Money stolen from the locker. I stayed there from 5-7 December and staff stole cash from the locker. (1) They checked the mini-bar and give me the bill at checkout, but they did not check that locker is locked, probably they checked it but chose to kept silent so that they take all my belongings. (2) They later opened the locker, found the money, but for the whole day they did not consider to email me or the booking agency. They just silently kept the money. (3) Later when I called them and launched a complaint, they said yeah we found some money but claimed lesser than what I kept in the locker. They returned what they claimed but truth is that they stole some of my cash. (4) When I objected, they said they will share the video proof when security team opened the locker but they failed to do that. In fact, they did video of my friend who visited them to pick my cash. My friend was unaware of the situation and just visited on my request to pick my belongings but they filmed him :-) (5) Later they tried twisting topic here and there, but truth is that their staff stolen my cash and management has no idea what's going on. If they are so careless about the locker, it will be stupid to trust them for anything. Please do not compromise with your security, avoid visiting this hotel.

From the beginning there were multiple issues. However, what sets a good place apart from a great place is how it is handled! That is why they get 5 stars! the manager continued to go above and beyond to make up for it! I will be staying here again on my next trip.

The hotel is located just across the beach. The view from all the rooms is phenomenal. Size of the room was also decent. It lacks - 1. Almost no English speaking staff in the hotel 2. Staff is not cordial, we requested for early check-in. Though the rooms were available, they denied check-in 3. Not a kids friendly property 4. Breakfast spread is purely Vietnamese. Even English breakfast options were almost negligible

We had the best stay at DLG Da Nang Hotel ! location was fantastic; right across the gorgeous beach. Water and waves were fabulous, we didn't want to leave. Breakfast was delicious, great spread and fresh. Egg station had exceptional service. Young man mending it was very friendly and efficient. On our last day, the duty manager went out of her way to help us with exceptional service! Highlight of the stay. Helped us with an extended stay with very great service. Da Nang is a beautiful city with alot to offer. People are warm and friendly. Environment made us feel so welcome and safe. We will definitely be back.

Terrific location on the beach. Clean and tidy and not too old. Rooms are good sized; comfortable beds and very quiet so easy to sleep. Breakfast is good. Hotel was very busy but service is excellent. Kids pool as well as adults pool. Reasonable prices and highly recommended. I will come back here again.

tldr, poor experience. They put the fake photos in Agoda. I booked a room including a tub, then they give a room without the tub to me. They said that you need to make a remark in Agoda. If you want to book this hotel, I strongly recommend that you need to make a remark for everything e.g. air conditioner, door, windows, electricity etc...

I have been coming to the pool for a long time 50,000 for the day, I drive here today and they tried to charge me 75,000. The prices changed overnight with no warning or they tried to rip me off? Any 5 star hotel would notice I have been many times and let me go in for 50,000 for today and then warn me it's 75,000 from now on. Wasted my time today

Beside the good location and friendly staffs, nothing else is good here. Decoration and the stuff provided in room are pretty cheap looking and feeling. Window and lock in room feel like they’re breaking up. Cleanliness is 3/5. Upon arrival I found a ball of hairs in the bathroom. Roach in the room. Super Slow service. Breakfast buffet has very limited dishes. Extremely slow wifi. Can’t work at all. Updated: We got upgraded to a nicer room after informing the staff of all the troubles. Appreciate it. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience at DLG. Every staff member we encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! This is the perfect hotel for a getaway in Danang. Shops and restaurant were all really closed by DLG and it offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. No regrets with this hotel at all.

I shifted from another hotel to this gem on My Khe beach, and what supposed to be a few days' stay turned out to be my danang home for more than 1 month! All areas in DLG are super clean , rooms are huge, bed and sheets are extremely comfortable, there's 4 firm or softer pillows provided, a nice and firm lazy boy chair by the huge window that offer direct unblock view of the beautiful My khe beach. There's 2 swimming pool in the hotel and the one on 3rd floor is smartly build that you can go swimming whole day without having to worry about the sun cause from 1230pm the hotel building automatically block the afternoon sun! Super plus point! And of course, from the pool, u look into the beautiful My khe beach and its golden sand. All the towels in the room or pool side are large and clean. The breakfast buffet every morning is so sumptuous tat it s able to keep you full the whole day, from American to Italian to Asia cuisine and vegetarian, fresh fruits, different kinds of juices, to cakes , pastries, egg and noodle station, there s everything for everyone's preference! They also have local vietnamese breakfast that is really interesting. And what's good for my long stay, the change menu everyday! Another plus point! All the staff from all department is professional and very friendly. I would like to thank Henry, the handsome manager for taking care of me during my stay, always making sure that I am OK, my rooms are clean and always making sure that I eat! 🤗 My experience in this hotel is unlike any regular 5 star hotel, but one that is truly warmth and happy. I was also given a room upgrade and had enjoyed a lot in the huge room but I would say even the normal room have view that it's hard not to want to spend some time everyday just staring thru the sparkling clean windows. Laundry service was fast and my clothes was always hung out nicely in my wardrobe in the room the same day. They also have room service serving local , Italian and western cuisine, which was all so delicious! The location is one that no other 5 stars hotel In danang have as its right on My khe and it take me only about 15 mins to walk to the dragon bridge and I had visited other town area many time just by walking. They also provide free bicycle for hotel guest. Surrounding the hotel are countless cafes , restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets! I even found a 5 stars rating vietnamese language class nearby within walking distance from this hotel, which had made my total experience In danang a truly memorable and meaningful one. I would say this hotel totally exceeded my expectation. Even the guests here are nice people. For a total danang experience, this hotel is the only choice. Absolutely coming back whenever I miss Danang and My khe beach. 💗

