Overall, It wasn't bad accomodation. Every staff was kind. But when I ordered room service, I experienced very unpleasant situation. I ordered some menu around 4pm and almost menu didn't serviced at that time and finally I've got a good news that they could serve grilled red snapper so I ordered the menu. But they served a small piece of warmless salmon for me. At that time, I was really hungry so I had no energy to complain about that....It costs 200,000vnd!!! And they cheated me...how dare them! And I could find that the salmon was from the breakfast menu. They just offered me the last piece of salmon as room service menu even it is not the red snapper what I ordered with charge of 200,000vnd!! I will share this unpleasant experience as much as I can.

Not recommended. We had an average experience overall as we found it very semi-professional. Reception staff and entrance staff are most of the time occupied with their phones hiding behind a wall. We also asked information about tours and they said they can only book car for us, we would appreciate some help on suggesting tours or tour agencies that they could do that for us. Room was overall clean except the curtains that were full of stains and drips and the towels had a big hole in them. Rooftop bar was just empty all the time with no staff attending or even if they were they would be sitting down again with their phones. Breakfast was at least average on choices but good quality and when we called the reception in the morning to let us know when our tour guide will arrive as we were having breakfast no one had let us know by the time we reached the lift to go down were the tour guide was waiting for us... On checking they didn't even ask if we liked our stay and didn't thank us for staying. Don't get me wrong but you should take in consideration this feedback to value your guests if you want to make some more money or make them to come back or recommend to someone else as the competition is high with so many choices around there. I think these are pretty standards for a 3 star hotel.

Everything was excellent. The new hotel. Room was clean. There is a beautiful swimming pool with nice view in the top roof. The most impresive thing to me is the staff. They are so lovely, always welcome me with a pretty smile and make me feel very comfortable. :)

A really enjoyable stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Upon arrival we were upgraded to an apartment room at no extra charge. The pool was fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet at nights. Slept well. Apart from that, everything was good.

Great value for money. Great view for breakfast and pool. 2. Row building , but beach is so near. New buildings all around the hotel soon expected. Best tv with cable provider in town until now. liked that future.

This was a nice very reasonably priced hotel. The hotel itself is clean but of no fault of their own the surrounding lots are construction zones or just piles of trash. The location is good, within a 5-8 minute walk to the beach. The pool was small but very nice with great views. The room and bed was comfortable. We realized after it was far too late that we left some still in the package food souvenir/gifts in the fridge. I realize this is not the hotels responsibility but they either didn’t check the fridge mini bar on checkout or simply didn’t bother to tell us that we had left something in the room. Just a bit disappointing as we had the same thing happen recently and we were asked right away if we had forgotten it in the room.

Fantastic view at roof top swimming pool. Recommend to anyone and looking forward to book on my next visit.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with staff that are friendly and attentive. Breakfast was ok, but with the price of the rooms, it was good value. Location is great as it is just about 3 minutes walk to the beach, with cafes and food places within walking distance as well. There was something like a night market that sets up in the evening while i was there (23/09/2023) with live music until around 10pm, right in front of the hotel. Not sure if it is a daily thing or not. Overall, not a bad choice to stay here, good value.

Excellent value. Ocean view, two minute walk to the beach and many international bars and restaurants. The new daily night market is right in front of the hotel with live concert. Luckily the music stops at 9 p.m. Breakfast was only ok. Issues with warm fridge and slow shower drain. Hotel maintenance quality is the common problem at most hotels in Vietnam, even for the 4-5 star luxury resort hotels.

The property location is really at prime and also property is good to relax just behind the beach. Moreover rooms are certainly very neat and clean.I understand the swimming pool was in maintenance for a week so we were not able to enjoy it but still the service was awesome and staff is also very supportive and excellent especially manager Hai was helpful.

We stayed in the same room for nearly three months. Very very nice people in the reception/groundfloor and the restaurant on14th floor. The hotel is close to a lot of good places and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Facility is new. Location is quiet and close to the beach. Many western style bars near it. Vote 5 stars.
