Good place for coffee. good location as well

Basically Vietnamese Starbucks. Good for when you're tired and just want a coffee and guaranteed English service after spending the day bumbling your way through the markets with your infant-level Vietnamese. The coffee is great, but a bit more expensive than the coffee ladies in the street. No more expensive than the usual cafe fare and always consistent, as franchises tend to be.

Stopped in for a quick snack and got the Caramel Freeze and Tiramisu. The drink is ok, kinda strong and has jelly at the bottom, the tiramisu is average compared to slices I had had in other countries

EXPECTED A BIT MORE Seeing that it’s a crowded cafe chain, we decided to give this a try. I had an iced americano but was quite disappointed - it was diluted and quite washed down. However, the service was quite fast and many locals go there - I’m guessing it’s like Tim Hortons for Canada.

I visited Highland Coffee in Indochina Mall for a quick break and I had an average experience. The location was good, as it was in a busy and convenient mall with many shops and entertainment options. The customer service was also good, as the staff was polite and attentive, and they served my order quickly and correctly. The coffee was decent, but not outstanding. It was hot and fresh, but it lacked flavor and aroma. I also tried their banh mi, which was okay, but not very filling or satisfying. The price was reasonable, but not very cheap. The ambiance was nice, but not very cozy or relaxing. It was noisy and crowded, and the music was too loud. The wifi was fast and reliable, but the outlets were limited and hard to find. The overall experience was not bad, but not great either. It was just average.

This joint is a popular Vietnamese coffee joint. I've always encountered a resemble crowd of happy patrons. It isn't "my" coffee joint, but I can't say anything bad about. I will say this; the coffee I ordered had gelatin in it. Not my thing, but I'm told it's very popular amongst young Vietnamese.

The atmosphere of the cafe is good and the staff are very kind. They take out the trash and respond with a smile. There are many people, but the a few table was always empty, and the number of floors was divided into three, so it has a mood. Coffee has strong roasting and cookies and cream smoothies have jelly in them, so there will be differences in the standards of taste. It's good to order various menus and I recommend it.

Highlands Coffee has no good banh mi anymore it looks more like a cigar in a paper bag, the drinks are ok.

The coffee is the same as this is a chain cafeteria. However, this place has a good view, opposite the river and right at the corner of a shopping center. There is one down side: this place is so crowded and you rarely can have an outdoor table without waiting.

The drinks were delicious, I loved the cream cheese coffee (45K), it's awesome. The service was slow, because I had to wait about 10 min for a coffee. The atmosphere was amazing, the chairs were super comfy. The music was romantic. All of this worth the reasonable prices they had there.

Absolutely disgusting.. They make tons of money only to pollute eniornment? How come they use plastic mugs for indoor drinking?

Space is good but 0 star for the staff here.

Large, have table for group. Quality coffee which you should try when staying in Vietnam.

Condensed milk coffe and lime juice are really nice! Ban mi in not good. Don't choose new released green tea beverage!
