Hotel have a nice design and when we arrive they make our room upgrade. And that’s all good what I can say! Cleanses not five star, specially at breakfast! Food very average! All tables where with dirty tableware, also not five star level. Was raining like crazy and even SPA was closed, mini bar empty, nothing to do! When we decide to check out before and ask our rest two nights deposit back or give us voucher for next stay, nothing! HOTEL POLICY- we took your money and it’s your problem that you don’t like something, good by and never see you again)))!

Nice place to stay for vacation or hang out for a drink at the weekend. My friend took me here and it was absolutely beautiful with fresh air, fine decoratin, tables by the pool and looking at the beach.

It is the second year in a row we come. The hotel is so beautiful with an amazing garden and pools. However the quality of service dropped drastically since last year. If last year I would have recommended this hotel from all my heart, this year I may be not so sure. The staff is not trained for a 5 stars hotel, but for 3 maybe.

Furama Resort is a great place to stay in Da Nang, however, the management of the hotel follows an illegal practice. The reception copies credit card number together with an expiry date of the credit card, and registers this information in their system. This is done after the credit card payment is executed with a confirmation of the personal identification number (PIN). The practice of storing credit card information in the system is illegal in most of the countries and I am pretty sure it is also illegal in Vietnam. Imagine what will happen if there is a data breach from the Furama information system? The credit cards of the guests will be affected the a potential credit card theft.

We booked 2 room which are connected and we stayed for a week. We had a wonderful time here. The staff is very friendly and they always try to help with our requests. The weather wasn't too warm when we stayed but we still could spend a lot of the time at the beach so the kids could play with the sand. The best thing about this resort is the Kid Club. The ladies there are so kind and engaging with our little kids. They also have babysitter service after 5:30pm with the same lady that the kids play with during the day. So if you want date night, this is a great place to stay at. There are so many activities for kids and adults too. We highly recommend this resort.

Nice hotel but i don’t feel it is a true 4-star hotel. Check in was not fun, arrived at 2pm (check in time) but my room wasn’t ready until 3.15pm. Aside from that, the staff were really good, a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was ok, but never any bacon! You get eggs cooked to order, but the selection on everything else is fairly limited. But decent! The room, while a little tired, was comfortable. The curtains don’t fully seal so you’ll have big gaps where people in the building next door can see in if you’re on the side I was on. All up, for the price, I’d stay here again.

Great rooms with ocean view . Room service need to know better English. But overall the service is excellent. Lot of activities and the hotel staff took us on a trip. Dang cuong. He is an excellent human being.

What a great location, a true 5 star experience. From collection at the airport, arrival and the amazing service from Thao on the front desk , transfers, money exchange, business services, our lovely and intelligent tour guide Mrs Cute. Who took the time to play and engadge with the boys as well as give a valuable sight seeing experience. I traveled with 2 young teenage boys boys and my life wa s made easy. I am thankful for all the English speaking staff and overall exceptional service . Thanks again.

Great resort. Direct access to the beach. It has an indoor kids play area. Though the food menu is very limited. Great staff and service too ☺️

Absolutely wonderful resort. Accidentally booked a villa instead of a hotel room, and let me say 100% worth it. Da Nang was beautiful but I honestly don’t think I would have enjoyed my time as much if I didn’t stay at this resort. 10/10

I visited in rainy season (still staying but im not satisfied) There is no heating system and duration of hot water was just 5 min so we can't use the shower tube. And the hair dryer is very old and rusted

Excellent place. The location and cleanliness was excellent. The only problem is that English understanding staff are very less. They don't understand what vegetarian food means. Food does not have green dots marking.

I had such an incredible stay here! It's amazing how they seamlessly blend nature, the comfort of home, and luxury all in one place. I first visited for their dinner buffet, and this time, as I stayed overnight, I was absolutely enamored with their morning buffet too. I highly recommend it, and I can't wait for my next visits.

Excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staffs. The hallways are not 100% covered so a bit dirty when it’s rainy. Spa service is very good. But the food is a weak point. Doesn’t worth it. Especially the Italian restaurant.

We stayed last week for 4 days. There was problem with the electricity and we requested for a room change which took so long time. The room was upgraded but had bed bugs so all of my family got bitten by it. My son got at least 20 bites and we showed it to the reception staff. But there was no apologies or anything. I asked for medication and they provided ointment. Had terrible experience.. it is still itchy and I think the bugs moved to my home. Still getting bitten by it.

Overall it was a nice resort. The food was good and the staff were friendly. The refrigerator in the room didn’t get very cold. I also had to call housekeeping to clean my room. They should come everyday without asking. I will come back again.

