Really nice home cooked food experience. Friendly and accommodating staff who will help arrange delivery if you are far away. It would have been better if the food came out together and there weren't large gaps in-between.

We happened upon the sister restaurant in Hoi An and it was so good we had to also visit the parent / "Mom" restaurant in Da Nang. The food, the service and the atmosphere was impeccable, it is definitely our favorite vegan restaurant in Vietnam! We ordered the Special of the day (Tumeric Noodles 🍜), Tofu Scramble (Banh Mi), Coco Lovers smoothie bowl and their Signature Golden Mylk. Everything was devine and healthy. The family and staff are super cute and Mai was a lovely host to the full house of customers that came, making everyone feel at home and comfortable. The place is easy to miss as it's down a small alleyway but hopefully they will have a big sign soon. Overall, highly recommend to everyone, not just vegans, as the food as well as the people who work there are gorgeous. Can't wait to see Chickpea Eatery come to Ireland one day! ✨

It is a place worth visiting. I really love the peaceful atmosphere in Chickpea Eatery. The food is also unforgettable and unique, created by a friendly owner. In addition to this, it would be a great experience when I have a chance to talk to the owner, she loves sharing positive thoughts and gives useful advice for my personal issues. When I visit this place, I feel like I am not alone on the vegan journey any longer. ❤❤❤👍

By the end of the meal, I wanted to beg the family to adopt me! But I figured they wouldn't have much use for a 50 year old American. ;) The food was absolutely delicious! The restaurant is the family home, so if you are uncomfortable sitting on the floor while someone is cooking in their kitchen a few feet away, this might not be the experience for you. But we loved it! We ordered an obnoxious amount of food and enjoyed every bite. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I and my friend spent our Saturday dinner at this restaurant. It was cozy and nice atmosphere. We tried spring roll, raw salad, vegan curry, spiral smoothie and turmeric milk. All the dishes are tasty and special. Also, the owner is friendly and welcomed. I would like to go back there to try other dishes on the menu.

Chickpea Eatery is on par with some of the best meals I’ve ever had. Their curry with bread was outstanding, along with the spring rolls and golden smoothie bowl. The food is delicious, the price is great, and I cannot wait to go back and try everything else on their menu!

Delicious food, I had a yellow curry full of different veggies and tofu with bread to dip and a fully-natural orange juice to wash it down. Beautiful, family owned pleasant restaurant with a relaxing wind chime

It’s such a nice place to be in Da Nang. It’s not only about the good food, but in here, they also bring you a cozy environment, make you feel at home. Staffs are friendly and welcoming, always give me a hug every time. Anyway, the best thing to mention is mom-made food, everything is handmade from the raw ingredients. They do care about little things on your dishes. You will have a nice experience and love them.

It's the best restaurant. It's kind of a challenge to find but there are signs once Google maps gets you close. The location is completely quiet since it's back in an alley, and then tucked further away from that alley, nestled between buildings. It's very secluded and peaceful. The food and location are the ultimate if you want top value healthy cuisine, fresh air, and a wonderful atmosphere.

10/10, I would eat here again on my next visit to Da Nang and recommend everyone to eat here! I went to this restaurant based solely on the reviews I saw on Google. The place was easy to find and a equally easy (and breezy due to the ocean) walk from my hotel. The home is down an alley and another alley. You're greeted immediately by the living/ dining room setup. I was greeted by the restaurant owner's (wife) and was allowed to sit anywhere I was the only one there. I ordered the noodle and spring roll sorry I miss the name. I finished it very quickly (it was THAT good). The owner, she so nice she gave me Vietnamese’s dessert for free, and she made a coffee for free to me as well. What a blessed, Wendy!! The owner was upstairs doing her Buddhist prayers and it made the environment very tranquil and peaceful. The scenery right in front of the dining room is also very tranquil.

