We booked this hotel through booking .com ,we were totally mis informed about the current functioning of this hotel , It is almost empty and requires a good clean throughout ,the windows in our bedroom you couldn't see out of they were that dirty ,the TV had to be replaced as no sound ,and the hot water was tepid ,breakfast is minimal and does not cater for Europeans ,we had a real test getting an omelette as no one speaks English .Our room was very dark and the hotel has not been prepared to receive guests after lockdown , there is only one restaurant open and caters for Asian culture . The pool area could be very pretty but is neglected ,the floor in the pool felt slimy as if not cleaned ,there were three lifeguards on duty ,but with almost nothing to do ,when it is obvious there are things to do , no beds on the beach ,no type of food available around the pool everything is closed up , until this hotel gets a good clean makeover I would not recommend this hotel ,save your money ! We tried to get our money back via booking dot com but we're not helpful and the hotel reception did not understand , Whatever you read about this hotel via booking.com do not believe it as true ! We were robbed!!

Creepy hotel. They are buying 30 fake reviews everyday to boost their score and isn't even subtle about it. The fake reviews are all in the same language with copy & paste contents. I wouldn't stay in a place with dishonest management!

1. Unbearable humid room and damp bed sheet. 2. Found bitten by bugs when woke up. 3. Smoking is not strictly banned in the hotel. I can smell the odor almost everywhere even in the guest room. 4. Nice Chinese restaurant. 5. Nice beach. 6. Very crowded and chaos breakfast.

Website clearly said "No Limit Texas Hold'em 2 Tables." When we went to go play poker, they simply said that they didn't have it. The lobby smells of cigarettes, we wasted taxi fares from going there and going back, and we were thoroughly disappointed. Please update your website so other travelers do not make the same mistake as we did.

I absolutely do not recommend going to Crown Casino. The 1st reason is, the staff was so unfriendly that it was unpleasant. 2nd, the process of getting the money back after the game was too inconvenient. I waited for a long time, but the staff didn't bring me any money. The 3rd reason was that Chinese tourists were too noisy. The 4th reason is that it is older than other casinos in Da Nang, and they do not provide drinks and cigarettes. I was thirsty at Crown Casino and had to go out to get some water.

I was staying here for 5day. Big size of room but bad smells in the room and very hot in lobby. I don't play gambling but the restaurant where is next to the casino is very delicious so i had been to the restaurant two times during my trip.

Very clean , nice resort but most the guests here are Chinese from Main land China. and you know most of them are very rude. They don't know how to wait in line to get their food in the buffet ,they either push you out of their way of reach over you to get to the food.( mostly oily food - Chinese favorite I guess) you will hear the cloud throat clearing noise here and there in the super nice restaurant .I wonder if they spit it out somewhere on the floor ( their nature).. Hosts & Waiters all speaking Chinese to me ( I am Asian), I am totally offended by it. They should use English to greet their guests.. Beside the nice hotel and nice amenities ...everything else is just below average. NOT recommended if you are not really Chinese ..Chinese ..

Disgusting smells inside the casino, falsely advertised casino games that weren’t in the casino in the casino at all. Contraction of lung cancer is highly likely within 20 meter of radius of the lobby. Not great for a family stay, save your lungs and money for a better place.

SPA... Hotel is beautiful with nice ocean views, clean rooms, good food. The bad thing is about spa. The bad attitude, lack of skills of therapists make me angry not happy at all. My holiday turned into hell. Luckily my friends recommended another spa call Sawasdee Thai Spa with lovely staff, professional skills. All therapists areThai.You can enjoy Thai massage truly. If you come to Danang it is GOOD to stay at the hotel but DO NOT do the massage here instead of coming to center do massage in Sawasdee Thai Spa.

Very nice place to relax for few days! All staffs here can speak Chinese, English and Vietnamese as well. This place owned one of the best part of East Beach so I had a wonderful nap here.

Hugh facility. Adjoining casino. Excellent restaurants.

Room condition is not like 4stars hotle resort. Staffs are very kind but cant speak english. The room floor is really really dirty, can not walk with bear foot. Flip-flops are provided instead of disposable slippers. But no one wants to share it with strangers and spread germs.🥹 You can feel the humid air and moldy smell from the hallway. And some (i can’t say where they are from) Guests in the rooms shout loudly, sing loud songs, and make noise, but no one imposes any restrictions. Breakfast also does not provide a variety of menus that do not live up to the hotel's name value. I stayed crown plaza in HK, laos. Both were absolutely perfect. But here in danang, was not like i expacted.

Big room, clean, and the pool is HUGE. Amazing view of the beach and really not a person in sight on the beach. The breakfast wasn’t great and the hot water doesn’t get very hot but they have a nice gym and the pool is probably the biggest/nicest pool I’ve been to in Asia. Would definitely recommend here if you want a quiet relaxing place.

The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The pool was also great, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Overall, I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Da Nang for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in the beautiful city of Da Nang.
