I read fake reviews here and chose to stay in Danang Beach Apartment. It was worst mistake. You don't expect to get back deposit if you stay here. I would give -1 star if I could.

I stayed here for one month recently and I was very happy with everything. I stayed in a studio apartment, which had more than enough space for a solo traveler. The internet is very fast, stable, and reliable. The apartment had everything I needed, including a washing machine on the balcony. I'd like to say a big thank you to Miss Anh (and the other staff) for being so helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this apartment and I will definitely stay here again if I return to Da Nang.

Fantastic and HONEST service! After attempting to stay in multiple places (over 3/three) prior to that, I have immediately appreciated their friendly attitude towards me, a white male foreigner on a business visa. The apartment is spacious and SPARKLING CLEAN; windows are protected with metal lattice, fantastic kitchen with all necessary amenities, big tv; I was allowed to bring in my table and they removed some of their furniture that I did not need without any drama (which was fantastic). I have asked if I could clean myself so that nobody will enter my apartment whilst I am not in it - this privacy request was addressed PERFECTLY. There were new constructions carried out by them and I was offered with the best options they had prior to the apartments being built. However, I have had to checkout sooner than planned due to business needs and I was given my deposit back in cash INSTANTLY, in full without any unnecessary waiting (during their working hours). Absolutely recommended; fair prices, HONESTY, respectful attitude, something what is a very rare combination difficult to find not just in this part if the World, but ANYWHERE in this World. Thank you very much, you are the best!!!

Best experience I've had so far in Da Nang! When it comes to looking for a place to rent in Da Nang as a foreigner/expat, you're left with two options: 1. Try to seek help from a rental or real estate agency. 2. Do your own footwork and walk around neighborhoods where you'd like to live and look for rental signs or ask the locals. I had the experience of both since I moved to Da Nang. First going to unprofessional real estate agencies who promised to help you better never call you back. Then sending 2 days walking around different neighborhoods and inspecting rental properties. But my experience with Danang Beach Apartment was top notch! Came across this agency while walking around and talked to Ms. Cuong. She was polite, courteous, professional and above all, knowledgeable on what I was looking for. She walked my girlfriend and I to two (of several) apartment properties that they own. Gave us a tour at each and wanted to make sure it's exactly what we're looking for. The apartments she showed us were BRAND NEW. No tenants lived there yet. Although we didn't rent one of those apartments, we appreciated the efforts Cuong gave in trying to help us find the perfect place. Wish I could say the same about other real estate agencies in Da Nang (read my other reviews if you'd like)

A lovely place with very friendly and helpful service. Excellent for expats.

My husband and I stayed here for one month. The one bedroom apartment was very comfortable and really helped us relax and enjoy our stay in Danang. There is construction taking place everywhere, but it didn't cause much problem where we were. The location is only a five minute walk to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants. The cleaning service twice a week was great and we received our security deposit promptly when we checked out. It's definitely a place we'll stay at again.

I lived at Danang beach Apartment 3 years and a half. They have been amazing.All their apartments are very nice, western style. What make the difference is the kindness of the team (HK, security, front office) as well as their reactivity. they will make everything to make you enjoy your stay even for a long term. I never had best landlord: Birthday card and gift, christmas gift, TET lucky money... When I was at the hospital they even came to visit me. I can only recommande them. Thanks to all of them
