Very nice hotel for price. Afternoon tea was delicious and breakfast was very nice especially Vietnamese food. View from the room and rooftop afternoon tea also nice. There are nice near by massage shop.

Decent room, sub par breakfast. Decent location but your view is partially blocked by a shopping center across the street. The ocean view could be alright if you get a room on a higher level, but there are tons of other beachfront properties all close by and much nicer. This hotel is fairly new so the room itself was alright, but I’d probably book elsewhere next time.

Room was small and poorly lit. Very expensive with no benefits. The sea view barely existed. Said it was a discount but more expensive than booking online. Swimming pool was drained and not accessible and no discount or benefits were given as a result. No tap for bath, had to use the shower to fill it. Very unimpressed and staff were unhelpful.

Don't want to be the first person to ruin their perfect rating, but it's more of a 4-4.5. Given the price, this was excellent value. I had a huge room facing the ocean with a bathtub. They have a decent looking infinity pool at the roof too. You can't find the same combination at this price point anywhere else in Danang. If you don't care about the bathtub, you're better off next door at Glomad or Chicland. The free breakfast was ok, staff are generally nice but only a few can speak fluent English. There are a lot of design flaws in general, but they are brand new so it's acceptable. e.g. missing price menu for the minibar, light switches are incoherent, not enough lighting in the room, etc. The spa hasn't opened as of now. They have drivers with pre negotiated roundtrip prices comparable with Grab drivers so it's ok to use them for long distance destinations such as Hoi An. Also to warn you, there's nothing good to eat within walking distance (seafood stalls around are ripoffs and dead). In general I would never stay in Danang again unless the weather is perfect for the beach or you have a flight to catch next morning. It is an extremely boring city otherwise.

The room had a very strong smell when we first walked in. Contacted reception and they came to check. Offered us a different room and it smelled exactly the same. We compromised and lit some incense and an aromatic candle to cover the smell. Later that evening after 10 pm the room next to us had children playing in the hallway. They were very loud. We called reception and they never bothered to do anything about the noise. After 30 minutes of waiting we took matters into our own hands... This is my 2nd time staying here. The first time was several years ago. It was a very positive experience thus the reason I returned this trip. I'll never stay here again...

We rented two rooms for an over night stay. one for the kids and one for us. The kids room was an inner room with no view while ours had an amazing beach front view on the 16th floor. The over place was nice but we ha issues with our room being very hot because the AC would not turn on. We called and complained about it but they could not fix the issue and did not offer another room. The next day i talked to the front desk supervisor, she said she can only offer me an apology.

The smell in our room is terrible! We let them know right when we stepped in and they moved us to another room which has same issue. I had to use my candle and incense what I bought in Hue before we come to Danang but it seems not help much. The room is a bit weird with a door connect to the next room and actually we can hear from our neighbors if they speak louder a bit. Soundproofing is not good. It was over 10pm but very noisy from kids in corridor, they were screaming and talked very loud, we couldn’t sleep, I called to reception to ask their help but nothing changed during 15-20 mins. I must handle that by myself. The swimming pool is small but with nice sea view. I would give them 1 star but they also have some good points as good location - the hotel in the center, front of the beach. Breakfast is good enough. Stuffs in the room are ok. Nice staffs.

Do note that this review is as of Jan 2022. Hotel room is clean, luxurious with good size and decent bathroom. Location is very food just opposite to beach and beach restaurants. Cabs are available easily from hotel. I booked myself in deluxe hotel through a travel website but note that hotel is running an offer for direct bookings Internet is good and swimming pool is working though i could not use because its not big enough and mostly hounded by families making lot of noise. View from pool is very good. Cons : imagine staying in a room getting constantly disturbed by your neighbour and that too when you have only 20% occupancy Shower water flow is very slow There is no buffet breakfast. Only 2 option: egg or noodles with baguette and one set of fruit with tea/ coffee Spa not open Deluxe room has literally no view. They gave a large window which is of no use

Love the service, very polite and professional making the guesses feel welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to Ms Nghia at restaurant breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful during our stay. She also recommends good places for lunch. We will definitely come back when we come to Da Nang next time

Great place to stay in Da Nang. Rooms are very beautiful, modern and comfortable. They offer you water, coffee and tea, followed by cosmetics and everything that is necessary in the bathroom. I recommend to choose this hotel, because is close to the beach, shops and many restaurants.

Pool pics are deceiving, only 4 chairs up there, all in the shade, and the pool had algae growing on the grout. Rooms were average, lobby was cute. Breakfast was wonderful, so was staff.

Amazing view from the room. Bang opposite to lovely and clean Beach. You will feel like your at Bomaby Chowapaty and watching Qunees necklace. Rooms are Big enough. 22nd floor infinity pool which is small but very nice view.