Nice place runned by a family. Cao lầu is a bit oily but tastes very good. Golden milk (turmeric and coconut milk) is the bestttt vegan milk i have ever tried in lifeee ♥️ will miss it a lot

Crafting Unforgettable Memories! Although we aren't vegans, circumstances led us to explore vegan restaurants in Da Nang, Vietnam. Given the challenge of finding Halal Food or non-pork options, we initiated a quest to discover new places for lunch. Occasionally, when we visited vegan restaurants, an unusual aroma would greet us. While my nose could tolerate it, one of my friends struggled with it. One day, during our lunch break after classes, we decided to try a different vegan restaurant. My friend discovered it through Google, and it has excellent reviews. So, a group of Indonesian students and one Thai student decided to make our way there via two Grab cars. Finding the restaurant on our first visit proved to be quite a challenge. One of our Grab cars took a wrong turn and ended up on the wrong street. To reach the restaurant, we had to navigate a narrow alley on foot. Surprisingly, despite its tucked-away location, it exuded a peaceful atmosphere. The absence of vehicular noise allowed us to savor our meals in peace. The welcoming couple, who ran the place, served freshly prepared dishes from their kitchen. It felt just like dining at your grandparents' home. The ambiance was genuinely warm and soothing. Most importantly, the food was incredibly delicious, and you didn't have to worry about any strange smells – a delightful bonus! 😄🍽️🌱

I went to this restaurant based solely on the reviews I saw on Google (and the fact that I was looking for a vegetarian/vegan restaurant 😆) The place was easy to find and a equally easy (and breezy due to the ocean) walk from my hotel. The home is down an alley and another alley. You're greeted immediately by the living/dining room setup. I was greeted by the restaurant owner's husband and was allowed to sit anywhere (I was the only one there). I ordered the Tempeh Banh Mi and the Banh Xeo. The banh xeo was cooked first and I finished it very quickly (it was THAT good). The tempeh banh mi was next and it was very very hot. I gave it a couple minutes to cool down and I destroyed it. The owner was upstairs doing her Buddhist prayers and it made the environment very tranquil and peaceful. The scenery right in front of the dining room is also very tranquil. 10/10, I would eat here again on my next visit to Da Nang and recommend everyone (even non-vegetarians/vegans) eat here!

This is absolutely a hidden gem in the city, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Vietnamese vegan meal. The atmosphere is very homey and relaxing. I recommend the Viet Morning Glory Stir Fry.

Vegan food that doesn’t taste like it was made to be vegan! After visiting once we knew we had to go back so we ended up eating here twice while visiting Da Nang. Mom’s Kitchen is a cosy and comfy setting, you eat in their living room and can watch them cook! I ate Bun Cha Gio and Cao Lau which were super yummy. The portion size isn’t huge so if you are a little greedy like me you may want a side however if you don’t it is a satisfying portion! I also had crispy spring rolls (yum) and banh bao - yummy but not huge so order as a side! This restaurant is close to the beach and gives you that feeling of peace whilst in the city!

Delicious food! We went there for lunch and had to wait a bit. It’s within their beautiful home. We sat down to eat and the food was freshly prepared and served by a couple. It was like eating at your grandparents home. We kept ordering so many dishes and since we couldn’t finish we packed them for later. The couple also gave our kids a box of Vietnamese sweet box. Definitely try it here, the place is a bit off the road, so my family was complaining a bit. Don’t turn back otherwise you’ll miss this gem of a place.

This is really a special restaurant - you can see it with all the little cute details that the family is really passionate about vegan food and making sure that everyone is enjoying! I highly recommend to go there and enjoy the delicious food. Even though we are not vegan we enjoyed it a lot! Very good fresh food made with love and extremely friendly and sweet service! We had a great dinner - thank you!

Delicious vegan food in a lovely and homey atmosphere. My boyfriend and I were lucky to chat with the owner and her concept behind the Eatery. I loved the fact that they buy fish and chickens from the markets and release them into the wild. A must visit place for every vegan!

Great place to have a quiet lunch or dinner away from the crowds in the old town. I went there twice during my stay and both times the food was very tasty with fresh ingredients. Also, the menu is in English so you actually know what you order :) There is complimentary filtered water on the table which is great.
