The service and the stay at this place was the best in Vietnam. We take memories home because of the treatment and behaviour of the staff at this hotel. Clara especially was so helpful and always so ready to assist. The entire staff was extremely humble and made our stay so comfortable. Loved the snacks and tea provided by the hotel every single day for free. That was cherry on the icing. Thanks so much for the wonderful memories.

Best service, hands-down. The staff are exceptionally professional, friendly, and willing to assist with any request. Vietnamese customer service is already above-average (compared to most European hotels) but the Monarque staff is extraordinary - especially Clara and Anna - who helped us so much during our 4-night stay. All of the staff interact very professionally with the guests. Situated a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15-minutes from the Dragon Bridge and night market, Monarque is ideally located. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, although the sound-proofing is quite poor. Many of the rooms also don't face the ocean and only offer views of the adjacent buildings. The breakfast buffet was a very welcome change compared to most other Vietnamese hotels that only offer lunch for breakfast (i.e. fried rice, noodles, soup, spring rolls). Monarque offers a diverse choice of fruits, vegetables, cereals, bread, and western breakfast items, in addition to the typical Vietnamese options. Highly recommend for anyone looking for incredible service, excellent food, and a great location at a good price.

The decor is a bit over the top with gilded details everywhere, but so is the service. I preferred this hotel to a 5-star hotel at twice the price in Hue. The staff were very helpful with advice and insights for touring. Noise was a non-issue.

Great service, just excellent from the first day till the last! Everything is just brilliant! First, when you arrive in the hotel, there are a few people who start to welcome you with big smiles, drinks and every type of help or information you need! Then, the rooms- comfortable and absolutely clean (cleaning two times a day)! If you want to go to some excursions, of course, they will help you with that and you can book one from their car. The driver will take you, help you to find and buy a tickets and wait for you to turn you back in the hotel! The food - absolutely amazing! The massages - the best we’ve ever tried! And all this is very, very cheap, compared with many hotels in the world! And last but not least, huge thanks to all the staff, especially to Clara, she was very helpful! You deserve 5* stars, people! Thank you!

Great stay at Monarque Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy and the workers are very nice. The food is also tasty and slightly different everyday. They have a afternoon tea which has plenty of nice desserts and coffee. And sometimes at night they will have a live performance with complimentary pho. Location is great too as the hotel is very close to a beach which some rooms have a nice ocean view. Would definitely come again!

This hotel is one of the best I have ever been to so far. We spent two nights for my cousin’s ’ birthday and we had the best time ever. The swimming pool is amazing, the area is so chill, the rooms are perfect, comfortable and very clean, everything was just perfect!! Regarding the breakfast, that was the best buffet you can ever imagine. There is everything you want ! The afternoon tea was also a very nice. I totally recommend this place, this is the best hotel you can imagine. Thank you also to all of the team, especially Dory, Alice, Jason, Clara,… you made our stay unforgettable. My family booked six rooms at the Monarque Hotel for a family reunion. We all enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean. The staff is very kind and friendly, always asking if we need anything they can help with. The breakfast was delicious and the afternoon tea is an extra treat we were not expecting and loved it. The pool has beautiful statues as decoration, while the pool is not large, it is the perfect size for a cozy and wonderful feeling. We walked to the nearby beach for morning exercise and took a quick electric car to a nearby seafood restaurant for dinner. We will definitely return for our next get together! Thank you to all the staff for a great stay!

A beautiful hotel just opposite the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Particularly would like to thank Clara and Dory who were really helpful and provided lots of good tips and information on sightseeing in DaNang, and Valerie who helped us book. Really good breakfast spread too. The only feedback I would like to share is to have some non-pork or vegetarian options at afternoon Tea. On all days, the only sandwich and burger they had was pork. The staff arranged the sandwich without ham for us but it would be nice to have more options.

