I had a wonderful stay at Jolia hotel in Da Nang. The hotel is located in a great area, and it's conveniently close to the beach. The receptionist, Lena, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop pool, which offered a stunning view of the city. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Jolia hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Da Nang

What makes this place special are the staff, such as Lin, Andrew, and the housekeeper, who go above and beyond to deliver a great experience. The location is great, tucked away from the hustle but close enough for a 5 minute walk to the beach. With that said, I think the facility is lacking even for a 3 star hotel. I can understand that these cost-cutting measures are a result of COVID and low occupancy. However, too much can negatively impact the customer experience. For example, there are times when I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the elevator because only one of the two is operational. And there are other upgrades that I think are much needed, like the TV unit. A smart TV that offers streaming services like Youtube or Netflix would add tremendous value to the stay. Because watching frozen and choppy clips from the antenna signal is really frustrating. Lastly, others have mentioned the gym. And I agree that it is lacking...2-3 weights and a broken cycling machine can’t exactly be called a gym. Jolia has a lot of potential. It already has the most essential ingredient in hospitality, which is great staff who care. I hope that management will take this feedback constructively and deliver a better product.

Staff at reception and in the breakfast area were extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean & spacious and the buffet breakfast was varied and tasty. Views from the hotel was spoiled due to ongoing construction in the area but this can be overlooked due to the hotel's proximity to the beautiful beach within 7min walking distance. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

The value for pice on this hotel is incredible. Rooms are spacious, clean, and super comfortable! Showers are amazing! The view is lackluster but thats easily forgiven. The highlight of my stay was the soup they served at breakfast. That stuff was AWESOME

Everything great and the price is really great. It is very close to the beach, the breakfast are good, good swimming pool, you can rent motorbikes and the rooms are clean and the beds comfortables

Hao,responsive n wise manager who can speak English well n fast to solve our problem. Pls upgrade shower n aircon in some rooms.Some towels are stained n hope to see improvement nextime I'm back. Need to climb a few stairs to reach the lobby.

It's a modern and very good hotel. During my whole stay the stuff was very very friendly and polite. The whole team is very young and they do their job good. The rooms are very big and quit nice equipped. The cleaning teams do an excellent job. The hotel offers also motor bikes for rent (150k VND /day). The beach is only a short walk of. 5 mins away and they're as well many restaurants near by. I definitely would come back.

a 3-star hotel gives me more than what I expected, cozy, clean, gentle space. Attentive and attentive staff. Breakfast is good and varied. They are the ticket agent for all danang amusement parks, the staff speak good english, a lot of knowledge about attractions and local food so it is very convenient for me. If I have the opportunity to come back to Da Nang, I will definitely choose Jolia hotel

Friendly, helpfully staff. Always welcomed with a smile, Clean rooms, great showers daily house clean. Nice quiet pool on the roof, and some where to relax. Close to shops, 5 mins from the beach. Delicious assortment of local foods for breakfast, along with a couple of familiars.

All staff are very kind and helpful. Hotel has same facilities as 4 stars hotel. Everything works in room, towels are clean, washroom is new. Fridge, AC, tv works. Room is 25 sqm, that is why it is spacious for us. Thanks. Will come here again 🙏 Location is 2 mins walking to My Anh beach, famous streets. Rooms are quiet. Free parking for motorbikes. Best price is on Agoda btw.

The hotel has a convenient geographical location for moving to the airport and commercial centers. The service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. The hotel also has a cargo ferry and a convenient coffee shop for guests’ needs.

Rooms are quite nice and clean, A/C works very well, only gripe is the TVs YouTube dont work and no possibility for Netflix. I was on 7th floor and Wi-Fi still strong. Service from front desk very friendly. Not fond of the physical location. There are a lot of hotels down side streets that are packed with vendors and bars etc. this hotel is on a side street with nothing, so you need to walk a block or two to eat or get to a market. Even the views outside window are of empty lots with garbage.

Got us airport shuttle for free very early in morning. Clean facilities and comfy bed—no complaints. Linh gwve very great customer service!

Enjoyed my stay here thoroughly. There was a concierge there by the name of Phuoc Roa(pronounced foot zwa) who was always very cheerful and willing to help in anyway possible. Also all the staff were very accommodating, friendly and very helpful. The room we booked was too small for 3 people but the staff were helpful to help find an upgrade asap. The restaurant on level 1 serves breakfast and can accommodate to different dietary requirements. I look forward to staying at Jolio Hotel & apartment again in Da Nang hopefully in the not too distant future

Jolia Hotel is an excellent place to stay in Da Nang. It is close to the beach within walking distance, only 3 minutes and is also close to convenient stores and restaurants. The road where the hotel is located is quiet and set back from the busy beachfront so you can relax well and sleep without any noise from the beach bars and crowds at the waterside. Rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served every day and had a large selection of food choices. There is even an outdoor water shower to rinse off sand from your feet when you return from the beach.

I stayed at 8th floor but because of the hotel’s construction, it was noisy from morning (6am) to late night (11pm). Food was very delicious and they changed the food line everyday. Hotel is only few minute to mi kye beach and surrounded by many minimarts and restaurants.

Hotel is in the center and close to the beach. Next to the hotel are several construction sites. Hence view from hotel is not very nice. When we arrived electricity in hotel room was not working at first. Hotelroom and bathroom are nice but the shower is somewaht missconstructed on the floor. So if you shower you flood the whole bathroom. Breakfast is okey but nothing special. Staff is very friendly and helpfull.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was also great. We found out the drainer in the shower was clogged the first night but was quickly solved the next morning. Car service to Bana hills was convenient. Tickets could be purchased at the the same price from an agent's office on the way. In the end we avoided the long waiting line at the Bana hills ticket office. The driver waited for us for about 5 hours before returning to the hotel. Hope soon the indoor swimming pool and spa will be completed. Looking forward to visiting again.

Good, clean, modern hotel. Having great 2 nights at this hotel. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Although little choice for the breakfast but the food is nice. Keep it up. I definitely will like to come back to this hotel.

Rooftop pool is nice and clean but not much of a view. The room is small but very nice, bathroom is very clean and sheets are clean. I can’t remember if they cleaned the room everyday I think they did but the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Really good for the price and the location is not right on the beach but a 3-5 minute walk. Close to Korean marts
