All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, thank you all, it was a real pleasure to stay a week with you. The breakfast is wonderful, you will always find something you like. I just missed my morning yogurt, but it was not important, I bought some at the supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel is very quiet, only 6 rooms per floor. My only concern has been struggling with your international electrical outlets (which seem a bit old) to maintain contact with my charger pins in. And also not having a real refrigerator in the room, this kind of "wine cellar cooler" does not really cold the drinks, but maybe the one in my room (304) was not working well.

Come in for the view, stay for the service! This is an excellent hotel right next to the beach. The rooms are very clean and aesthetic, the staff are extremely polite and friendly. The roof top bar has amazing views of the mountain and beach. Breakfast is great and after breakfast, the staff will come to you and ask if you need help planning anything at all. The in house spa is quite reasonably priced, we took hair wash and massage which were great! We are very happy with this place, highly recommended!

By far the best hotel I've stayed in during my time in Vietnam! Amazing service from all the staff, and a special word for MyMy and Rosie! They greeted us with a smile and gave us lots of helpful advice, with perfect English speaking skills. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The rooftop pool is stunning with a sauna and steam room and a small gym for a quick morning workout. For the price everything was perfect and we'll come back next time we're there!

Not a 4* hotel. Booked deluxe with City view. (see pics below) with upgrade if available. Well it wasnt. First what you notice is a super small room with horrible musty smell. And little window. Light switch didnt work so I had to take out card for electricity to sleep. (no electricity no possibility to charge devices). Internet didnt work property. Food was good, like all the hotels around. Staff friendly and nice but I went there to have a good sleep not to make friends. But it didnt happened. Booked hotel around the corner. But you buy cheap you get cheap. No safe in the room. Gym is not there but they have couple weights. U can get better place

There are many hotels in Da Nang. I have stayed in several of those. What sets this hotel apart from most others is the super friendly service. Once you stay here it becomes obvious that this outstanding service attitude is shared among all the staff. Everyone I met was kind and trying to make my stay most enjoyable. This includes Thao Nhi at the rooftop pool and Daisy, Niran, Vin and Thoan at the restaurant, which serves a good breakfast. The rooms are nicely done and very clean. Plus the little fruit basket that you receive in the room is a nice gesture. Hence, a great choice amongst the large selection of hotels in Da Nang. I hope the owner of the hotel keeps up with strong focus on service. PS: Book the ocean facing room for a nice view.

It was really amazing. They have clean rooms and view. Swimming pool was amazing. Morning breakfast had variety of options from veg and nonveg. I'll happy to visit them again if I got Da nang.

We had a wonderful stay at the Halina hotel. The rooms are beautiful with a sea view and the staff is really helpful and accomodating. They have a beautiful pool on the top floor where one can enjoy so cosy time. Daisy and Rosie were very sweet and helpful they helped us with the sightseeing and bookings as well.

I loved my stay. The room was very clean. The breakfast, including the coffee was amazing. Staff was very helpful. I appreciate mostly the staff kindness (Nini, Daizy, Rosie, Julia, Vy, Van Chi). Hotel staff reacted promptly. I will be back!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location close to the beach and shops. Wi-Fi is good, there's a nice little rooftop area to sit, and I had a very pleasant stay. Rosie always took time to chat to me, make sure I had everything I needed, and answered any questions I had. Phuc, the bellman, always had a smile and a double high five for me!

Good and well situated hotel with restaurants and convenient stores around. Minus points: not well soundproofed and light coming from the windows in the morning since there are no black curtains. The staff is really nice and they gladly change the room I was in (too close from the street).

Cleaning could improve, 3rd floor and the room had a very unpleasant smell. In the morning the pool and everything around it was messy and dirty from no idea what, also the glass windows are so dirty you can not see through at all anymore. Breakfast is ok, little western options. Rooms are small and one can not open the luggage anywhere.

Excellent service from all the staff particularly from Daisy and Rosie. The rooms were really nice, clean and spacious. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Da Nang!

