Yet, they couldn't even manage to issue a sufficient number of key cards, causing constant frustrations and conflicts between us. Half the time, someone was locked out of the room and had to go through the hassle of asking the front desk for another key card. But wait, it gets worse! One of my friends got locked out of our room late at night, and when he approached the front desk for assistance, they blatantly refused to help him. Yes, you read that right! They LEFT him stranded in the lobby until someone else returned to the room. This level of customer service is beyond appalling and unacceptable. They have zero compassion for their guests' well-being and comfort. The staff's complete lack of empathy and disregard for their guests' needs made this the worst hotel experience I've ever endured. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Chi House Hotel. It's a poorly managed disaster, and you're better off sleeping on the streets than spending a single night in this awful establishment.

I have mixed feelings about this place but have mostly positive things to say about my experience here at Chi House. The overall look of the hotel is picturesque. The rooms are comfortable and I had some of the best nights' sleep. The TV in the living room was well equipped with many channels and even Netflix. The swimming pool area was surrounded by greenery and plants, so it is very relaxing. Just a few points I had to pick: - We booked a partial sea view 2 bedroom unit. I emailed the hotel in advance to enquire about the sea view but they said they had no pictures of the sea view. Unfortunately there wasn't much of a sea view from the balcony. Knowing this, I would have booked somewhere closer to the city, or another hotel with an actual sea view. - There was construction ongoing next door so they actually boarded up the bedroom window (I need my natural light in the room so was quite disappointed by this) - Location-wise, the hotel is about 5 mins walk to the beach but other than that, there isn't much else around. In hindsight, I would have preferred to stay closer to the city center. - The staff were helpful but most of them had very limited command of English so communication was slightly difficult - The shower area in both rooms were clogged so the whole toilet would be flooded after every shower. We tried to tell this to the reception but they couldn't quite understand us so the problem was not rectified. - The breakfast spread was quite underwhelming. If possible, I would opt to just have breakfast outside the hotel. Overall, it is not a bad hotel. It was a pleasant experience, but just have to keep some of these negatives in mind.

I do want to give more stars to Chi House but there are things that can be improved. First, the room has a green tone so it's refreshing and comfortable to look at. However, the bathroom is small and has no ventilation so you don't really have anywhere to hang your wet swimming suits. The glass balcony door offer no noise cancellation at all so be prepared to listen to children screaming in the pool around afternoon time, which leads to no sleep time. Their cleaning service is also quite slow, when i was out from morning till noon, they still didn't come to clean my room. When I'm back and want to take a nap around 2pm, they come to clean, which is not really considerate. I also had a bad experience with the receptionist, she has a rude attitude.

Surprisingly poor stay. The facilities are beautiful and just as pictured but the rooms are extremely noisy. It seems to be a family hotel so there are kids in the pool all day long which we would hear clearly even 4 floors up. But the worst thing was the service. Staff at the front were wierdly standoffish and seemed to neither want to be there or want us there. Service was great everywhere else in VN so hope this doesnt impact visitors view of the country. Again, great looking hotel that lived up to the photos, just don't expect good service or to get any quiet in your room during thr day. Definitely would book elsewhere as there are a lot of amazing options nearby.

The rooms in chi house are amazing, however there are a lot of rules even to take off garbage or other stuff, also the service staff keep asking the room no during the breakfast buffet as if random strangers would come and dine in the hotel, the interiors are amazing and the sea view from the hotel is also beautiful.

Cozy and nice boutique hotel in front of the Ni Khe beach. Swimming pool located on the 1st floor, is weigh better one than the rooftop (espetially if you’re worrying about sunburn).

The service here is unbelievably good. What it lacks in other areas it makes up in service. Their rooms are pretty ok: clean and had the basics (the bathroom is beautiful). Their breakfast is also pretty ok. The location is ok, close to the beach but not as close to other hotspots. But their service, though: the people at the reception are super patient and friendly, and help you with anything. You can even book day tours through them, and they'll arrange the transport to/from the hotel. They have lobby service for your luggage, and it's not even a 5 star hotel. Kitchen staff again, super helpful and always keep an eye for you. Otherwise, very beautifully-designed and decorated interior, clean, well-presented. The pool is cold on less hot days. The gym is very small though.
