All the star ratings are not an exaggeration. The hotel is very central, the staff are beautifully attentive, the pool and bar terrific after a day of touring and we cannot believe the price per night. We don't want to leave.

Location: A block away from ocean. Lots of local shops and restaurants right by hotel Price: I thought this was very reasonably priced based on location and breakfast. Room: Spacious with great view. Overall clean. Only issue we had was with the AC (not working well) and shower water didn’t get very warm. Which is why I took off one star. Service: Ok Breakfast: Amazing! This alone was worth the stay.

Wonderful staff, and value for the price. Beach front hotel, all you can eat buffet included, all in all very good, just stay away from the Strawberry Jelly, or maybe don’t use as much as I did to make a Bacon Toast Sammy ( around 5/6 table spoons )

Best of the best. 1/2 block to the beach and 5 minutes to the Dragon Bridge and market. When you see a property reviewd ad EXCEPTIONAL, add 2 more stars. Rooms are great size for big guys, 6'2", like me. Staff is amazing and very respectful. Try the huge breakfast buffet and the rooftop infinity pool. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Love the place. There will be charges for any other food or drinks you'll accumulate inside the room. Bottled water is free and is provided everyday. They clean the rooms everyday as well and replaced towels. With ref and hot and cold option for shower.

Really good experience of mine in Danang. The room facilities and condition are very good and modern. We especially love the pillows and sofas, the hotel is very dedicated to prepare those things. And the staff and customer services are excellent and nice. We’d like to come back here again someday.

The hotel has a very good location and extremely friendly staff. We were overwhelmed with the superb buffet breakfast we had this morning. It was beyond our expectation in terms of cost vs. quality. Mr Hùng, restaurant manager impressed us tremendously with his professionalism and warm conversations. Highly recommended !

Not value for money. Don't think this hotel is a 4-star one as well. - Location: located in Nguyễn Văn Linh boulevard, one of the busiest streets, easy to access by cars, buses. Nearby My Khe beach, just 5 minutes walk. Good location indeed. - Room: clean and tidy, equipped with all basic things you would need for a stay. The view is partially to the sea and partially to the city. - Food: not as good as expected for a hotel like this, the breakfast is a buffet, not many choices, the foods are not really tasty, the orange juice is made from Tang powder, the watermelon juice is not fresh, worst coffee I've tried. - Staffs are nice and helpful. - Parking: is not available by the hotel. Guests need to park cars in a paid parking lot in the other side of the street opposite the hotel - Gym room is very small and only 2 machines/tools. I was laughing out loud when seeing this 'gym room'. - Swimming pool is fine, quite small. This hotel would be suitable when looking for a place to sleep only, nothing special here and overpriced.

You can HEAR every single noise made from your surrounding rooms and plus the corridor. the depth of the swimming pool being 0.8 meters. The Treadmill DOES NOT WORK. This hotel is an absolute joke.

"Exceptional experience at Pavilion in Danang! From the delectable food to the inviting swimming pool, every aspect exceeded expectations. The location is prime, offering convenience and accessibility. A special shoutout to the general manager, whose exceptional assistance went beyond the ordinary—providing not only professional guidance but also valuable personal suggestions for travel. Truly a standout stay!"

Stayed here for 5 nights, bed was the comfiest I've encountered in my trip across Asia which was a godsend. I think it's a little pricey but nothing too bad compared to some other hotels in Da Nang. Staff kindly made my partner a birthday cake on our day of departure which was an unexpected surprise - Thank you!

Simple hotel not 5 star but excellent location and staff. Clean rooms and good showers. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choices. Located near the beach. Recommend eating seafood at My Hanh about 5 minutes walk away or steak at Papasteak next door to hotel. Would have liked shower mat as tiles can be a bit slippery and a shelf in shower recess to put soap and shampoo. Staff got us car and tickets to Sunworld and Golden Hands bridge at reasonable prices so no hassles with doing it online ourselves. Very quick check in and check out. Only 15 minutes to airport. All in all very happy with our stay and their service and have no hesitation recommending the Pavilion Da Nang.

The staff are super nice and sweet and definitely do not pass on their welcome drinks that are so so delicious. The rooms are very nice and clean and very comfy the air conditioning works great. The breakfast has many options like pastries and a pho station and eggs station it also has muffins and many other Asian foods. The view is great and it is also right next to 2 different mini marts which you can pay with card if you don’t carry cash. Also about 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. And the pool is very nice and big the view is great and we also enjoyed the sky bar. 10/10

Amazing reception staff who helped contact grab for me to get back a shoulder bag we’d left in the car after getting dropped off at Danang station. We had already checked out and they went above and beyond to get it to us.

Good location I'd you are only interested in the beach...not close to the "real city" of Da Nang. Also, they quote you laundry pricing as a per kilo cost. When laundry comes back they charged as per item...huge cost difference.

Friendly hotel staff and price is very reasonable. However the additonal pillow in the cupboard is a bit stained, and wifi speed is not good though. Good view to the sea side

Spacious rooms, cafeteria with great breakfast choices, a small gym, a small size swimming pool, and spa. It is very near the beach, about 5 mins walk and 24-hour convenient shop. 20-minute walk to the dragon bridge or take a buggy for 100k dong.