The hotel is overall fine. But Im really disappointment with their spa and staff ,it is so unsafe. I was getting my spa done and someone random entered violating my privacy, even after telling the girl to lock the door she didn’t lock it. Spa was also a total waste of money. Moreover , it is soooo hard to communicate, they hardly know English, and to add more to it they don’t even understand from translators. It was the hotel who recommended me the spa , and when this mishap took place they simply said the spa is not ours, just using out property ! I’m mean … what the heck !? In short, the hotel is all about it sea view , nothing else.

Across the beach in Da Nang, this has got the best possible view of the beach. Be sure to take upper floors, Sea facing to get the best value of the property. Its also centrally located with the Dragon bridge and the night market about 20 minutes walk. The staff were really helpful and made our stay memorable too.

Location is good right in front of the beach and close to many restaurants but breakfast of poor quality and facilities not very clean. Spa and sauna/ steam advertised on website but not accessible for hotel guests unless you book treatments as well.

5 stars hotel feels like 3. The room taking you back to 1990ish. Be careful for using the toilet in the room, can be very slippery as the shower water always flow to the floor causes by the weird bathup’s layout.

Very elegant interior design. Beautiful sea view. My khe beach is just across the road. 5 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Overall great stay

Nice rooms with very comfortable beds and located in a good part of Da Nang. Seems the staff are very inexperienced though and the service is not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Room service is nonexistent, unless you go and find yourself a menu from the hotel restaurant. Even then you're lucky if you get what you ordered because the person taking the order didn't understand english. Not one of our orders was correct, we had to go downstairs and point at the picture on the menu. There's also no table service out by the pools. We were told to order drinks inside at the bar. There were no drink glasses in the room, no food or drink menus either. We chose this 5 star hotel because we wanted the 5 star experience and to be able to relax and order room service. For the most part we weren't able to do that.

Big hotel with sea view. Good facilities. There are 2 pools, one outside and one at 3rd floor. Small beautiful garden in front of the hotel. One minus is the buffet breakfast is not good because of a bit bad taste and flavor except the fruits dessert

The hotel was great, from an amazing buffet to comfortable rooms to amazing service DLG did not disappoint! Management and reception staff extremely helpful, no request was too difficult, great experience would definitely stay again!

The building is old but very well maintained and does not make you feel old. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage at the reception even after you check out. A highly recommended hotel.

Da Nang + Hoi An tour with DLG hotel. Great experiences.

Everything was good expect for cleanliness. We found 4 cockroaches in our bathroom and asked the cleaners to make sure they clean it well they didn’t, and we found more the next day which got us paranoid. We stayed in room 7005 so if you get the same room make sure you ask them to change it or to spray it especially the toilet don’t leave your stuff inside.

We had the most wonderful and worthy experiences during our stay in beautiful Danang beach city.

We used DLG hotel at Da Nang as our focal point for the other nearby tourist spots: Golden Bridge, Hue, My Son, and HoiAn. So we stayed there for quite a few days. Tam was incredible to assist us to coordinate our travels and make sure we catch our transports at the exact time when we needed them. His fluent English was very helpful to facilitate our communications on all aspects, not matter how detailed. All the services and other staff were equally amazing.

Such a refreshing break from our hellish hostels! The pool was amazing, 2 mins from the beach, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, great spacious rooms, clean and smelt amazing!!! We loved it!

Nice place and it’s near by the beach. Really enjoy relax in the executive room. Although the weather were not that good those days, but the hotel were good. But suggest to improve the poor sound insulation between 2 rooms.

Friendly, efficient service. This was my first hotel in which I was disturbed by guests in the next room, talking till 2.30am and again at 7am. I spoke to staff about this at 2pm and they phoned the neighbouring room, which resulted in one person leaving the room to go to his own room, but there was still talking till 2.30. I spoke with staff about this in the morning and they offered and arranged to upgrade my wife and I to a larger room with no one next door. That was a huge relief.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. We were able to check in early. Good location, I like the pool on the 3rd floor. Price is low. However, the quality of the breakfast has decreased since our last visit in 2019. Coffee was as thin as water. We enjoyed our stay, but will probably choose another hotel next time.

Best sleep I’ve had in a long time - incredibly comfortable bed and exceptionally clean room. The rooftop infinity pool is a highlight. Despite what you will read in the reviews of others, we had a great time, found space to swim, relax and make new friends whilst up there. Lovely views out to the ocean and a lovely warm jacuzzi. Impressive gym with lots of dumbbells which is always a plus. Sunset bar was lovely and the staff were very attentive.We had a great time and will definitely stay again. Thank you.
