I give 5 stars to courage them , actually I just want to give 4 stars because I saw my drap, my cover pillows were dirty that seem they weren’t changed for new one. The bathroom floor still have hairs. Exception above things , the hotel are tidy, full furnished , nice view to the sea , a lot of choice for breakfast that included . I hope they will take care more about cleaning room.

We have always had an amazing experience here. This is our second time staying here. We would have given a 6 stars if there were that option. The location is perfect. Right on the beach. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The staff are extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. They are just a bunch of nice people. The breakfast is just flat out awesome. Different Vietnamese noodle soup every day. Best part is it’s included. We always look forward to the breakfast every morning. We highly highly recommend this hotel. When we booked our trip, we booked two different hotels. One for each week. We would have loved it just to stay there for our entire trip, even though the other one is just as nice. Highly highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect for a sea view. The hotel is nice but not lively. I would suggest the hotel management to improve the interior to have nice feel. The service is good. I should mention the receptionist for their excellent support for all our request. I recommend this place for a good stay 👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Nalod Da Nang is one of our favorites if you are looking for a cozy and relaxing accommodation. Our top highlights would be the million dollar view of the Ocean and My Khe Beach, the breakfast buffet, the super nice staffs and clean and soft pillows and sheets. 😍

The Nalod Danang Beach Front is very pleasant n well maintained property. Very neat clean Spacious & A Five Star with Good prices. We stayed with a Family of Four with our twin 11 years boys & would say we thoroughly enjoyed their Hospitality. All facilities in the Property was very good. Hospitality starting from reception front desk bell boys cleaning services etc was top notch. All the Staffs were very polite helpful & courteous making you feel at home. Restaurant Staff were very Friendly Helpful Quick in Service Ever Smiling giving you warmth of a good Holiday. Special Mention for ❤️Miss Tuyen❤️ in the Restaurant. She was Graciously Helpful Ever Smiling even if you ask her repeatedly things you need. So Miss Tuyen thank you so much 😍

Absolutely amazing. Great location and views from floor to ceiling windows. Walk to the beach. Nice pool. Clean, well organized, modern and tastefully furnished rooms. Generous breakfast buffet. After a horrendous experience with another hotel, we where desperate trying to find another hotel at 2 AM! Not only did the reception guy that worked night shift the 26. June help me out, but he gave me one of the best customer service experience ive ever had! Even gave us an upgrade and allowed us to check in that late. The room was amazing with sea view. Breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect. Thank you so much for making our Da Nang trip perfect. We will 110% come back.

The Nalod lies just in front of the beach. It will take you about 90 seconds to get there, depending on how fast you can cross the road. Location wise it's ok, but + points because of the beach. We had a room with a beach view (requested by the wife) which was given. This made the hotel stay more enjoyable! The hotel itself is a bit rundown and you can see the wear. It's still good and the elevators are surprisingly fast. Breakfast was also quite good. There are certain things that stay every day and then some things also change. This ensured that we could always eat something new every day, if we wanted to. My wife also enjoyed the fruit selection very much. All in all we had a pleasant stay that was good.

Fantastic breakfast spread, great service by polite hotel staff. Rooms are clean and not small. Soundproofing is a problem only when you're near the door. Doesn't really bother me. Lots of restaurants/bars/minimarts in the area. Nice view of the beautiful beach to top it all off. Highly recommend.

Great location! Clean. Staff courteous. Noise level surprising. No sound proofing between rooms plus continuous music in corridors adds up. Some concert across the road on the beach made it worse on some days.

We arrived in Da Nang wanting to relax and that we did. This hotel was a great location, situated across from the beach and close to some really good restaurants. The room was spacious and the bathrooms were really nice and clean. We were on the 17th floor and the sound proofing was good. The amenities were great. The pool was nice. The staff had sprinkled rose petals in the bath and on our bed on arrival which was a nice touch. They brought us cakes the night before leaving. The staff were helpful in organising our excursions. The massages were very good and value for money. The breakfast was good, the only thing that would have made it better was some baked beans but only because I’m British. The staff at breakfast and the food and drinks manager Hoang, were lovely. There is Karaoke at the seafood buffet which was a little off putting but the hotel cannot be blamed for the guests dreadful singing leading to audiological hell.

The sound proofing in this hotel is terrible, internally and externally. My first morning I was woken by children running down the corridor - the doors are so paper-thin you can hear every noise not just from the corridor but actually from other bedrooms. My second morning I was woken early by loud music being played through speakers in the corridor - I have never been in a hotel which plays loud music at all times in corridors. I had to complain about this on two occasions, once at about 8am and another at 2am! (yes music playing at 2am from a speaker directly outside my room). Then there is the bandstand with "singers" performing from about 830/9am so loudly they might as well be in the room. The poolside service is non-existent, there is a bar which is manned but the barman never comes over to ask if you want anything, you must always go to the bar, they never clear glasses or plates, you must take them to the bar. It's not that they are busy, they are sitting doing nothing most of the time or watching tv on their phone! There is not a lot near the hotel so location wise I would stay further south in the My An area of Da Nang which has more bars, food places and cafes.

Great sea view and clean enough! Air conditioning is good in room but a bit hot in the breakfast area. Gym machine seems old and broken, should use carefully. Swimming pool is excellent and got sunshine starting in the afternoon, it’s closed to the beach.

3 nights stay over Christmas and we were very well taken care of. Christmas Eve Buffet dinner was amazing, you could see everyone was very proud of what they had put together, and with good reason! Hoang the manager was particularly attentive, checking in and making sure we had a fantastic stay. Couldn't fault the hospitality of all the staff, very helpful and friendly at all times.

Good location and clean hotel . Spacious room with great seaview but Sadly no balcony and cannot even open the window. Breakfast just so so ( due to covid period certainly) . + Bathroom with bath and shower - Poor wifi ( slow and dis.connect all the time ) and bad soundproofing ( especially from the bathroom) .can hear other rooms conversation or discussion in corridor
