I am giving 2 stars for an acceptable and comparable service for a local operated hotel. It was really unacceptable that the hotel staff, initially asked my sister to give a review for this hotel after the stay and offering to guide her to the websites, however a staff was posting 5 star rating and have written her own review on Google when we were waiting for hotel check out process. Although the service was fine during our stay but one rating-craving staff have ruined all reliability with this hotel. I am now questioning and wondering whether others review I have read through Google is really a true customer review or it has been manipulated by the hotel staff taking their customer phone to create a good review themselves. I am truly concerning about digital footprint so it is very unacceptable when someone using my or my family’s personal account to posted anything socially without our consensus. I hope the hotel focus more on leveraging their service rather than trying to create a fake review

My partner and I absolutely loved our three-day stay at Belle Maison Đà Nẵng managed by H&K Hospitality. We must admit that the excellent reviews about the service & quality offered in this hotel online are well-deserved and truly reflect the reality. We got to the hotel via a pre-booked hotel-owned luxurious cab. Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff opened the cab door smiling to us and offered to carry our luggage straight to the reception. The doorman opened the hotel door and greeted us. The other staff, upon noticing us, immediately approached, offered refreshing drinks and provided detailed guidance. They spoke outstanding English. The staff wore neat uniforms and smiled to us at all times. Despite the hotel was fully booked at that time, we really felt taken care of as the service we received was very efficient. This was certainly THE BEST experience we've ever had and was genuinely different to other 4-star hotels we have been to in the past. The hotel's location is perfect as it only takes to cross the road to get to the sandy beach and local restaurants. Our sea-facing family room absolutely impressed us. It was clean and spacious, well-equipped with a personal safe, multifunction shower pad, large bathtub, large mirror and had a bunk bed in addition to our large bed. We ate breakfasts (at the hotel buffet) and lunch (a'la carte at the hotel rooftop restaurant "SeaView"). The hotel chef's three-course meals were very delicious. We highly recommend visiting the rooftop restaurant too (see meal pictures below). The buffet changed daily offering great variety. The waiters and waitresses there were polite and exceptionally attentive as they frequently cleaned the table and we never had problems with allocating sufficient space to our plates and bowls. While serving the meal, they introduced us to how each meal was prepared and were happy to answer any question. They always politely asked guests for their feedback. Such a unique approach distinguished them and made them very professional. There's also a gorgeous swimming pool at the same floor outside with a breathtaking view and an outside bar at the very rooftop with nice attentive waiters and waitresses and great selection of drinks. The cleaning staff paid attention to every detail of our room and, thanks to their discernible hard work, each time left our room very tidy. They kept lifts, corridors, and bathrooms close to the reception clean too. We liked & recommend latté and traditional coconut coffee served in the bar near the reception too. It's not a coincidence - the staff at this hotel must have received a world-class training to handle guests appropriately and provide consistent top-quality service. We will return to this hotel whenever visiting Đà Nẵng in the future.

Great property in near proximity to the beach, highly recommended. The staffs are very courteous and always at beck and call throughout the property starting from reception to the restaurant. We booked a partial ocean view room and loved the view of the surroundings, so I can just imagine how surreal a full ocean view room could be. Very good breakfast spread, moderately equipped gym and worth mentioning is the 21st floor sky bar with a magnificent view. They have a policy of charging for extra key, so keep the same same safely. We had lost a key, however since it was not mentioned in prior, the reception lady was kind enough to absolve it.

The hotel service is good. The staff are very nice and helpful. The facilities in room are good and new. Room 1202 with the amazing view, we can enjoy the fresh air in the morning. The breakfast was delicious and tasteful, the staff serve well. The hotel is located near the beach, you can walk around for a while.

Our room was clean and well-equipped, even though the electrical appliances are not very new. We had a great time staying at Belle Maison. We enjoyed almost all of their services, including hotel, restaurant, spa and cafe. Staff are very well-trained, always polite and helpful.

Amazing place and ofcourse the staff took great care of us with requests and recommendations! The room was new, spacious and clean. Cocktail on Sky 21 Bar was perfect Highly recommend for family and couple who looking for lost time and wanna to spend more time with people you love!

