Pros: super friendly and polite staff. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfy. The breakfast options are good. Suitable for people want to relax and do not much or nothing. The price is quite cheap. The room service food is good and cheap (eg. A big portion of French fries at 55,000 vnd - super tasty). The minibar is cheap as well. Despite some warnings about the noise and the smell from the port, it's quite quiet in the room. The staff can speak English. Cons: the hotel is changed to Navy Hotel now with the new management but physically nothing changed including the hotel signs and everything. People know this place as Tien Sa Lodge. Quite confusing. It's next to the Tien Sa Port so trucks and lorries are there all day all night. It's next to a military base and a few government offices -> very isolated, not much to do nearby. Its around 10km from there to city center so if you don't have a car (for tourists like us), you will spend a hefty sum of money for taxi fee. Roughly 10 USD/one way. And you cannot get a Grab or other taxi company, only Tien Sa Taxi from the hotel. They are ok though. The room door is a glass door like an office door so not much discreet and at night, you can't have complete darkness inside your room as the hall lights are on. Any requests we made to the receptionist, they forgot. We had to ask several times. The main gate was closed a few nights (with and without the security man) so we had to wait in the taxi for a while until we call the receptionist. In general, it's not a bad choice. But if I stay in Da Nang again, I would book somewhere more central.

I stayed here in 2019 and was a great experience with Mr Anh as general manager. Had a quite room with a wonderful sea view and a nice breakfast sent to my room each morning. I booked another stay in July 2022 and what a disaster this turned out to be. The entire hotel staff has turned over 2-3 times in one year, and the current manger is a very difficult individual always insisting I leave my passport, I never do this at any hotel I have ever stayed or would ever stay. He wanted me to pay for the 2 weeks stay up front, I had already informed them I would NOT be doing this as I pay on a per night basis. He kept being rude, so I told him I'll be leaving after just one night, because of the rudeness To make my decision to leave even more of a great idea, was the ridiculous breakfast that was served to me 1 hour late as I asked for it at 7am. I should have taken a photo, as this was laughable. Was promised a proper breakfast in writing in an email, and what I received was cold leftovers from the days before, disgusting. I also took offense with the room rate increase of 30% from 2019, I understand that we just went through Covvid and many places are hurting financially, and I did reluctantly agree to the rate offered, but given the total lack of customer care and service, 200,000VND is all the rooms are worth given the current management. The one and only bright spot was the night desk clerk, Mr. Phuc, he was a very nice young man and polite, maybe make him the manager and replace Mr Dat...... If they get new management and reduce the price so it is competitive with the Da Nang market, I would return.

The beach is nice, does not havr big wave. Definitely suit for family with children but the hotel is quite far from the city centre.

Very quite, close to the mountain, can see the monkeys there. Room is big and clean. Balcony is not clean due to rainy and fungis.

Beautiful place nestled on its own private beach that's absolutely amazing. Staff friendly and helpful room is comfortable and air conditioning. The hotel does have Wi-Fi but it's very weakand the hotel is quite far from anyting you would be interested going to see or do like five or six miles if you don't want to be near the action this is definitely the place to be and is an awesome facility if Wi-Fi is not on your priority list. Food was not worth mentioning. Sorry

A little paradise 15 minutes from Da Nang City. A beautiful beach with calm and warm waters. The place is very quiet, you can spend the day with family, friends.
