I drove past so many fancy Hotels and Resorts on the way in to Da Nang and wondered what they were like but completely forgot about them all once I arrived here. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed like an old friend and the staff were super helpful and accommodating and even found local restaurants for me to try that served food I enjoyed. Unfortunately I only got to stay here one night but really wished it was longer, the view from the pool area was amazing by day and even better by night! This is one place I will definitely come back to the next time I'm in Vietnam!

Absolutely amazing! With five other friends, we'd gotten the ocean view suite on the 10th and 11th floor, and we were awed by the view when we first stepped into the room; seeing only the ocean in the distance makes it feel like we're on a cruise! Sunrise, oh the sunrise at 5:27am. Take a look at my photos from the balcony and the infinity pool! ;) When we arrived at the hotel, the staff gave us cool wet towels along with cold fruit juice in a tray and 3 garlands while the reception check us in and verified our details. We greatly appreciate this, given we arrived sweating under the 33 degrees weather in July. In summary, it's simply amazing. 5 star service, views, food. I'd recommend coming to Da Nang and TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach from Jan - Mar when the weather is much cooler, between 20 and 25 Celsius, with not much rain fall.

This hotel is right in front of the beautiful My Khe beach. It is so calming to hear the sea waves when we wake up in the morning. The temperature during this time of the year is cool 19 to 22 degrees. The hotel is well maintained with big rooms, service is very good. Breakfast has wide selections.

Excellent all around clean luxury great food and staff love it I really liked how big the premier double ocean view room is one of the biggest I've stayed in directly overlooking the beach. I ordered the dining at the sky bar the food was immense fresh and full of flavour. All the staff were excellent and made me very welcome. So therefore I'd love to say thanks for my best stay in Da Nang so far if anyone wants luxury cleanliness and serene beauty and would highly recommend the TMS Hotel Da Nang thanks so much Daniel

It was very nice here :) staffs were really kind and the service was great. Room was clean and the food was good.

We booked 3 night here at TMS Hotel with a city view. The room was big and the location was absolutely the best. Our room view was stunning and could even see the sunset from our balcony. The hotel is located next to the beach and lots of restaurant nearby. The staff are very nice and mostly speak english! One thing to point out is the gym and pool. The gym has great machines but sadly a bit old and dirty. The pool was pretty but too small that never could have a chance to sit down or to swim.

Good location for beach activities. Book a room overlooking the beach with a fantastic view. Good buffet spread for breaksfast. Enjoy over 4 days. Highly recommended to stay. Behind hotel has lots of local cruisine.

Pros 1. The room size is huge. It’s clean and comfortable 2. We requested for a complimentary upgrade when we checked in and they agreed. They showed us the room and we chose the upgraded room. However we realised later that the bed was joined. We told them we had booked a double bed, they said we should have checked when we saw the room. I don’t know how that is even possible but Oky. Cons The staff is very cold and they only know how to say no We requested for some oil for my head to be sent to the room. They said we don’t have any. It’s a spa hotel. I am surprised at their ability to do that The breakfast is bad and tasteless. Most food doesn’t have salt. They had asked for my vegetarian food preferences and what I would like to eat the night before but it wasn’t there for breakfast. I asked for a vegetables on toast and they made it but it was quite bad. They have a promotion of 300,000 VND for the spa but the spa is sub standard. Any cheaper place in the locality is better. The worst part of the stay was they have a menu in the room for charging for everything from the lamp to the fork to the toilet roll if found lost. I have never seen this before. At check out they made us wait and said we had taken a pair of their slippper. We went back to the room and showed them that we didn’t taken anything. This is not the hospitality you would experience for a room that cost approx 100 dollars It’s a pure play tourist destination with a tourist hotel. Half the staff can’t understand English. We would call the reception and they wouldn’t understand what we were asking for. Stay here only for the view and nothing else. It’s really not worth your money

Great hospitality and friendly staff. Get ready to receive an orchid necklace and lemongrass drink upon arrival. Room service runs 24/7. Rooms are spacious and clean. Close to My Khe beach - unfortunately too cold for me to visit this time. Enjoyed my stay here, will come again

Overall this was a very nice hotel. We enjoyed the view of the beach and the staff were perfect-- always happy to help with absolutely everything we needed. The breakfast was good but very hectic-- it simply isn't big enough to service the number of guests in the hotel, so it's busy and a bit stressful. We didn't have hot water most of our second day there, which was a shame because it was a cold, rainy day. The bed was huge and comfortable. The wifi was quite weak. The prices of the services (transportation to Hoi An, laundry, etc) are absurdly high. You can easily shop around for both. The location is very good-- right across from the beach, near many conveniences, and close to the An Thuong tourist area. Thank you to the lovely staff!!

Honestly one of the best hotel I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. The staff was so friendly and helpful, I am Australia and can speak Vietnamese so that helped a lot. The best were comfy, shower pressure was amazing, the view was unbeatable and the location made it easy to go anywhere day or night. The price was also affordable. Highly recommended booking here.

Amazing hotel!! Loved the location with beautiful rooftop pool and views. Rooms are modern and spacious very clean haven’t had any issues on my holiday. Buffet breakfast was great highly recommend staying here. Staff have been very attentive and friendly:)

Spent a night at TMS - booked the Premier King Suite with Oceanfront. Great service throughout, we were so well taken care of. Celebrated our anniversary and they were sweet to surprise us with a greeting card and some sweet treats! The room was very spacious, and clean, had all the amenities. What an expansive, unblocked view of the coastline the room offered! It was cloudy on the day we stayed but it didn’t dampen our mood. Breakfast was a buffet with a mix of international and local cuisine. Plenty of natural sunlight! Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here 2 nights. The 2 bedrooms beach front suite was great. The beach was right in front of the hotel and there are bar vendors opening at night that worth a try. Walking distance to many eateries and cafes. It's very easy to get Grab taxi to the city centre too. Breakfast was descent.

