Wish I could give this store 0 stars. Paid for our items on MasterCard and the lady advised if we were to return any items then we would get cash back. I decided to take a pair of over priced shorts back to the store to be told that I either had to swap it for another item or have a H&M gift card with MY MONEY placed on it. They would not refund me cash or put it back on my card as it was ‘company policy’ baring in mind that the T&C were not displayed anywhere nor on the website or on the receipt. They advised that the previous lady who served me must have got mistaken when trying to convert it to English... if it’s that strict then I suggest they have it in English for tourists to read. Worse thing about it, I can only use the gift card in VIETNAM!!! Would not recommend shopping here at all!!!

Wish the staff is better trained and please be polite, professional and respect customers. The clothes were dusty and so tightly placed that i found it hard to take the items i want. The fabric were good though, and the design is pretty simple and flexible, which i like very much. That being said, i still think 1 out of 5 stars is what's worth for such a bad shopping experience.
