Horrible experience. They are scammers and stole money from our room. Unclean, found a dead cockroach. We had a reservation with Booking. When we arrived they didn't respect the agreed price and tried to overcharge us. When we explained to them that the agreed price is the price of Booking they came up with some extra fee for tourists. We have been traveling through Vietnam for a while and we know for a fact that such a tourist fee doesn't exist. All they had to say was "We are so sorry, we are so sorry, etc." After we entered our room we found a dead cockroach behind the toilet. Later we discovered that there is no hot water in the shower. They stole money from our room. About 50 dollars in local currency. I had kept the money in a bag, so the cleaning crew (?) must have been so bold as to actively search my bag in order to find the money. This is completely unacceptable! Of course, the hotel was unable to help and the only thing they said was "We are so sorry, we are so sorry". When we checked out they again attempted to scam us. This time they claimed that we had to pay the breakfast, even though this was included in our Booking reservation. As soon as we left the building the hotel cancelled our reservation on Booking, claiming that we never showed up, so now we are unable to write to Booking about this horrible experience. This hotel is the worst hotel we have ever been to. They are dishonest, liars, thieves and crooks. We hope they will one day get what they deserve, get arrested and put in prison.

Good staff, really polite. But ultra noisy from clients (I guess) from 5:30am. They yell and do their life in the corridor. We asked them politely to be less noisy. After 10 minutes, they start again. We really needed to rest and it would have been nice to have a better policy about the noise inside the hotel. Specially early on the morning.

Very bad. 1. They scammed me. I arrived late and we agreed on the price, the same price as my companion. When I wanted to pay the next morning, they charged me 3x the price and claimed that this was the agreed price. They are dishonest. 2. The shower does not have warm water. Only cold water. I contacted the police and further action will be taken.

a Hotel where you get what you pay for, nothing special, but will do the job. Paid for sea view but got a room looking away from the sea. Their English isn’t great so not worth worrying them about. Breakfast is fairly basic, mainly Asian food so be prepared. Basic bathroom did the job, good a/c, did lack a few basic items (provides mugs but doesn’t offer any tea or coffee, no bedside reading lamp) Staff always had a smile, great location to get to beach- however not close to the main areas.

love the sea view here. it is right next to the beach, so you can have fun in the water and get back to your hotel room quickly. the best thing about this hotel is the buffet breakfast. very delicious. they change some of the food items every day. staff are very friendly and helpful, from housekeeping to receptionist to waitress. the negatives are, infinity pool at rooftop is not operational; the window in our room have some drippings of paint on the outside ruining the view. they could scrap it off easily or replace the glass panel. you can enjoy the view of the sea from the corridor on the 10 and 11 floor and during breakfast on the second floor. there are windows at the other end of the corridor to see the city view. overall a pleasant 5 night stay.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The location is just one step from the beach away. Everything was super clean. We liked our view to the beach. Also the breakfast buffet is absolutely perfect. I can recommend the Vietnamese meals there. We recommend this hotel and would love to come back someday.

Cockroaches and not clean kettles. They told us we could change rooms, but at the checkout they charged us with an extra room even though it’s their fault there is cockroaches in the first place. They said it wasn’t their fault and there wasn’t cockroaches and insinuated that it was our fault, while there was plenty cockroaches even outside the food hall and etc. Even showed the video evidence and they still didn’t take the blame. We asked to see the boss but a receptionist lied and said that she was flying out of the country, but was later found to be untrue when another staff said that they would bring the boss. All in all the food staff was pretty nice and some receptionists, but a few of them was bad. Also they didn’t change the kettle after telling them multiple times. It couldn’t be miscommunication either since we are Vietnamese. Ended up arguing for 30-45 minutes. I do not recommend this hotel .

Location is right next to the beach. Compared to other hotels in this location this was the cheapest and room was in a good condition. They clean the room everyday. You can rent a motorcycle by requesting the hotel reception at nominal prices. Complimentary breakfast has vegetarian options available and breakfast was delicious. Right next to hotel there is a Super store/Mini Mart where you can purchase all the essentials. They also provide early check in at half the price.