1. Positive: - Great location, just cross the road for public beach - Rooms are clean with comfy bed. We took a family connecting room which we can can 2 bath rooms - breakfasts are good for the price 2. To be improved - soundprooving is not good. We hear too much noise from the bath rooms of other rooms and people talking at the corridor. In addition, our friends stayed on the 21st floor and the swimming pool is on the 22nd floor and they said every morning from 6-7.30am the pump makes so much noise that they can’t sleep - staff attitude is cold, never seen a smile when we need help. We got problem with the reservation too as we were a big group with different check-in check out days. They are may be too tired during high season - room keepers keep asking us everyday about # of towels as they may think we take their towels away. It’s really annoying and stressful as we have to count # of towels everyday (we spent 4 nights) - spa service is really bad and expensive. spa does not belong to the hotel 800k/pax (after 20% discount) for 90’ hot stone but hot stone lasted only few minutes. So much noise from the beach and from the other guests and the 3-4 years old son of the spa manager made our spa experience really bad. The smell is too strong and the staff skill is not good at all, we keep asking them to perform gently but we still got hurt - bellmen are not friendly when they see guests take grab/taxi by themselves instead of using their service (may be they can get commission from) It’a not 4* standard

My friend and I (9 people in total) had a fantastic stay at Maximilan Hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is nice and clean. The location is super convenient. What we really impressed was the services. Every staff was kind, patient and always willing to help at their best. I’d like to specially thank Ms. Hang, she is always patient and helped us a lot in terms answering our enquiries, booking tours, helping us with cash exchange, leisure recommendations, even helping us translate phone calls from restaurants, etc. Even she was busy she could still managed to help us promptly. Her English communication skills is super good. Another staff that impressed us a lot was Mr. Louis, he also helped us a lot with booking tours even respond at late evening via Wechat. Although not too fluently he still tried it to communicate and type with Chinese which made us feel like home. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to recommend this hotel and thanks again for their unforgettable services.

We paid for the beach front view premier room on the 18th floor. The bath room comes with bath tub, remember to bring your own bath salt. You can watch sunrise in your room ! Convenient location. Breadfast spread is good. For the price we paid I think it's value for money.

It is a beachfront hotel. However, the view from the room window is a room in the neighbouring hotel. There is no sea view. The shower area has no door or curtain. The toilet floor gets wet whenever someone showers. It is a strange design.

It was just amazing of all the hotels we had stayed during our time in vietnam. The hotel is beach front property which has a good vibe around it while the service and hospitality is just top notch. Special mention to hotel staff NGHIA, GIANG, TRANG,THUY, THANH who made our stay truly a pleasant and memorable experience.

We stayed at this hotel for nearly two nights and chose a family room with an internal connection. The rooms are large, tidy, and clean. Breakfast is delicious also lots of variety dishes are there.. If you want to stay at this hotel, request a room with a view of the beach. You'll see something extraordinary. The roof-top pool is really fantastic.

We had an amazing 💕 2 nights stay in this hotel. Our rooms were beach front facing, and had a gorgeous view of the beach. Full set of amenities provided and an amazing hair dryer! Just walk downstairs at hotel entrance area for around 5mins, accross the road are all the big seafood 🦀 restaurants and pubs 🍻for night owls. The hotel location is very strategic, and if you are adventurous to walk the roads behind the hotel, you can find smaller shops there selling food and drinks at competitive prices(due to no beach view). Breakfast every morning 😍impressed us. Starts from 6am and a wide variety of food available by courteous staffs 👍 The highlight of this hotel is probably the infinity pool at level 22. That's highest part of the hotel and comes with a spectacular view. We went there at very early morning to watch sunrise! 🌅

This is the first time I visit to Da Nang and choose this hotel. Everything is good except the swimming pool. Dirty swimming pool with a lot of algae. Hoping that hotel will improve it. Will come back next time. Reasonable price. Beautiful view. Good location.

Construction noise started 6:30am!!! Breakfast offering might be better on weekends. Nevertheless, will give this hotel another try in Nov. Great location across from the beach, and seafood restaurants.

Stayed in Jun 2022. Everything is good. The staff is amazing especially Nghia. They took good care of us as Indians. Being there on my birthday, they sent a cake too. Location is opposite beach but not at the best place. One major drawback - they only serve breakfast. No lunch or dinner

I have stayed here so far for 2 nights, everything is just amazing. I have traveled frequently but this hotel and its staff are making so welcoming here. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. If you have chance to come to Danang, you should stay in this hotel.

Have a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location is very good which is near the beach. The buffet breakfast is excellent as well. It is a international buffet with the beautiful view. We got the welcome fruit after we check out. Every staff wall have warm welcome. She is very nice with good service and very care about our stay. If my friend come to da dang, I will highly recommended my friends to stay here.
