I
stayed
here
in
2019
and
was
a
great
experience
with
Mr
Anh
as
general
manager.
Had
a
quite
room
with
a
wonderful
sea
view
and
a
nice
breakfast
sent
to
my
room
each
morning.
I
booked
another
stay
in
July
2022
and
what
a
disaster
this
turned
out
to
be.
The
entire
hotel
staff
has
turned
over
2-3
times
in
one
year,
and
the
current
manger
is
a
very
difficult
individual
always
insisting
I
leave
my
passport,
I
never
do
this
at
any
hotel
I
have
ever
stayed
or
would
ever
stay.
He
wanted
me
to
pay
for
the
2
weeks
stay
up
front,
I
had
already
informed
them
I
would
NOT
be
doing
this
as
I
pay
on
a
per
night
basis.
He
kept
being
rude,
so
I
told
him
I'll
be
leaving
after
just
one
night,
because
of
the
rudeness
To
make
my
decision
to
leave
even
more
of
a
great
idea,
was
the
ridiculous
breakfast
that
was
served
to
me
1
hour
late
as
I
asked
for
it
at
7am.
I
should
have
taken
a
photo,
as
this
was
laughable.
Was
promised
a
proper
breakfast
in
writing
in
an
email,
and
what
I
received
was
cold
leftovers
from
the
days
before,
disgusting.
I
also
took
offense
with
the
room
rate
increase
of
30%
from
2019,
I
understand
that
we
just
went
through
Covvid
and
many
places
are
hurting
financially,
and
I
did
reluctantly
agree
to
the
rate
offered,
but
given
the
total
lack
of
customer
care
and
service,
200,000VND
is
all
the
rooms
are
worth
given
the
current
management.
The
one
and
only
bright
spot
was
the
night
desk
clerk,
Mr.
Phuc,
he
was
a
very
nice
young
man
and
polite,
maybe
make
him
the
manager
and
replace
Mr
Dat......
If
they
get
new
management
and
reduce
the
price
so
it
is
competitive
with
the
Da
Nang
market,
I
would
return.