I booked it on Traveloka in which they had breakfast for each person but they did not serve it. The hygiene was terible: dirty cushions, did not clean the room everyday. In addition, you will be charged the water which must be served for free.

The location is great if you're looking for something with a sea-facing view but there's not much around this place. Moving around is easy though with Grab. The rooms are nice and well-equipped. However, there's no shield in the shower, so the water splashes everywhere when you take a shower. The internet is fantastic, more than 100 Mbps. Their breakfast is alright, I didn't like it too much. Overall, the hotel doesn't look very clean but it's a great value for money.

Only a few room has sea view The design js strange. windows facing aside from the beach. Room doesnt keep any sound. There is hair dryer. Tooth brush. And breakfast!! Good value for money!!!!

I see many bad reviews but thought it was excellent. 4th hotel in Da Nang area and best value for money so far. Had to leave one of the hotels which was more expensive as too dirty. This place is clean, next to the beach, and supermarket next door and a few restaurants nearby. The best being Hau Sua Tom Hum. Best meal in Da Nang so far and about 150m from this hotel. Swimming pool was closed when we stayed but Great staff in here and a good breakfast. Certainly best value for money here so far.

Great hotel close to the beach with lovely staff. The price is extremely good for what you get. Very clean and a good breakfast. There is a supermarket next door and a few restaurants in easy walking distance.

Friendly Reception staff but English need to improve otherwise too good nature, Good Breakfast , During breakfast the server lady so Helpful she cooled food as we preferred. Bell boy man also so helpfull even he don't know our language even they helped us... Two vehicle available at cheep cost.

Everything was good but towels were not very clean. The hotel is opposite the beach, so it is easy to go to the beach.

WE LOST an AIRPOD IN THE ROOM after the cleaning, but the hotel response was just a disappointment, especially the receptionist dude; we were so mad about him. When we told one of the receptionists about the situation, their reaction was so slow and NOTHING like “I don't know what to deal with it” until the other guy said to him, “tell the manager.” They showed us around and attempted to connect to the airpod but no help. And they said nothing else they could do because they believed the HK couldn't do that. Even we said we saw 100% the airpod was at the table before going outside. At last, NO APOLOGIES AT ALL. It seems like the hotel has no responsibility I could have rated 1 star but left there 2 because the staff at the restaurant and the guard man were so helpful and polite. The pool is excellent too, and that’s it.

The rooms are good and have beech right in front of the hotel which you can visit anytime. Their breakfast is good as well. Just check about washroom as it might not have a separate washing area.

I had a twin bed room. The room stank and was quite humid. There was no way to open a window for fresh air because the only window was very small and not openable. The room stank came from the smoking customers that smoked on the hallway. During breakfast there were also smoking people. The room was quite noisy and had no hot water. I would not recommend the hotel even for +- 250k d price.

The hotel is next to the beach, the building is clean and good management with the reasonable budget. They provide the motorbike for rent. Easy to visit the beach city around.

Not much to complain. It is budget hotel. Staff are polite. Few design and setup flaw in the building. Our room was on 6th floor overlooking the ocean which was nice. Wish they had a balcony. Breakfast was more traditional Vietnamese and limited. They don't have lunch or dinner facility but meals could be arranged if ordered before hand.

Watch the sunrise in the morning is amazing. - The beach is right in front of the hotel - Helpful staff, always smile and step out of their way to help us. - Extremely comfortable bed and new facility - Good sound-proofing - The general design looks good to me. Simple but elegant enough. - Can rent motorbike here ($7 per day) - They offered some tours but we did not tried. - Located in the far end of the city (I personally prefer the quiet areas) Areas for improvements: - Breakfast is average and has the same menu every day - A bit far from center (not an issue to me though) If you prefer hotels in quiet area, has good ocean view at a fair price, this is the place for you.