Overall, a hotel with an outstanding price/performance ratio. Pros: 1. the soul of the hotel is its employees. Starting from the reception, the food service area to the room service, all are professional, do a superior job and are very friendly. I hope the hotel owner appreciates that. 2. The hotel has an appealing feel-good design, is spacious in room size. The beds are large and comfortable. The sanitary very clean, modern and pleasant. 3. My room was surprisingly quiet. I was especially surprised that I could not hear anything from the adjoining rooms or the hallway. I have experienced quite other hotels where you thought that they would be right next to you in the adjoining rooms. Only the noise from outside could not be avoided, but it was within limits. 4. The location is good with the proximity to the beach. In the streets behind the hotel you can find stores, restaurants, and various services like massage and laundry. 5. the breakfast buffet is good to very good. For me as a "European" the offer of fruit could be a bit bigger, but it is ok. In this price category, it is one of the best hotels I have experienced in Vietnam. And compared to the hotels in Thailand in this price segment, much much better.

Beautiful hotel. Swimming pool - infinity on the roof top. Superb view. Great staff, found to very helpful at the reception, restraint. Reasonably good breakfast even for Indians. Look forward to another Sat in the future! Nice

I absolutely loved this hotel. I stayed here for 5 nights. Best experience I have had so far in Vietnam. The service is excellent, your treated as if your in a five star hotel. The staff is very friendly and will go beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. I happen to be here within my travels on my birthday. They caught me by surprised on my last day and had the Happy Birthday song played, gave me cake and a card at breakfast. They must have seen the birth date on the passport when I checked in. It's totally in the details. Don't hesitate to stay here.

We have a sea view room 1102 at Belle Maison Parosand. The view really really good, I can see all the city and the My luge beach. Room clean and spacious, have a bunk bed for my children. Staff so niceeee, good service. Thank you

Third time I have stayed in this place and beyond my expectations every time,because is consist of exceptional services, professional team work, very clean and well maintenance. Rooms are spacious. A queen bed as well as a double bunk bed accomadate a family of 4. Love it highly recommended. - Is not a deal breaker for me however in my opinion breakfast should be variety each days!

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The most friendliest staff, would do anything for you. Food was great, drinks, coffee 10 out of 10. Big shout out to Lisa on the breakfast staff every morning smiling and happy to help me with my day plans in Da Nang. Definitely will be back

My room number is 1109. I’m 90 years old. I’m come from India. This is the first time I come Vietnam Nam. The people here was very friendly and attentive, helpful. Breakfast was nice. Everything here very excellent and good.

Rooms are too small for my liking but the service and staff were wonderful. The rooms do not have much insulation so I can hear when my neighbor is showering or flushing the toilet. Breakfast buffet (included) had a beautiful view but I’ll give the food a 3 star rating.

Good location. Across from beach and very close to many eating establishments. Guest service is nice. Rooms are a little small and there was a peanut casing on the side dresser when I checked in. That was very questionable. Breakfast buffet was included, which was also nice (many hotels have this), but the food options were not that great. Food was also bland. In most hotel rooms, water bottles are complimentary. I understand at this place, they’re trying to go green by using reusable glass bottles, but they didn’t have a safety cap (couldn’t tell if it was clean or used) so we didn’t touch them. Not having water was a little inconvenient but there’s a delicious chê place around the corner that made up for that haha.

First I want to notice for location, it was very good and convenient, easy to go to, beach, near the market and anywhere. Secondly, swimming pool really nice. Room was good view. Especially staff really friendly and helpful. Restaurant at 20 floor is so so but it takes me so much money. Receptionist very nice, I received welcomed and warming help when check in.

This hotel was the best hotel I stayed at during my 3 weeks in Vietnam. It had the best customer service with the friendliest staff, cleanest rooms, most delicious breakfast (with a rotating menu), and amazing location across from the beach. We could easily walk to massages, motorcycle rental spot, store for water, and coffee + restaurants from the hotel. The only con is it can be a little loud late at night due to the beach club across the street but noised died down around 11 pm during my stay there.

I always stay here during my business trips to Da Nang. Great location by the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is ok and rooftop bar is quite nice.

A street away from the beach, the view is amazing from the top! I love that it is close to tourist attractions yet not too packed with people. The people are friendly and welcoming. Love the rooftop bar and pool! Only downer some of the room faces another building. A friend managed to grab a unit at the front with glass toilet wall - it had cool night view.

Room was great, view of the beaches and the pagoda are nice, but windows are dirty. Linen was dirty on arrival unfortunately. The staff changed them promptly, but the several new sheets they brought were still dirty. Gym was one of the better ones I've seen in Vietnam. Sky bar and pool are great. Breakfast was awesome with a great beach view.