Clean, comfortable, cost effective, friendly and attentive, delicious breakfast with lots of Western and Asian options, also offers afternoon tea from 2-5pm. Great for a nice a relaxing holiday. Kids seem to like the rooftop pool. Too cold for me to try 😁 If you're after comfortable rooms that aren't crammed, this hotel offers a lot of features that qualify. Such as shelves and storage spaces, hooks on the walls, chairs and other furnitures in all rooms. The staff are well versed in answering questions relevant to the landmarks and activities. Friendly, approachable and always ready to help. Some of our next door guests were noisy so the hotel managers offered a free airport drop off for us. The afternoon tea has a mix of sweets and savory options. The breakfast was amazing 😍 a great mix of western and Asian food, pastries, pancakes and waffles, lots of fresh fruits, yoghurt, juices, fried rice, noodles, beef shanks, you name it! We've been mostly eating at the hotel. Additional to convenience is the peace of mind about the high hygiene level. Location is close to the surf beach but a bit of walk to the town centre. This has been the most comfortable and personable hotel stay that I've had.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. You get a welcome tea during check in and luggage delivered to your rooms. Also quality breakfast buffet every morning and free afternoon tea from 3-5 pm. Rooms are clean and spacious with good service when required. Probably the hotel with the most grand exterior on that stretch.

We stayed here for 7 days. It was an amazing holiday for me and my family. All staff were very friendly and helpful. They are a super teams. Also, the room is very big and the bed is very comfortable. Delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Definitely come back again.

This was possibly our best hotel stay in Vietnam. What makes this place exceptional is the staff. They are always waiting at the hotel gate with an umbrella and a smile, eager to help. Erika took great care of us throughout and helped us navigate vegetarian options at breakfast. They were the only hotel in Vietnam which had a separate breakfast menu for vegetarians and they made special dishes just to serve us. Also, the location is right opposite the beach and the pool on the roof is excellent with a beautiful seaview. The complimentary afternoon tea with sandwiches and tea is an added bonus. Overall, can't recommend this hotel enough. We would be back again!

I stayed at Monarque Hotel Danang for 3 days in the a month ago. It was my solo vacation and I must admit I chose the best stay / property in Danang. The hospitality is excellent, right from the time of checkin to my checkout. Everything was professionally addressed and taken care. Staffs were friendly and went beyond to help and assist and make my stay comfortable. Especially Ms. Rose was outstanding. Rose made sure i felt home. I am short of words for the best hospitality Ive received during my stay. I would highly recommend this place.

The staff are very nice and enthusiastic! The hotel is very close to the beach, and the breakfast buffet is really nice. The receptionists are very helpful, and can assist with anything you need, such as making a phone call to a restaurant to ask if they have air conditioning. This is my first visit to Vietnam, and the staff have helped me solve a lot of problems. Room cleaning is also very good, as they tidy up every day. Using Grab for transportation is very convenient, and it's a cheaper way to go sightseeing.

It's such a lovely hotel with great Ocean views. The pool is so nice and clean. The hotels rooms are AMAZING and the buffet food is Soo good and has lots of options! The staff are just amazing and go above and beyond for you. They make you feel so special, important and cared for. In particular I met a lovely ladys named Clara and Anna who were just the absolute sweetest and made you feel very cared for. Would 10/10 recommend 😊

We were here for just a night's stay before proceeding to other cities. Extremely amazed by their hospitality. Superb great service from the minute we entered. Our family would like to extend our appreciation to all the staffs, esp Miss Erica for her politeness and smiles while conversing with us in our home languages. The breakfast spread was 10/10 rated from all our family members. From 6yrs old to 70 years old. Will definitely be back again. Oh ya. I love the great sea view overlooking Pacific Ocean.

“100 out of 10” Superb place excelling in service. The preparation for significant other's anniversary surprise, the ushering and the welcome drink and snack while both checking in and out, were all done with perfection. Every single staff was extremely polite and so darn helpful and sociable (staff advice how to get further discounts while booking for a Grab ride is a first for us) . Food was great during breakfast and tea time. The goodnight cookie was a very interesting touch.

This hotel is amazing. The staff, especially Clara, are so friendly and help you with every need. We needed a scooter, and they got one delivered to the front door within 15 minutes. The breakfast is awesome, I have never seen so many great choices at a hotel for breakfast. They also have tea and snacks from 3-5 every day, which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this place!

