I booked here for four nights with my partner and had a really wonderful stay. The staff were welcoming, polite and professional. The hotel is ultra-modern (months old when we stayed) and the rooms were immaculate. Our bed was both the largest and comfiest we slept in for our whole trip (if not ever). The price we paid for the room was already really reasonable but this also included an excellent a la carte breakfast, which made it a no-brainer. Peter the owner was very involved and extraordinarily helpful with all aspects of our trip, including dropping us off to the train station for free. We rented a motorbike and returned with a missing rear view mirror but Peter was happy to cover the cost of replacing this. We felt at home at M93 and wouldn't hesitate coming back in the future when we return to Vietnam.

What more can you ask. Brilliant staffs and brilliant service. Absolutely zero complaints. The reviews are true. Non of them are forced. Genuinely sweet people who go out of their way for you 💟 Simply if we come back to Da Nang we are 100% staying at M92 !!! Plus the coffee !! We tried a few coffees at different places. Friendly staff and great location near the beach. Huge TV in the room with Netflix preinstalled. Enjoyed the stay here. The hotel was good value for money. If you travel for work: Hotel safe can easily fit a laptop 👍. I wouldn’t fully agree with 4 star hotel rating but a good 3 star hotel. Some of the furniture felt a slightly worn, e.g. the cover for AC slot was not there.

Everything about my stay at M92 was excellent. Initially booked for 3 nights but ended up staying for 3 weeks! The hospitality shown by Vivian, Peter and all of the staff here was the best service I have ever received and was looked after every day by these wonderful and caring people who really go out of their way for their guests. Breakfast was good, room was very nice clean and modern, TV was large, hotel would sort out motorbike hire and day trips and is relatively close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Da Nang. This place really is a hidden gem and have helped to make my stay in Vietnam very memorable.

We stayed at M92 boutique hotel for 2 nights in one of their family rooms. We had a really good stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. Swimming pool was really nice to use especially on hot days and the breakfast was alright. The reception staff was very helpful and the highlight of our stay was during the time of checkout, we could not find transport via Grab because we had a lot of luggage and the reception informed the owner about our struggle and the owner decided to drop us to our next location. It was a very kind gesture and the owner of the hotel was super polite and helped us with our baggage as well. This made our trip in Vietnam so much better. A big thank you to the entire M92 boutique team for the constant support and help during our stay.

One of my favourite hotels in Vietnam. 6 floors in total with a rooftop pool and sundeck. Strong WiFi, great daily breakfast, friendly and professional staff. Our room had a bathtub which was wonderful. Comfortable and clean stay. Unlike smaller hotels with poor sound-proof quality, this hotel has very good facilities and sound-proofing. Walls are proper and not those paper-thin partitions from elsewhere. Really value for money stay!

Spent one night here before our flight the next day. Friendly staff and lovely rooftop pool. Convenient distance to the airport (Grab price: 80,000VND). Breakfast was included. We ordered the local Vietnamese options and found both the noodle broth and stew sauce too sweet for our liking. The watermelon juice is refreshing. Room is lovely, the hotel design is stylish and plenty of seating areas. However, I will mention that the towels provided looked very grey and didn’t feel the cleanest. Perhaps the hotel can consider replacing their towels after years(?) of use. Just a suggestion, but not an issue. I would return for another short stay.

Loved the stay! We got an upgrade to King's Suite. The bed was very big and comfortable. Attentive staff, but not annoying with attention. The pool was open at late evening and no people. Big choise of breakfast options.

We stayed 3 nights in a family room. The room was very clean and had the facilities we needed. The pool was a perfect way to cool down. We all really enjoyed the simple, but delicious breakfast every morning. Sam the receptionist was so incredibly helpful and friendly. She always warmly greeted us whenever we returned.

Stayed there for two nights. The staff is very nice and helped us a lot, renting a motorbike, suggesting places to visit. A lot of services nearby : laundry, restaurants, grocery shops, pharmacy. It is also very easy to walk from the beach from here. We didn't use the pool, which is rather small and more for picture taking. The breakfast was good with some choice of sweet, salty food and local food.

Me and my wife, just had a fantastic stay at the M92, the location was perfect, we loved our room, we think maybe the hotel had just been renovated, as everything in our room was like brand new, sure the kettle had never been used, the TV was huge, with Netflix, what more could we ask for, breakfast was great. Also safe underground parking for our motorcycle. The staff were super friendly, and helpful, shame we couldn't try out the pool due to rain, but nice roof top pool. Next visit to Da Nang, 100% we'll be staying at the M92.

