I lived for almost a month with my husband. One day the hotel manager came and said that we have a dirty sheet, we have to pay. The hotel staff did not even try to wash this linen, they immediately wanted money. We offered to wash the sheets ourselves, the manager refused. But after long conversations, she gave us bed linen, I washed the stain and returned it to the staff! On the day of departure (13.04) this manager did not let us leave, demanding money for the washed sheet. Moreover, she wanted 2,000,000 dong (in Vietnam, such a new sheet costs 300,000 dong). Having been refused, she called the security guard and together they snatched the suitcase out of my hands and stole it. This is nowhere to be found, we were in criminal countries, but no one has ever stolen in such a brazen way. In the end, we were forced to pay for nothing. We read reviews from 3 years ago, nothing has changed. The staff are criminal people who steal from people. People don't come here

Scamers. They will put dirty duvet covers and ask you to pay for it while checkout. If you dont give them 100$ they keep your Baggage. This is huge scam Hotel as it happened many Times in the Hotel.

very cheater staff and hotel its give you dirty pillow cover and dirty bed sheet and towels etc and when you will check out they will charge for you about all. so never ever go to this hotel

Mixed feelings At point of check in they told me to check your sheets , and other things as they will not be responsible for dirt or missing of their property like lamps and all and I would be held responsible at check out time. I think this is happening in Vietnam because of some Indian individuals did damaged their property and such video was also viral in India. Because I was able to see same behavior from other hotels in Vietnam. Same goes for tips. Because of being a country with Korean and Australian tourist , and their habits of giving tips. While on other side most Indian don't like giving tips. So that might be also possible.

Nice boutique hotel in a great location. Walking distance to a lot of local & Korean restaurants and also a few Highly-rated Massage shops. K-mart is located right next door. Rooms are spacious & all staff were very helpful during our stay! Will be back when in Danang.

Stayed just the 1 night great staff both on reception and at breakfast.

This is the worst hotel I ever stay in,they are fraud they will give you dirty clothes and bedsheets and at checkout time they will charge you for that and ask you for high plenty. And if you won't give they will misbehave and DNT allow you to go from the hotel.beware guys dnt go to this hotel.

Very nice rooms, terrible shower thought. Breakfast is ok if you're Asian (I guess). For european's not much choice. Based on the fact that only the hot asian breakfast is good. Apart from that there isn't much.

Best food tour of our journey!

we had a really nice stay here. Our room was clean and the breakfast was varied and delicious. When we informed the waiter that we were vegetarians, we got an extra soup. The view from the pool was great.

Rooms are not that hot: most of the day I didn't even turn on A/C. The walls are very thin: even if your neighbors whisper you're still able to hear them talking, very annoying. Not so many good places to eat out nearby

I was so please with my stayed at CN Palace Hotel Danang. Everything about the hotel was top- match and met all of my expectations. 1. The room is spacious clean and comfortable, we got a lovely chairs to sit back and chill. 2. Bathroom is also bigger than most hotel we used to stay. 3. Breakfast was excellent. 5 .The staff was friendly and helpfull. I will definitely staying at this hotel again the next time I'm in Da Nang.