Good hotel but ineptitude almost caused us to miss our outgoing flight!! Positives-· The hotel is located in a good location as the beach is within walking distance from the hotel. We were served a welcome drink when we checked in at the hotel. We were provided rooms on the 17th and 18th floors. The rooms were modern and clean. In the bathroom shower, there were no curtains or glass to prevent water from spilling all over the bathroom. Although the breakfast buffet had a lot of items, we had few options for our liking. The views from the rooftop are good though the pool is okayish. Negatives · 1. We had an early morning flight and so on the previous evening, I made a booking with the hotel reception to arrange for a cab to drop us off at the airport. The cab was delayed by over 25 mins and then we were looking for a grab taxi to drop us off at the airport, the hotel asked one of the other vehicles, which was a little small for us, to drop us off at the airport. Also, because of the reunification holidays, the airport was pretty busy that and we would have almost missed our flight. 2. The USD-VND exchange rate offered at this hotel was one of the worst ones in my entire Vietnam trip. 3. Also, because of the reunification holidays, the hotel charged us a 30% surcharge on the regular rates of the cab to drop us at the airport.

Best hotel during my 10 day stay in Vietnam. Absolutely worth the price. From entering the hotel, you will feel valued by the hotel staff. Welcome drink upon entering and rooms were new and cosy. Breakfast is adequate. Location is very close to the popular My Khe beach. Also, about a 10-15 minute walk to the dragon bridge where you get a breathtaking view of the city especially at night! Only negative I can think of is that the photo of the room showed a bath tub when mine didn't

Party of 3 stayed for 3 nights in the double queen sized room. The room is spacious for the three of us. The service is top of the class. Appreciate that there's a different servings of fruits everyday. Less than 10mins walk to the beach, which was great! And there's a rooftop mini swimming pool and bar. Slightly hard to locate as we need to go up the ladders after taking the lift all the way up. Almost feels like we're headed to a secret head quarter.

About 100m from the sea, this is definitely a bang for your buck. The room is nice and clean, staffs are also friendly.

Location is good, rooms are good with a nice view. Very few of the staff speak English. Breakfast options are very less for vegans, only one dish and few fruits

Everything was perfect - location, cleanliness and most of all the service. The staff was super cordial and special mention for Thang for going out of his way to ensure he offered water melon juice without sugar (everyday without it being asked for) , that was really thoughtful of him! Also, thanks to the hotel staff for a free upgrade to the family room. I’ll definitely be back here soon!

Very nice value for money, a super pool with scybar, but like many Hotels in Asia the lack of carpets doesnt help the loud speaking culture of families and hotelstaff in 0635. Didnt bother change room, and its close to the Beach, but renting a Scooter is recommended for sightseeing and gjetting around the bit large city with so many shops and markets. Enjoy!

Great location because of near to beach, adjacent to convenience shop. The breakfast buffet is nice with plenty of choices. The room and bed are ok for hotel at this price range. Overall it is a pleasant stay and recommended for such price range.

The staff were incredible the whole time. Unfortunately, upon reading reviews before submitting my own, I've seen the plumbing issue (both with showers and toilets) was not just because we were on a high floor, but has been an ongoing issue since the beginning, even on lower floors. Other small things like refillable shower wash being completely watered down and a fairly big cut I got from a damaged chair are sad, as the staff really were great.

I booked this hotel because of the perks that came with the room (e.g. early check-in, late check-out, room upgrade, etc). These perks made it worth it the higher price; however, to my surprise. I tried to check in early and I couldn't, then requested. Room upgrade and they couldn't offer it because the hotel was full.. late check out, they could only offer an extra hour. The worst is that they did not provide proper explanations about why. They could not properly communicate in English. The sheets were very dirty, with a lot of spots. The location is good, you can choose other hotels in the area.

Amazing service by the staff, very helpful when we were asking for recommended places to eat and places to go. The location is great with great view and easy access to the beach. Although the noise from the street could still be heard even though we were on the highest floor. The hotel spa was amazing and reasonably priced, I had a Vietnamese massage and it finally got rid of my stiff shoulders. Would recommend to try out the spa in the hotel! Special thanks to nhat le for the great massage!

This place is newly built in 2017. They had great rooms with humongous beds. They helped us with our many needs. Having young kids we wanted the beds pushed together and other things kids needed. They were nothing but accommodating. They had a decent price for exchanging money from US dollars to Vietnam dong. They weren't able to do much, but was still decent. Their rooftop pool is a little small and the slope to the deep end is pretty drastic. It caught us off guard. It was a good laugh.

My original room had very small windows, I would not stay in what is configured as a "twin" room. It has very little natural light. Kindly reception changed me to a room with larger windows. Overall the hotel is quite average. The nicest thing is the rooftop pool. Furnishings are quite cheap, everything is functional, breakfast was edible but not great. I had dirty linen on my bed, the duvet cover and what looked like either vomit or a spilt drink down on the bed valance. This was changed upon me requesting it. Staff are helpful. There are many places to stay in Da Nang. I will not be staying at this hotel again. The hotel is close to the beach. A 5 minute walk away.

Really nice modern hotel. The staff are so nice and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very comfortable with a nice bathroom, and great WiFi. All kept in good order by housekeeping. The breakfast is good, but did tend to run out if items. The pool was really nice with a few loungers and does get some late afternoon sun, the only issue was that some parents did not keep their children under control.

this is by far one of the best hotels we stayed in. When we checked in, my husband and I were greeted with a nice delicious cool beverage. We were escorted to our room and shown how everything works. The bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing! The complimentary breakfast/brunch was delicious. There was a variety of Vietnamese food to choose from and some American food as well. They have a spa that gives excellent massages that will have you falling asleep!! The rooftop pool/bar also has the perfect view of the beach it was so surreal!! The manager and staff were friendly the entire time of our visit. I felt very welcomed and plan to come back and stay here in December!!
