We
stayed
for
two
nights
in
this
hotel.
Overall,
the
staff
are
friendly
and
polite
and
try
their
best
to
greet
you
every
time.
Place
is
new
and
clean.
Breakfast
spread
was
simple
and
satisfactory.
Very
basic
choices
of
Asian
and
Western.
Found
the
bread
to
be
very
thinly
sliced
as
compared
to
other
hotel.
Our
room’s
lounge
chair
was
extremely
damp.
Only
found
out
after
my
wife
sat
on
it.
😡
Had
issues
with
our
room
TV
upon
check
in.
Jerking
and
freezing
pictures.
Called
front
desk
and
technician
was
dispatched
to
our
room
promptly
to
check
on
the
issue.
Was
first
advised
that
the
issue
happen
to
international
channels
only.
Hence,
as
a
overseas
tourist,
am
I
advise
to
watch
local
channels
only?
In
local
Vietnamese
which
I
don’t
understand
at
all?
I
didn’t
take
this
reason
and
questioned
further
and
then
the
technician
found
that
the
same
issue
happen
to
local
channels
too.
Was
next
advised
that
the
issue
was
due
to
weather
and
poor
reception.
Again,
I
didn’t
take
in
this
reason
and
asked
if
the
same
issue
happen
to
all
the
other
rooms
in
the
hotel.
Technician
wasn’t
sure,
by
then
the
guest
relation
officer
who
had
arrived
in
my
room
wasn’t
sure
too.
I
suggest
that
if
this
issue
happens
to
every
room
in
the
hotel
due
to
bad
weather,
then
it
speaks
volume
of
the
set
up
of
the
hotel
itself,
but
if
this
issue
only
happen
to
my
room,
either
you
change
me
a
room
with
a
working
TV
or
you
fixed
the
problem.
After
internal
discussion
between
guest
relation
officer
and
further
checks
by
technician,
I
was
now
told
the
issue
is
likely
with
the
TV
so
they
will
change
a
TV
for
me
to
see
if
the
issue
can
be
resolved.
The
problem
for
the
issue
of
the
TV
change
from
only
selected
international
channels
to
weather
and
now
to
TV
problem.
👏👏👏.
What
is
the
exact
diagnosis
of
the
issue???
I
suggested
instead
of
changing
the
TV,
why
not
try
changing
the
TV
box
or
check
the
wifi
router.
After
awhile,
another
technician
came
with
another
TV
box,
change
out
the
one
in
my
room
and
atlas…
the
TV
is
working
again.
No
issue
with
local
or
international
channels,
no
issue
when
it
is
raining
heavily
outside
and
lastly
no
issue
with
the
TV
but
a
faulty
TV
box.
Great
hotel,
great
location,
polite
staff
but
poor
diagnosis
of
a
simple
issue
with
TV.
The
worse
is
to
receive
excuses
from
hotel
staff
whom
I
felt
are
trained
poorly
to
deal
with
feedback,
I
felt
the
staff
were
more
of
trying
to
push
the
issue
away
rather
than
solving
the
issue.
🤷♂️
Lastly,
as
other
reviews
have
mentioned,
rooms
are
not
sound
proof
at
all,
so
be
ready
to
be
disturbed
by
loud
speaking
guests
or
kids
shouting.
