Stayed for 4 nights here. Breakfast is not much. Staff in the resto though are polite. Place gets a bit noisy with the people in the hallway and even the slightest bang in the adjacent room can be heard. Housekeeping is a bit hard to understand request. I wouldn’t bother making reviews anyways but I find it odd when on our second night upon arriving from our tour we where asked about the missing hand towels in our room. Funny thing though was they never bothered to put any in our bathroom and when we requested to give us one, they brought two bath towels which we do not need. In my travelling life, I was never asked about any missing items let alone towels, which is too public to bring home and it’s not a very nice way to greet guests who had long day out.

Nice and modern Hotel. Clean room but unfortunately really noisy. You can hear the other guests on the walkway. The elevator noise was driving us crazy but after we complained the hotel staff called an electrician and he turned off the elevator sound for the duration of our stay. So staff is very friendly and nice although most of them speak just very little English they tried to help. Breakfast is mostly warm foods like noodles or rice. Two types of fruit and baguette..but no cheese, jam or anything.

Smoking in corridors... As much as I don't like to leave bad reviews there are a few major things wrong with this hotel from a western perspective: 1. Smoking is permitted in the corridors of this hotel which means if your room is near the ash trays by the lift, it is likely smoke will get in your AC intake vent and cause your room to smell of smoke. They obviously don't say 'No Smoking' at the hotel but I would have been nice to know beforehand as this is something most people would expect a hotel to be no smoking as standard. 2. The breakfast was poor at best, the single provided coffee pot was empty and there was very little selection in terms of western food. 3. This is not necessarily the fault of the hotel, but the noise at night is hard to sleep through so just bear this in mind if you are a light sleeper! On the plus side the bathroom was nice with good pressure and temperature, and the bed was firm but comfortable!

During my recent two-night stay at the Cosmos Hotel in Da Nang, I had the opportunity to experience the accommodations and services provided. The room I occupied was notably spacious, which provided a sense of comfort and ease. However, I would like to note that the balcony, while sizable, was not a traditional outdoor balcony but rather a large window. An issue I encountered during my stay was related to noise levels within the room. The building behind the hotel was undergoing some renovation or repair work, which, at times, resulted in a certain level of disturbance. Despite this, the view from the room was praiseworthy, offering a picturesque scene of the sea and the opportunity to witness a stunning sunrise. The hotel's location proved to be convenient, with a beach just a short ten-minute walk away. Additionally, the nearby street boasted a wide array of dining options, primarily specializing in Korean and Western cuisines. This diversity in dining choices allowed for a pleasing culinary experience throughout my stay. I would like to acknowledge the professional and polite demeanor of the hotel's reception staff, who consistently offered assistance and guidance during my visit. Their commitment to delivering excellent service was certainly a positive aspect of my stay at the Cosmos Hotel. In conclusion, my stay at the Cosmos Hotel in Da Nang provided several positive elements, such as spacious rooms and a welcoming reception staff. Nevertheless, it's essential to be aware of the noise issue due to the ongoing renovation work in the adjacent building. The proximity to the beach and a variety of dining options in the vicinity make this hotel a practical choice for travelers seeking both convenience and comfort.

This hotel was well located, just a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Also close enough to the dragon bridge in walking distance. The staff were absolutely lovely and friendly the two Lynh's and Love at the counter really excellent service. Rooms were standard which at the price was pretty good.

It's a good Hotel.......with lovely....clean and well maintained rooms. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to the beach and has a calm and peaceful neighborhood. There's a rooftop swimming pool which gives you a beautiful city and beach view. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room tariff is quite decent compared to the standard of the hotel.

A wonderful location , just the right distance from the sea and eateries both. Delight for Indians , many Indian restaurants around. The breakfast could be a little more elaborate with a few bucks more even.

2 nights stay in here that very close to the My Khe beach. Also many shops and restaurants are nearby. The room is large with beach view as well as the shower room. Room facilities are a little bit old but it’s ok. The cleanness can be better. However, the pool is wide and clean with beautiful view!

This isn’t a 4 star hotel. The sea view is ok and the bathroom seems to be new. But it is sooo noisy and loud!! We stayed for only one night during the week & still there was a lot of loud party noise coming from the streets. In the morning we woke up early because of other guests walking down the corridor. The door to the room is really thin. We booked a double bed & it was only two single beds pushed together so there was a huge gap betweenness beds.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Comfortable bed, nice size TV and it was as only 2 blocks from the beach. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was included in the room price and it was pretty good. Only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 is because the buffet didn't have the best selection of food. Other than that it was great. Definitely worth the price.

The hotel was in a great location for restaurants and bars and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff was extremely helpful and kind especially Kieu who helped resolve a problem with my room so thank you. And not forgetting the security man who was always very happy and welcoming.

Wonderful hotel. Staff so very friendly and helpful. We got a room with a sea view. Room 701 Room nicely decorated and equipped with a awesome bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. The hotel is quite close to the beach and local restaurants and bars. Pool absolutely wonderful and the views from the rooftop are lovely especially at night. Hotel booked trips to the Golden bridge and Sunworld. Also booked taxi for the airport Wish we could have stayed longer but due to prior travel plans had to leave

I hate this hotel, I keep being bothered. Even with a “don’t disturb” sign, they open my room WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING. I had a guest overnight and they were very disrespectful when my guest came for breakfast. If it’s about money, I pay, but let her have a drink in the morning !! The service is very low. They often make you uncomfortable and judge you a lot, you can feel it. I’ve been treated like a criminal when they said to my guest that she should be careful, I invited another girl the same day.... YES, I told you that I’m here for work and I never go out of the hotel, so If i take a Vietnamese lesson, my Vietnamese teacher which is a girl, teaches me at my office in the hotel. The hotel is noisy, the staff is always bothering you. I asked to talk with a manager but they are ghosts. They are not even here. I’m impatient to leave.

The hotel was amazing. We love the way all the staff are working, they so friendly, food service are excellent and our room always clean and fresh. Hotel location only 2 minute from beach (They also have a rooftop pool). We stay there on Mar 19 - 26 (room 1001) and traveled to Hanoi and south VN and come back to stay there for another 3 more weeks (room 906). They meet our expectation; I give them 5 stars and recommend to all

It was a good stay. 3 nights. Nice pool, good breakfast, nice sitting outside and good location. Dragon bridge is walkable distance, 3km. But we are sporty people. Next to hotel, market place, great local restaurant, surf rent, bike rent. Beach was 500 m. We had a great deal, so for that price is was a steal. Be ware of paying by card, my silver master card was not accepted. Visa debit was ok.

The room size was fine for me as a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were some of the best I’ve had while traveling. The overall bathroom size was okay but the shower was not very big. The ocean view was really nice and I would open the windows to get the ocean breeze. The Wifi was fast and the TV had lots of English channels with good picture quality, and the breakfast was good. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is good, a few blocks from the beach, and there are lots of restaurants around. I’ve stayed here twice, once in a sea view double room, and once in the larger premium city view double room, and overall I enjoyed my stay in both rooms. However, I would recommend spending the extra $10 a night to get the premium room as it’s much bigger and has better bathroom privacy (see below). The only real negative for me was the lack of soundproofing. You might hear other guests and you will definitely hear the guys on bikes selling bread with their loud repeating messages. If you’re not traveling alone then a bigger issue may be a lack of bathroom privacy. The bathroom in the double room has a big glass window and the shade is basically completely transparent. The same shade is used on the window to the outside in the premium room bathroom but I don’t think it’s an issue unless you’re standing next to the window.
