Mr Eugene is extremely friendly, as well as Ms Chung and gave us a high floor one. Ms Kim Chi has amazing cheesecake - worth the try! All the stuff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just across the beach with many restaurants, pubs, shops, etc. The hotel provides motorcycle rental which was extremely convenient. The breakfast is delicious, plenty of food, variants and the chef is friendly. Pool is wonderful. All in all, we found our favorite hotel in Da Nang and will surely come back! The hotel offers many services and amenities. There aren't many reviews, so I wanted to make it easy for future guests !

Found it on agoda , picked and stayed 4 nights because its highly reviewed. Happy with my decision.I was impressed by customer service and employees. Room is clean, full amenities, delicious breakfast buffer which change some dishes everyday. Only negative thing : floor towel look a little bit dirty. Hope they will improve it. Worth the money.

Our group of 8 people stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Good: Nice location, walking distance to the beach Lots of high end seafood restaurants in the area Staff are courteous and helpful. Acceptable: Breakfast has good variety, although some foods are cold and not tastety. Room is clean and updated. Bad: Very strong chemical smell in all 4 of our rooms when we first entered. AC is not on in hallway - very hot and humid Very dirty carpet with large stains in the hallway Gym and infinity pool look nothing like in pictures Many guests walk around half naked and drenched in beach water. Fire alarm went off, but the overhead speaker which provided update on the situation can only be heard in the hallway and not inside the room.

Room was also okay in terms of cleanliness - however would not recommend a room w bathtub as the whole room gets very wet since there is not curtain / glass preventing water from getting out. However, my room had a very strong smoking smell - and it stayed on for the 4 days that i stayed in the hotel. Not sure for what reason but they do keep your passports and only release the same to you once you check out. Breakfast was pretty basic in terms of options but had an omelette section & noodles section apart from other options via buffet. Overall still pretty good.

He has the biggest smile every time we encounter him and super helpful, always asking to make sure we have a pleasant stay. We were impressed by his hospitality, from greeting us with a warm welcome, taking care of transporting our luggage, opening the elevator and ensuring we were lifted to our room. He also helped answer our questions. Breakfast is offered in both Western and Asian cuisines and delicious. Shower pressure was just right; we had hot water right away without waiting. Amenities were sufficient- toothbrush, cotton buds, comb, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, body wash.

Room is new and clean, spacious and stylist. We stayed 4 nights and the experience is pretty good. Breakfast buffet is varied and tasty. We enjoyed their hot noodle soup and the egg station. Customer service is excellent and especially Ms. Tuyen being helpful and even remembering us.

We stayed in Canvas Danang Beach Hotel for 3 nights. 1.The hotel staffs here were super polite and amazing, they always greeted us with good smile. 2. Especially a big shout out to FOM Ms Binh and her front office colleagues. They sent the surprise birthday cake (in person) to our birthday girl in our room and with many kind wishes. The hotel played the birthday song too when we walked to the hotel lobby. All these made us felt the warmth welcome by the hotel. Edited: Our experience when we arrived wasnt great. Our room was meant to have a balcony, it didn't, the shower/tub doesn't have any shower curtain so the floor becomes wet when you shower. Day 1 Breakfast majority of the food was finished and they refused to make more, we had to resort to toasted bread. After complaining they certainly redeemed themselves, moving us to the room we originally booked and jacked up the breakfast service. So from an original 1 rating, a fair 3. Great location and receptionist was extremely helpful and kind, helped us book Bà Na Hills tour and recommended various restaurants and amenities.