This Hotel surprised us so much! Interior was beautiful. Rooms are a bit cozy but very clean. Staff were supportive and so nice. Lovely there! Very beautiful hotel with an iron. I couldn’t believe it when I saw it. I’ve been to 3 hotels across Vietnam and this was the first iron. The customer service is top notch. The swimming pool is very clean, the floor is a little slippery. The breakfast buffet exceeded the other hotels I’ve been to. Highly recommend! There weren’t many loud people during breakfast 🙄 shouting. Taxis and locals referred to this hotel as “Monaco” which I don’t know why. If you know French it’s not even close.

This is the best hotel I've been to and I've travelled to more then 35 countries. Customer service, breakfast buffet, afternoon tea all exceeded my expectation. Their breakfast buffet is the best of the best, almost comparable to one of those cancun all inclusive resorts. They have many American and vietnamese breakfast options and exotic fruits. The rooftop pool is cute and clean. The staff remembered me and my travel companion and always asking to make sure we're comfortable and happy. They always greeted us with a smile on their face. I truly enjoyed my stay here and only wish I had more time. Special shout out to Clara for always making sure we were satisfied. Thank you for your amazing service.

I'd give a 5 1/2.. only a one night stay after 4 airports of travel. *Front desk & breakfast waitstaff, impeccable service. *The bed, great comfort. *The shower was excellent. *The breakfast, unbelievable quality & quantity of choices. *Oh, my room had an ocean view 9 floors up.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, everything was taken care for us with a smile. We walked in and were so impressed with the welcome. This place is beautiful and my kids felt so special. We loved the lemongrass tea at reception and were immediately treated like family. The breakfast was delicious each day with so many options. Our pickiest little eaters found plenty of food to enjoy. The location is right across the street from the beach. Spend a little extra and book a room with the sea view!! 100% worth it. It’s very easy and quick to jump in a taxi and get to the city center for any shopping needs. All of the staff at the Monarque were wonderful but Miss Clara is in a league of her own. She is a world class hospitality super star! She made a special point to remember each of our names (which is no small feat considering we were a group of 7 with four kids). My kids felt like royalty because of Miss Clara’s kindness and thoughtful attention. We booked this hotel again at the end of our trip because Clara is just so wonderful. She even brought a birthday cake up for our son! It was all of the special little touches like this that our family will most remember from our trip to Vietnam. Thank you Clara and the rest of the staff!

We ended up staying at the Monarque for one night after having to leave Hoi An early due to flooding. The stay was great and we loved both the breakfast and the afternoon tea. Our room was great (very gold) and the hotel kindly upgraded us to a sea-facing King room as they had the room. It's in a great location near the beach and lots of great seafood restaurants. We didn't have much time to explore but I would absolutely return and recommend to other travelers.

The rooms have no balconies, so this isn't the place to stay if you are looking to enjoy the sea breeze from the comfort of your own room. The high tea was consistent. Breakfast buffet substantial. Rooms well kept. Sound proofing is minus as you can hear the guests in the next room drag chairs and slam their closet doors. And you can hear the heavy footed guests who stomp their way across the rooms upstairs.

Absolutely stunning, I’ve never stayed in such a luxurious hotel. Staff are amazing, the level of customer service is second to none. Dory in particular wanted to make sure we did not experience anything wrong at all and helped with travel tips and information. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the afternoon tea was good also, both were complimentary in my stay. The area around here is pretty quiet though, so you need to walk or Grab for 1-2km if you want to go to some bars.

The rooms are huge and clean. A breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. It’s delicious and includes both eastern and western options. We received a free upgrade to a sea view room. Enjoy complimentary high tea everyday from 2pm-530pm with an assortment of cakes and sandwiches on the rooftop. We arrived late and they still kindly accommodated us. The staff helped us arrange a full day private tour with a car and driver to Hué at a very affordable rate. We planned it at 8am the same morning of our trip. The customer service experience was warm and outstanding. Clara and her team treated us like family :)

The wife and I stayed here about 3-4 years ago, and it was so memorable, I had to go back and review the place. It is absolutely impeccable in every way. Best hotel I've stayed at in my life. Reading the more recent reviews, it looks like they've kept up the same level of service over the years. You won't be disappointed.

Ms Clara is so friendly. She made this hotel feel warm and welcoming. All the staff are great. The room is very nice and clean. The breakfast is fantastic. Restaurant quality. Across the street from the beach. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. 5 star service. Free bicycle to ride around.