A beautiful hotel located right in front of the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, and you will be more than satisfied with the price. Also, the behavior of the employees is great. In particular, I was impressed by the courteousness and politeness of the restaurant manager, Mr.Kim Cang.

Great hospitality - all staff were very helpful and professional. Great facilities - the view from the rooftop bar and infinity pool is breathtaking. Also I got connecting rooms with a balcony facing the sea, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great location - it is exactly in front of the My Khe beach and there are always Grab cars immediately available.

I had a wonderful stay at TMS hotel! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The infinity pool was a highlight with its stunning beach view. And the beach is just across the street! Perfect for lazy days in the sun.

Really loved this hotel. Had an upgraded room with a a great balcony and view of the ocean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Enjoyed all the choices of restaurants a short walk behind the hotel too. The rooftop restaurant and pool are very nice too. As well as the gym.

Loved our stay here. Everyone was very nice. The only downside was that they kept playing Abba "Happy New Year" on repeat while we were having their breakfast buffet haha. Oh and their laundry service price was worse than USA prices.

Not deserve 5 star. Quality is equivalent as 3 star or 4 star at most. Food is not fresh they suddenly started construction work which lasted whole day. Only the advantage is the location.

We stayed 4 nights at the TMS Hotel. Our stay was great in total! The pool area was very nice and the view amazing. It is also directly at the beach, so pretty easy to switch between beach and pool. The rooms are very modern and everything was very clean. The service in this hotel is fabulous, everyone tries to carry you on their hands 😅 Unfortunately, their English is not the best, so sometimes the communication was hard. They also offer room Service, have a dinner and lunch restaurant and a bar, which was fine. Also the breakfast includes a lot of different options, just not very much for vegetarians or even harder for vegans. A lot of restaurants and pubs around in this area and everything is reachable by foot or with a Grab. The only bad thing about the hotel are the prices there for food and drinks. On the menu there is no vat and service price included, so at the end the bill was way higher than expected.

Rooms are big and air conditioner is strong. Right by the beach and my an restaurant and shops. Amazing location. I came here last week with my family and we loved the rooms so much we stayed for even longer this week and paid top price for the best room. However when we got to the room this time it was different : smaller with no shelf space, we loved the shelf space from the other two rooms.. That we paid less for.. This room we paid more for doesn't have it. Really dissapointed and I mentioned this to the staff right away who told me 'it's a very nice room'. Why do your rooms have inconsistent designs? Now we are in the more expensive room with less space and regretting coming back here. Why does no one care we are not happy as repeat customers? This is after I complained day one. The breakfast also is very poorly cooked - the hot buffet items are dry, the kitchen uses too much oil and grease in their cooking. Meats have little taste, it's not worth it. My advice is. Get the cheapest room rate here possible because no guarantee you'll have a nice room even if you pay more. It's not a 5 star - more like 3.5 star. Great location and large rooms but don't spend extra on the view and breakfast like we did.

Fantastic seaview room, couldnt complain about the sunrise and sunset view. Happy hours drinks very affordable. Staff mega friendly. Highly recommend the BBQ buffet dinner on Sat nights

Overall I think it is a nice hotel, clean with friendly staff. However I would not rate as 5 stars as it would be more of a 3.5 or top 4 stars according to international standards. 2 comments: 1-Hotel is quite noisy, outside noise but also staff start to clean early so pass 6am, very difficult to sleep. 2-We had an incident where we had to take a cab to come back to Hoi An and we didn't have cash on us and the hotel was never to back us up by putting the charge on the room. After 1 hour we were able to manage to get money but it was quite kaos and this is basic service that 5 stars hotel provide. The manager told us next morning that staff is not autorise to advance cash without manager on site. We are talking about less then 30$. Our recommandation would be either to empower employees or have a manager on site 24h/7 as situation like geting you wallet stolen can happen and at that price in Vietnam, you should expect the hotel management to be a safe space for emergencies.

Pool at roof was not spacious and a bit small for adults and kids. So not for swimming but the best spot for the photos. We spent about 1.5 hours everyday. Rooms are tidy, facilities are new and nice. But during our stay, there was festival at the beach and powerful music sounds come through the window until 1~2 AM. If you need to have quiet place to rest, here is not good place. However, there are various good western/local bars, restaurants and pubs around the hotel, no time to be bored.

Not even exaggerating but everything about this hotel was too good. The staff was beyond helpful, accommodating all our requests. The location is right across the beach. The rooms are clean, spacious and they have a couple of environmentally sustainable habits to reduce water wastage. The pool was nothing less than pure bliss with it's infinity view.

This hotel was very pretty! The staff was amazing and accommodating. When we arrived they greeted us with an Orchid necklace and fresh ginger tea. It was very special! They helped take our bags to our room, which was spacious and clean. Definitely try to book a room looking at the ocean. The pool on the rooftop is an infinity pool. It’s nice but small. We have kids and we’re expecting something a little bit bigger. They do have a kids room with activities and toys. Their breakfast buffet was nice. Only knocking one star as we wish it had more kids activities, but for couples it would be great! Conveniently located across from the beach but has a lot of construction going on around it. The pricing was good!

Really nice and comfortable boutique Hotel, opened less than a year, so still have the new building smell! The location is incredible, right in front of the beach, with very reasonable price, definitely want to come back again and would highly recommend it!!