I would highly recommend this hotel. Very very nice staff, always smiling. They would always try to ensure that you have a great time. Whenever any staff member sees me, starting from the janitor to the receptionists, every one greets me. The breakfast buffet is also good. Do ask for the Ice Coffee (with Condensed milk) during breakfast, if you are a coffee lover, you'll love it. They do regular house keeping to ensure the room is clean. The location is a plus point, the My Khe beach is hardly 200-300m far. The pool at the top is not huge but decent enough. The only recommendation is that the glass at the roof boundary at the pool is not clean, due to which the sea view is blocked from the pool.

The one thing I have to say about this hotel is the staff is amazing. MyMy was an Angel throughout my whole stay and was my go to girl. If I had any questions I would seek her out. She always checked up on me and asked how I was doing and if I needed assistance in anything. Absolutely exceptional. I also got a massage and intensive hair wash from the spa and I can definitely say it was worth the price. It was so amazing. Having come from a recent bad massage I was a bit nervous but the girls at the spa did a great job. The intensive hair wash left my hair so beautiful and shiny and my scalp was so clean after. I literally don’t want to go home knowing I’ll never get it again. The room is okay. Nothing crazy and nothing terrible. It’s a bit on the smaller size but it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. One of the softer beds I’ve slept in. The room was clean as well. I would’ve like a bit bigger but for the price it was exceptional. The pool is also a bit small but again perfect for the price. Overall a great hotel in my opinion, mostly because of the staff.

Good service, staff are nice and professionally. The room is enough necessary stuff, view is fine, also the location easy to go everywhere. So regret that I haven't go upstair to see the swimming pool 🥲 The dining room at the hotel not airy, when ever i finish the breakfast, the food smelly all my clothes.

Great Service. Staff are very pleasant and supportive. Hotel is very near to beach. They guide you about the day plan. They have spa(extra pay) and pool . Less option for vegetarians but this is the problem in whole Vietnam. Overall very good experience . Highly recommended!!

Great location 1 min walk to the beach. Service is absolutely amazing. Stuff very friendly and talktive. Can speak English, Chinese and Korean. Room was slightly small. My My, Helen and Rosie at front desk were super helpful and deserve a pay rise.

Perfect localization, nice personel, very good breakfast! But the air quality in the room was terrible. We wanted to stay for a few days in Da Nang, but I felt really bad of this fungus in the room, so we moved to Hoi An …

The service is pretty good. People in here is nice. Like the room but there is 2 problems here. First was the ac position in the room is a bit awkward, right next to the door way and the bathroom was just cover up so the ac cool air never have chance to get to us. So then we had to have a fan in the room just to cool us up( but the service is pretty helpful and brought the fan for us). And the sofa in the room kinda up like it been put something down in there and it all stacked up the bottom made the cushions just raise so high that you couldnt sit on. The gym was just meh… not enough tools. The pool was great. Good hotel but need some maintenances on it though.

The rooms are too small and dingy. There were ants and insects in the room. The breakfast was poor for vegetarians.The fruits served were low priced. However the staff was cooperative and it's location is nice. But there are many hotels nearby at the same location . October 17th 2023

We spent 5 days at this lovely hotel only 2 min walk to the beach. Daisy and Rosie and all the staff are really so helpful and friendly and always at hand to assist and organise trips. Spectacular view from rooftop pool with spa options too. It's very close to restaurants and other amenities and great value for money compared to beach strip. I also agree clean bottom pool window help view. Also at times the drains in room have little odour feedback. Will stay Ashdon.

I struck gold blindly when I booked this hotel, sight unseen, online. The room, view, staff, and restaurant were phenomenal. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The morning breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The rooftop pool was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will absolutely stay here again.

This was my favorite hotel during my stay throughout Vietnam. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is just one block from the beach. The small rooftop pool is more than adequate for a quick cool down soak or if you have kids to wear them out before bed. The views from the pool overlooking the beach were great as well. My room had two comfortable beds, view overlooking the beach with two windows that opened to let in the ocean breeze, and a good sized bathroom. Front desk staff assisted me in setting up two different tours and making sure I knew when to be down in the lobby even offering to call me up in my room when they got word the pickup van was getting close. Another great feature to this hotel was the complimentary Afternoon Tea. Never too busy and features a selection of 2 or 3 teas, coffee, and a plate with 3 to 6 yummy small finger desserts to enjoy. There were many restaurants options within walking distance as well. I highly recommend staying at this hotel is you have the opportunity!