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for 1 week. Other than the room is cozy and beautiful the hospitality of the staff are amazing mostly Sam, she always checking on me while staying, I even got sick and I ask her where I can buy ginger, instead she gave me a free ginger and lemon. So thoughtful. And also the day of my arrival, she gave me a flowers and fruits in my room. If given a chance to come back to Da Nang, we will definitely going to stay here again.

I did not stay here for the last trip but the next one. However, I came here to buy my morning latte cup, i found out it as spacious, nice place and much better than my accomodation. We also celebrated our colleague birthday here and the staff was really helpful to support us, great service although we just bought their a few drinks. The final star will voted for the next stay when i have more experience.

From the moment we entered the hotel until our very last day, all of the employees in this hotel made us feel welcomed and always ready to help us in everything we wanted. The best thing is that they serve perfect coffee. The best coffee I ever had in my life.it was so good! The boss is so down to earth and humble that we didn’t even know he was the boss until we got back home! Haha. A beautiful hotel. I’d accidentally booked the wrong date on Agoda and it was non-refundable nor amendable. I messaged the hotel on via Google Maps and they replied instantly and rearranged it for us with no hassle. We arrived at the hotel and were met with lovely staff who checked us in early along with a homemade cupcake. We realised when we’d got to our room that we’d been upgraded free of charge. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in in my whole life, especially compared to the Vietnamese mattresses we’ve become used to. The room is equipped with a reasonably priced fridge of drinks, all the toiletries you could need and a posh TV. The breakfast is Vietnamese style, which is perfect if you eat meat, which we don’t. However, the staff at breakfast were so easy-going and cooked me up an egg baguette and the most delicious cà phê sữa đá + some fruit. We rented a motorbike for 150k for 24 hours so we were able to go see the monkeys and then the marble mountains. We came back to a small-ish but peaceful rooftop pool. Overall, we had a wonderful experience I’ve had staying at this hotel. *also the coffee shop downstairs is lovely and convenient.

The hotel is well located if you rent a motorbike (directly with the hotel, which is not expensive and really easy) because it’s not far from all the great areas of Da Nang. The hotel is modern, we really enjoyed the interior design. Whereas the sound proofing isn’t perfect, with a risk of being woken up early in the morning, they changed our room for a quieter room (still not perfect but better). Also, all the staff was really helpful with a lot of good recommandations, and was extremely friendly! The breakfast « à la carte » was really good. The swimming pool on the rooftop is not big but still very nice. There is a laundry service with a price per kilo so this is really appreciated (also, they lost an underwear and a sock, but I must be unlucky). They also propose a shuttle from the hotel to Hoi an for a fair price. Overall, it’s a really good quality/price ratio, with an amazing friendly staff, so after 2 nights there, we booked 2 more nights! So I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Da Nang for all the good points!

I found this boutique hotel while browsing for a nice and affordable place for my stay in Danang. This was by far one of the best places I’ve stayed in all of my travels. This new trendy chic designed boutique hotel has a cafe attached where you eat breakfast included with the room. The breakfast, Vietnamese coffees, and fresh juices was delectable. I chose to stay in the queen suite after seeing how cute the interior was online. I was blown away by the details of the room! Additionally, the staff was absolutely top notch. They hand delivered fresh watermelon juice to my room upon arrival. I also had mentioned to the manager ahead of time that my husband and I were celebrating an anniversary and upon entering the room I noticed a beautiful cake and flowers. So sweet of them! They really went above and beyond throughout my entire stay. I had laundry service done which was extremely easy. I just had to leave my bag, notify them, and when I came back everything was cleaned and folded. One of the nicest things was their help with scooter rentals right at the hotel. We even had a small incident with my friend on one of the scooters and the staff was extremely kind and understanding and only cared about our safety first. I feel like after I left here, the staff and I were like family. I would highly HIGHLY recommend this place!! I recommend booking directly through them.

The good: amazing hotel. Room is very spacious, light airy and well designed. Incredible staff who greet you with genuine care and try to help where ever possible. Included breakfast was amazing, many a la cart options, which is better than a buffet as it they are made with care and extremely well. Large TV in the bed room with smart apps. Minor thing: noise does travel some what on the hall way, though as each level only have 3-5 rooms, it was fine.