I'm not sure where to start. I don't usually put 1 star unless it was a really really bad experience. I had 2 incidents that made the stay and the memory at this place bad. 1. The concierge took a video of my son without permission. When we arrived, we were greeted and assigned to a concierge (Mr B) who tried to be friendly but couldn't get his job done right. The shower was broken and it took him 3 days to even come check the shower (after nagging nicely a few times). When he came to fix the shower, my son who is pretty friendly started chatting with Mr.B. and because he was amazed by my son's English, he took a video in our private space without permission. Although I know he was innocently taking the video, (I know so bc Mr. B actually showed me the video without guilt) ... This is a 5 star hotel. The shower had my clothes and personal stuff in it. I obviously didn't event watch the whole video as I immediately asked him to erase it. I think staff need to be trained about privacy. We went to that hotel to have exclusive time but if I didn't ask him to delete it or if he hadn't shown me the video... Would he have posted it? Again, this is a 5 star hotel. Need to train the staff more. The fact that Mr.B didn't come check the shower for 3 days it self is actually bad but this incident really shocked me. 2. The kids club staff who are absolutely not interested in watching the kids. Why assign staff who seem to not even like kids. Staff who are assigned there sit and hide behind the counter and just play with their smart phones. Unfortunately, during my long stay, I went there many times and it was not an unusual scene. Another time, a staff started watching n Netflix on the big TV ... And naturally my child started to watch the screen. We asked her to stop but she claimed that she had to watch the whole thing for a movie night. She said she was making sure that there were no violent scenes ... But why would you play a movie that isn't screened in front of a child... I usually accompanied my kids to the kids club but there were kids that came by themselves. The staff aren't watching the kids at all which made me worried. What is a child gets hurt in the playground (ball pool) below... We as a family try to have fun so we tried to overlook the small things. Obviously the facilities are very old. We had to call maintenance many times. The rooms are really big but that's really the only good thing about. Pool Was nice but way too crowded and not enough space for the guests. Again I would usually write about small things but these two incidents just says it all. At the end of the day the room was big but not that expensive so it's maybe you get what you pay. We will not come back to this place.

Overall unfortunately not even close to a 5 star experience. Check in took like 10 minutes, eventough only 1 person before me. The room itself was nice, maybe a little bit old but still pretty and nice. The bed unfortunately has to toppers on it, so in the middle of both sides is a hole where you cannot sleep. So you are in a big bed but have to sleep on one side not in the middle... What really bothered me, that somehow the key card not working 2 times. Nothing like a 5min walk at 3am to the room, back to lobby and to the room again. Same in the morning when I was in hurry after breakfast. In the morning around 9am there is pretty loud animation by the pool. Also it was my birthday, which was talked about before, but no promised cake whatsoever. Renting surfboard is 400.000 dong per hour, that is the daily price at other places in danang for better boards. Don't get me wrong, overall not a bad hotel, it's located next to the beach too. But for the given price of roughly 200 USD per night, you would definitely expect a smoother experience

We stayed 4nights at this beautiful resort, the garden is absolutely gorgeous. The food in its restaurants is definitely outstanding and the staff is very friendly and professional. We had a day trip to Marble Mountain with the hotel tourist guide mr. Cu who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t swim at the because the season in November is not right but the hotel has beautiful swimming pools. Room is absolutely great and very comfortable.

Over priced for the suite. We has paid extra to get family suite but it was actually two connecting rooms. When booking, it was cheaper to book two rooms but we paid extra for family suite. The facilities are nice with private beach. The rooms are out dated and bed was too Soft. AC didn't work well and room temperature was warm. There are lot of other newer hotels in the area offering better price for the stay.

I have a great experience in this resort. All the staffs are very kind, friendly and ready to assist us at all times. Large room with fully furnished from TV, mini bar, iron, dryer, shoe cabinet, wardrobe, bathtub. Hand sanitizer, shampoo and shower gel are really fragrant and pleasant to use. There is a spacious car park. Especially, there is a space that feels like you are immersed in a tropical forest with the focus being the swimming pool in the middle of the area like a natural lake among the forest floors. I love and will come back to this place. 100% sure

For this kind of money everything should be perfect but unfortunately it's not. Air-conditioning not working, and all night 28°C at room, the slipping aeria it's to soft, also only look clean but when I look carefully it's not clean place and room. Only Breakfast was so good and service perfect. I not choose this place any more ( 1,5m VND it's should cost night there not 5m or more)

Beautiful little paradise on Earth. Relaxing pools, air conditioned rooms, delicious variety breakfast-- I'm ready to go back, already. It was a highlight of our Vietnamese vacation. Staff were helpful and kind. Michael (hospitality manager at night) was a wonder asset.

Peaceful place with many trees. Swimming pools are not big enough as size of the resort.

There is 3 different pools, it was very good for my family, and service is great specially the buggy cars. Around the resort so many restaurants and activities, get taxi for 1$ destinations everywhere. And be prepared for mosquito bites. Thanks For Furama again😁
