The staff was racist. Took care my bf better cos he’s white. Terrible staff and service

Except for the bedsheet and bathroom, everything else is ridiculously dirty. All the table, wardrobe are filled with dust. The room smelled of rotten wood when you first come in. TV doesn't work. AC automatically turns on and off and has loud noise all night.

Nice hotel, really nice and helpful staff. However as others have said, the rooms are not the greatest. I had a audible water drain pipe which kept me alert whenever anyone above flushed. The bathrooms are poorly designed (toilets crammed in next to shower/baths resulting in you having to sit sideways. Great breakfast buffet though.

Before I stayed here I read one review from a long time ago that said that the hotel had a weird smell to it. This smell is still there when you walk into your room but we honestly got used to it pretty quick and it didn’t effect our stay. The only real issue we had was at 4am when the cleaning crew decided to clean the room next to ours. They could very clearly be heard yelling at each other, rustling garbage bags and sliding furniture across the floor. Decent place to stay otherwise, staff was helpful and the place was clean, rooms also have wifi and A/C.

Titan is very clean with good beds and some English speaking staff. Convenience store next door and great restaurants 2 minutes walk away. Caroline's.

Great value for money, super friendly and helpfull staff in a good location. Would happily stay there again.

Super friendly staff and understanding of any issues, close location to the beach, walkable distance to the crazy tourist area, yet far enough that it's quiet at night.

Very friendly staff. We stayed on top floor. The room and view were amazing for the room rate. About 13 minutes walk to the beach. Shortage is we found few litters in the room and they forgot to order our shuttle to the airport. But I would still like to go back!

We stayed here for 5 nights last week. People mentioned in reviews a lot about the smell, it did have a slight smell but for us wasn’t too bad. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable & wifi works great! A/c also works awesome!

Good value for money. House keepers try to open your room at 9 am, so you need to put "do not disturb" sign if you are a long sleeper.

good place to stop by,room are nice,good location ad very close to the beach and local market. you can walk from hotel to the beach and back.

Can't class it as 3* when it lacks basic commodities like opening cupboards, safe, shower etc. Disappointing compared to other 3* hotels in Vietnam
