I
stayed
here
3
days
in
Feb
2019.
This
is
a
3
star
hotel.
Per
staff,
it
is
about
2
years
old.
However,
it
looks
older
than
its
age.
It
may
have
something
to
do
with
the
color
and
the
interior
design
that
they
chose.
Here
are
some
positive
points:
1/
Front
desk
staff
and
doorman
are
very
helpful
and
polite.
They
are
always
smile
to
us.
Kudos
to
Vincent,
Lucile
and
Tuan.
2/
Room
is
clean.
Mattress
is
firm
but
not
hard.
I
love
it.
Bathroom
is
also
clean.
My
room
has
a
view
of
the
Han
river
and
some
buildings
next
door.
Overall,
it
is
not
bad.
3/
Location
is
good.
I
can
walk
to
Han
market
in
few
minutes.
There
are
3
jelly
coconut
dessert
places
right
in
front
of
the
hotel.
The
jelly
is
made
from
agar
agar
and
filled
in
the
fresh
coconut.
They
also
have
many
different
kinds
of
sweet
beside
the
coconut
one.
I
have
tried
all
3
shops
and
my
tips
to
you
is
to
eat
at
the
last
shop.
When
you
walk
out
of
the
hotel,
turn
left
and
skip
the
first
2
shops.
The
last
one
has
a
thick
layer
of
coconut
milk
on
top
of
the
soft
jelly.
It
is
very
tasty
and
refreshing.
The
second
shop
is
so
so
and
the
first
one
is
bad.
In
the
evening,
you
can
see
many
people
sitting
right
in
front
of
the
shop
enjoying
the
dessert
and
the
view
of
the
Han
river.
At
the
last
shop,
they
have
more
seats
upstairs.
You
can
walk
to
the
Dragon
bridge
from
the
hotel
in
about
4-5
minutes.
Another
plus
point
for
the
location
is
it
is
walking
distance
to
Ngoc
Linh
spa
(see
my
review
about
this
spa
in
Tripadvisor).
My
favorite
place
to
relax
at
the
end
of
the
day.
If
you
want
a
male
therapist,
ask
for
Seven.
He
is
the
manager
and
also
the
only
male
there,
and
he
has
a
magic
hands.
Now
come
to
the
negative
points:
1/
Staff
at
breakfast
do
not
say
hi
or
ask
what
you
need.
They
do
not
smile
like
the
front
desk
staff.
Breakfast
has
noodles,
salad,
fruits,
sweet
stuff
and
some
fried
vegetables
shrimps,
quail
eggs,
juice
and
coffee.
It
is
a
buffet
style.
However,
food
quality
is
not
great,
but
the
bad
thing
is
they
don't
bother
to
check
and
refill
the
food
or
drink.
On
the
second
day,
we
had
breakfast
at
8:30am,
the
pineapples
and
juice
were
almost
empty
(see
pictures
in
Tripadvisor)
but
no
one
did
anything.
We
had
to
ask
them
to
refill
2/
The
gym
is
really
a
joke.
It
looks
more
like
a
small
room
to
store
construction
equipment
than
a
gym
.
They
have
treadmill,
some
weights
but
it
is
old
and
sad.
The
pool
looks
nice
though.
I
did
not
use
neither
the
pool
nor
the
gym.
In
general,
it
is
just
an
ok
stay
for
me.
If
you
want
to
stay
near
Han
market
for
local
shop,
the
Dragon
bridge
and
eatery
then
I
recommend
to
stay
here.
