the morning though don't expect any tanning time in the afternoon as the sunsets in the opposite direction. I would recommend the hotel to provide further information about their Movie theater room and scheduled times of opening as none were given. Thanks :)

Front desk staff is helpful. She managed to change my room from lower floor to high floor as I booked was seaview room. Earlier room at 7 floor which I consider “street view” room. This hotel is good location if you intend to go beach as the Beach just in front of hotel. Sauna is free! Rooftop swimming pool can view the city and beach. Breakfast is not bad.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Paris Deli Hotel! The hotel's prime location was a dream – just a short 200m walk and I was lounging on the beautiful beach. The impeccable service I received truly stood out – they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. And let's talk about breakfast – the mix of delectable Asian and Western dishes at the extensive buffet was a delightful treat to kickstart my day. The cherry on top was the rooftop pool, offering a refreshing oasis with breathtaking panoramic views. I was in awe of the stunning vista from the top – it was an experience I'll cherish forever. Paris Deli Hotel is definitely a gem, offering a blend of luxury, convenience, and natural beauty that exceeded my expectations.

Great place to stay and close to the beach. I only arrived yesterday and have enjoyed the stay so far. Nice rooftop pool and lounge, great views and convenient location. Most of the local food options are a 60k ride away. Service and staff are great, the only reason why I dont give it a 5 is because, like with the rest of the hotels I have stayed at during this trip in Vietnam and Thailand, the bathroom needs to be maintained better. They need to replace the silicon in the bottom corner of the shower as it has gotten really gross

This hotel has been such a great experience and I would gladly book again! The service especially made it stand out- I really appreciate how much Ms Dung helped me in the Skyline Bistro :) The only reason I gave the rooms 4 stars was that I wasn't allowed to take my food from the breakfast buffet up to my room but literally everything else has been perfect! Clean property, good view of the beach from the pool, and such a friendly staff!

Service is really excellent and the rooms are pretty good. Pool was closed the whole time I was there (6 nights) for annual maintenance which was mildly disappointing. I got a low room upon check in and then asked for a higher room which was initially refused but then they found a room later on the 12th floor. Unfortunately the room was infested with little bugs. They were all over the bathroom and desk and on the ground. I probably killed 40-50 a day (super small harmless bugs). But we wanted to keep my room with a view so we dealt with it. Without the bugs they get five stars. Service is really top notch. Breakfast is good. location is good.

The service of the staff was amazing. In particular, Daisy at the front desk was super helpful. The location was fantastic as well; right across the beach and lots of great places to eat nearby. Finally, the top floor swimming pool and Cafe had quite the view.

Nice clean comfortable rooms. Has super comfortable bed and pillows. Best bed ive found in 20 years of traveling if you want to good night's sleep. Great buffet breakfast. Super friendly staff That's why I keep coming back.

The location of the hotel is perfect - opposite the beach and surrounded by eateries. The room is spacious and relatively clean. The service of the staff is impeccable as well. I would like to commend Sophie at the reception who offered travel suggestions when I didn't ask for it. My only displeasure is the inconsiderate guests. They often wake me up after 1am - opening/closing the doors, talking at the top of their voice, and mistakenly knocking on my door.

The rooftop bar and swimming pool are small, but quiet and beautiful. The room has a nice ocean view, and the facilities are not luxurious, but everything is well supplied compare to the room price. Especially the reception staff are friendly.

COMFY The hotel staffs were friendly, but the hotel itself was quite old. However, they have a great sea view and a very strong water pump. We recommend they renovate and it will be good as new again - hope to see that soon! 🙂

Feels like 5 star .. do yourself a favour and book a seafront room, you won’t regret it ! Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond for us. They came and found us at the pool to tell us our room was ready (before check in time) and ensured we had a box of breakfast goodies in the early morning before our flight.

Our stay was wonderful. Ocean front view is world class. Friendly staff was always there for us no matter the time. Nice pool with fantastic view. Very clean, convenient. We were gone for few hours and needed the room cleaned and as expected, it was spotless when we got back. Hotel prices are reasonable as well.

Had a wonderful experience, best value for money Stay in paris deli hotel for 3 nights, had a very good experience. The Breakfast was awesome, had a lot of options. The staff was super friendly. The View is awesome we stayed in beach view room, the hotel right opposite to the My Khe Beach. Overall it was best 5 star hotel experience from food till the stay. Will be travelling back to vietnam in few months, will definitely stay here again.

The hotel location is super convenient with reasonable price! My room is super nice with excellent beach view. It is a very short walk to the beach. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of western and Vietnamese food. The hotel is well equipped and the staff is very friendly ! Will come again :)