Excellent hotel! Small, 1 block from beach, surrounded by tourist restaurants. We had a nice room with beautiful view of the ocean. What made this hotel so special was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful, it was like staying with family. We wanted to go to local restaurants, and the staff sent us to some excellent ones. We wanted a private tour of Son Tra, the staff arranged a car. We saw lots of monkeys. We felt like we had more of a local experience. I am so glad we stayed here instead of one of the big tourist hotels.

Hotel room for 4 people is much smaller than our expectation, and there's no much room for us to open our luggage and walk. The breakfast is okay. However, the front desk staff is really helpful with all kinds of information. And whenever we sit down at the lobby, a welcome tea will be served which is nice. At the rooftop, there are small bar, gym and swimming pool with the beach view. The staff aside will give you a warm towel if you're swimming which is really thoughtful.

Advantages : 1. Good location, near to beach & convenient stores. 2. Staffs with very good attitude and really helpful. 3. Good price. 4. Environment , room , is clean and cozy. 5. Breakfast is really nice. Disadvantage : 1 and only 1 : The room a little bit small. After all, still a very good choice when you visiting Da nang. I will choose here to stay if i visiting here again !

The rooms are very small. Very different in size compared to what you see in the hotel website or hotel booking websites. The sea view is now partially blocked by a tall residential building just across the street. There's only 1 lift serving the entire building so sometimes it's a short wait. Breakfast selection is pretty and they tend to change the menu slightly everyday. The staff are friendly and very willing to assist. A lot of restaurants nearby and a mart selling necessities just across the street. I'm pretty pleased with the hotel, just that the room is way smaller than I expected.

Nice apartment in front of the beach. If you can, choose to take apartment located on the high floors of the tower and not the one at lever 3 or 5. From the high floors there is a beautiful view of the city and of the beach, especially night time. Inside the tower, level -1 there is a park for the scooters. They give you a ticket when you enter and you pay daily when you exit, not expensive. Many places to eat or to drink.

The hotel driver drove us around many sightseeing places. He waited for us patiently and drove safely too. Thank you. Stayed for 4 nights. The room was clean and the breakfast menu had some changes everyday. Beach is within 5 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting danang.

The room we stayed is an apartment on 10th floor. And it's for 3 people, have 2 room one room has big bed pretty decent view and the other room is small with 2 bunker beds. It's good for a family with kid. Location is good near the beach and busy area, breakfast is good, quite variety.

The stay was amazing because of staff such as Daisy, Rosie and Linh . They’re more than helpful and sort my difficulties within seconds. Everyone has the smiling faces that attracted me a lot♥️

Only 300m away from the beach with several stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff is excellent and very friendly (especially Miss Daisy at the reception). They also help with organising tours nearby as well. On top of that, the breakfast buffet is very good 👍

Really good hotel for the price I paid. I stayed here 7 nights. Also I had included the breakfast and it was really good buffet. Totally recommend. The staff is helpful and also friendly.

All good, one tip: clean the pool windows for better view :). Service is great: they didn't have beer on the rooftop bar but still went out and got some beers for us. Very courteous staff and a very nice hotel.

A staff named Daisy takes very good care of us from the first day until the day of arrival at the check-out, giving good advice and very lovely, but the room is not really clean. The first day I came in, I saw rambutan shells on the floor and cockroaches in my bed, Hope you guys can improve on cleanliness more.

We stayed here for 3 nights, we asked for a quiet room which was at the back and a little small, however the bed was comfortable, there's a good selection of TV channels, as it was raining a couple of day whole we were there. There was quite a varied selection of food for breakfast, but not many western choices, however there was sn egg station. Many thanks to the helpful and friendly staff , Daisy, Rosie, Julia and Vi, if i have missed any names off the list thank you to you too. 😊

If hospitality was a hotel, Halina Hotel & Apartments in Danang would be the ideal image. From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff was friendly and welcomed us immediately. A special note to one of their receptionist, Daisy Le. She was one of the sweetest staff, who gave us a lot of restaurant recommendations and tips and pointers for attractions and travel. But that is not to take away from all of the other friendly staffs at Halina - Rosie & Van Phuc was a memorable but short interaction! Photos posted by the hotel on Google is exactly as expected in person. Highly recommend!
