Hotel cancelled room with less than 24 hrs notice. No alternative provided. No apology and zero recognition of the inconvenience caused. They then had the cheek to message the following day stating they had a downgraded room available. This was a 2 week booking not just a single night. I would avoid as they clearly do not give a toss about customer welfare/service.

Rooms are big but there is no fan there,wifi is not working staff was nice and welcoming and location is perfect

Hotel asked us to cancel a 2 week booking that had been made months in advance less than 24hrs before we were meant to arrive. Said there was a problem with the room we had booked and there was no more rooms. After reading other reviews it looks like this is not the first time they have done it. Since the fireworks display is on in Da Nang it is more than likely they just gave the room away at a higher price. We have now had to book another hotel at a higher price because Da Nang is busy. Absolutely avoid if you want guaranteed accommodation.

Staff were kind and helpful. (Their English was good if that is important). Secure parking. Good wifi. Room was clean and spacious. My room had a great ocean view. Bathroom was a little dated but not an issue for me. TV volume didn't go very high. Would stay again.

Booked a suite. Has curtains, but definitely not black out curtain as described. Would have preferred a straight shower, instead of having to step out of a raised bath on to tiles. Breakfast buffet is excellent quality with a wide variety to choose from. Room service stops at 1400 though. Checked out early after construction on top levels started at 7am on a Sunday

I stayed 10 nights (extended from 7). Good location 2 minutes walk to a lovely beach. Lots of nice cheap places to eat nearby. The room is big and spacious. Comfy beds. 24/7 reception. Kettle and fridge in the room. Lovely view at the top of the building. Small but usable gym also on the roof. Rooms cleaned to a high standard daily. For the price and the standards and location it's worthy of 5 stars. Only thing they didn't have was an iron!

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. It's conveniently located, close to everything, and just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist. The Wi-Fi connection was perfect. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit Da Nang in the future.

Right next to the beach, it is a nice hotel.Rooms were really spacious,it is definitely a nice place to stay. They also have a 24hr Mart of their own so it is very convenient.

We stayed here a long period of time for our honeymoon. Staff is efficient, friendly and sweet. The hotel by itself is nice, well located near the sea. They offer all sort of services (free bicycles, cheap scooter renting etc. The only minus are Vietnamese patrons. They are so loud and can be so rude. We, Europeans, are not used to such a level of noises. Don't forget Da Nang is well-known for being a great sea resort city. So yeah, over the weekend, it can get crazy. However, Song Cong Hotel staff try their best to keep grounded over the top behaviour.

The real hotel room is completely different froom the picture. The pillow is super dirty and yellow like it came from 19 century. Lucky it is covered with the pillow sheet. Room floor is dusted, water didn't flow well. My pee is even stronger than the shower. Another lucky was that i can flush. Buffet breakfast is nothing. Very slow and poor quality. This is a very cheap hotel. I don't know the rate as it was paid by company for company trip. Don't recommend to bring kids here!

Great location and friendly staff. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, especially at night. The rooms are clean, but a little old. Also the wifi is not suitable for working during the evening, when many people are using it.

Unfortunately the place is not like what it looks like in the pictures. There was loud construction early mornings got no sleep here. The staff at the hotel is nice though!