Having spent 3 nights at Belle Maison with a full view of the sea surely erase all of our stress, anxiety during the lockdown. From the airport pick-up till the farewell moment, I had to say Bella Maison has the top service for a 4 star-hotel. We got a summer deal with 1 way airport pick-up and 60 mins body massage for 2 which is a perfect package to enjoy our vacation with a affordable price. We woke up in the morning with the sunrise in front of the eyes, one of the best scenes I’ve ever had. Room is spacious with a big bed a separate room for the kids if you travel with family. Love the bathroom with big bathtub and hot water all the time. Tea coffee and water was always filled up. The pool is a bit small but that’s the best place to have sunbathing with cool wind and sound of the sea. The hotel is well located in the seafront with plenty of choices for restaurants and transportation. 10 mins walk to a convenient store. If you visit, make sure you won’t skipping the Sky21 Bar, good price, good drinks and good vibe. Last but not least, all the team was great and beyond my expectation. I definitely come back. Thank you the team for bring us a wonderful stay

Have stayed here multiple times and have been treated well each time. Very nice hotel right across from the beach. Nice, clean room, though a little small. Yummy breakfast buffet with attentive wait staff serving Vietnamese, Asian, and Western dishes. Great views from the rooftop bar.

Very nice view of the ocean from the east facing side. Windows need some cleaning, it's killing the beautiful view a bit. Good size room and great water pressure in the shower. Sliding door for the badroom could use some grease (could be just the room I'm in). Super friendly staff. Rooftop pool has a excellent view of the ocean. Breakfast buffet has a good variety (have not had lunch or dinner here yet). Over all, nice place with a great view.

I was very impresed by customer service in Belle Maison Parosand Danang hotel. The staff is attentive, enthusiastic and ready to assist guests when necessary. There's an infinity pool and sky bar with excellent sea view. Mykhe beach is opposite the hotel which you can walk out there and see the sunrise. Next time if I get a chance, I won't hesitate to come back here.

Excellent customer service ! hotel is so cozy and beautiful, food is delicious and the Sky Bar is amazing with live music. Service is second to none, I was cordially invited to have dinner with my friend here and i was really impressed by the professionalism and hospitality provided by the staffs here. All five star standards of the hotel are presented in this hotel. Everybody seems to be very happy with their work, they are so attentive, informative and extremely friendly, they are ready to offer assistance and always greet you with a genuine smiles on their faces. so proud of Vietnamese brand with international standard. I had a great dinner in the hotel restaurant and a fantastic time together with my friend to chit chat in the Sky Bar on the floor 21. I strongly recommend this hotel and definitely come back here to stay in the near future.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were helpful too! Breakfast was nice, many options. Rooftop bar was nice, great view. The manager Thiện was very lovely, helpful and made excellent cocktails 😊 Beware of the price of laundry!! It was $14 per kg compared to $3 per kg in Hanoi. It was multiple times more than any other accommodation we've stayed in.

After searching for long time and finally I chose this hotel for our anniversary celebration. I was definitely impressed from the staffs, the facility, service and especially Ms. Duong Manager here! She is so kind to offer us such a nice experience here. Once again, thank you all team members and I will come back at soonest surely!

The Hotel is very comfortable, family rooms are awesome. The staff is wonderful, all very hospitable and so accommodating. All restaurants served fine food, breakfast had variety daily. On our third night our rooms were upgraded at no cost, superb! The only draw back was the hot water in the showers cut off quickly. I will definitely return!

Customer service is friendly and prompt. The hotel is located just across the street from the beach. Room was more than we expected with a full kitchenette, microwave, midsize refrigerator and silverware and dinnerware for two. Plenty of cabinet space. We had a one room but it also came with a pulldown twin in the living room. Bed is spacious but slightly firm for our taste. Price includes breakfast buffet and is a great value for what you get.

We stayed at Belle Maison during the peak New year season. Great credit goes to the staff who despite a high occupancy managed to maintain a high service standard. Special thanks to Mr. Harrison who was absolutely fantastic. Moreover, the spa was excellent especially Ms. Thao! She was brilliant. Also, like to thank Ly, Huong, Vi. We had a fantastic time at the sky bar, great vibes, chilled and some magic!

A very decent hotel in a great location that doesnt over promised the $40 asking price. Rooms are clean, modern, with decent mattress. Do note the hotel can be rammed with domestic tourists. Breakfast was a suprised, lots of options + deserts! Staffs are keen to please and speaks enough English to answer most questions. Forget the small gym or pool and head out to the gorgeous beach for your dips and hiits. Danang is a serious competition for Phuket / Bali. Cant wait to rebook at Belle. Sadly prices will probably double before long...

By far the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed at. The breakfast is amazing, the 21st floor sky bar is amazing, and the 20th floor restaurant was above and beyond. All the staff is super courteous and nice even though we didn't speak any Vietnamese. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
