I'm living near this neighborhood. These people torturing us with their sound system, some time until midnight. They don't mind creating trouble for other people as long as they having fun and making money. Inconsiderate, ignorance, selfish peoples

Stopped in here for a cup of coffee...the staff was sitting around playing cards and pool. I was gonna leave because I didn't think they were open, but they told me they were. Ordered a cup of hot coffee which arrived in a mug, but was ice cold. Unexcusable for there to be so much staff but they seem to be more interested in playing on their phones or with each other than taking care of customers. From their marketing I was expecting a friendly environment but I left feeling like the Trip 66 staff is more interested in hanging out than doing their job. Strange environment that is desperate for customers, but also they think they are too cool for their customers. I left with a very poor impression. Was gonna come here for open mic, but the way I was treated, I guess you have to be one of their friends to be welcomed. This has been one of the rare experiences I've had in Danang where I felt unwelcome.

- There are live and open mic nights currently on every Tuesdays and Thursdays It's quite special because you can go up and not just to sing as karaoke but also play the guitars or their drumset or simply sing your newly composed song like one of the artists. It can get quite packed. - There is a decent pool table to play but it is usually taken by the locals, so it will be fun to join them. - There will be a banh mi corner on the side of the street as for food on those nights ( not always) and they say it is quite tasty. I had a chance to talk to the "bread bringer" but didn't feel lucky enough to try his banh my myself. - Sometimes if the weather is not "agréable" then the place can get a little hostile and I was sweating but couldn't find a nice spot with fan. They could use two more fans on the poles in my photos. - My mistake of using the women's bathroom because the staff told me it should be the one. For men, please go to the left side behind the stairs. Still prefer using the women's one because it is a bit cleaner but please don't make the same mistake like I did. - The décor stands absolutely for its name. You can come to see The Trip 66 - Jungle Bar hopefully soon. I totally recommend it, especially on those live music days. Just do not come alone because comers seem to know each other very well. - Still don't know what the upstairs look like. Please help update

I love this place. Great live music. Open, intimate space. Great for getting your dance on. Usually music happens on Tuesday nights. Right near the beach. Cheap drinks and good times at the trip. Highly recommend whilst you're in da nang

Great fun if you like to watch bands. Open mic sessions on Thursdays are popular and when the right blend of musicians turn up, can make for a really fun night!....

Visited on a day when a live band was playing and it really was awesome. Music was great, crowd was friendly and ready for a good time. I dont know how the vibe would be if there wasn't a band playing that night tho.... Beers are 30,000vd. If you're not drinking, I reccomend their aloe Vera drink. Oh, wear mosquitoes repellant as the mossies are hungry!

I recently visited Trip 66 Danang bar and had an average experience. The drinks were good and reasonably priced, but the atmosphere wasn't as inviting as I had hoped. While the location is convenient, I wasn't completely satisfied with my overall experience. I would rate this bar 3 out of 5 stars.

Open mic on every Thursday night at 8:30pm, nice place to chill, listen to music and have a drink.

Tien is such an amazing host! The open setting is very comfortable from someone coming from an island community. The music is always good and the drinks are cheap. I will for sure come back. There is a pool table and a foosball table available to use. Easily the best bar in vietnam!

Heard murmurs of an open mic night so we went along and it was such a good time, I got the opportunity to play and with everyone being very welcoming and supportive of one another it was an unforgettable night! Drinks are ok price wise and the staff were helpful when i got given the wrong mixer and changed it without fuss. The house band are class also!

Great little locals bar, mainly beer, not far from beach. Younger crowd, hip, surfer vibe, pool table. Nice vibe and outdoor patio, shaded. Play cool music and has a pool table.

Outward-facing bar (no walls) on a corner near My Khe beach on the edge of the touristy area where many westerners live and play. An area for a band (not raised) with an area in front for standing or dancing. Old, used furniture. The best seating to watch and hear the band was across the small side street. Helpful staff. Live music with no cover. The bar was limited to alcohol drinks and soda pop. The fruit juices, smoothies, and other drinks on the menu were not available. Soda pop was cheap at 20k. No food. The rock and roll band, the Steins, was the reason we went there. They were great!

Great staff, always has good music and drink prices. I wish the seating was more comfortable then i would spend a lot more time here.

Decent establishment, which had a live band playing for around 2 hours. I'm told they have a lot of musical nights, and the owner expressed to me that he wanted to make it a prominent venue for live music in the near future. The drinks are reasonably priced. The decor is beachy. There is a pool table. It's quite a relaxing space of an early evening. The main downsides is that the bar is quite small, so expect wait times when busy. Also, there is no draught beer, but there are plenty of cocktails, spirits and bottled beverages. It's definitely a good place to go and listen to some tunes over a beer.

The place looks like it's the Old Town Las Vegas decoration theme. Food looks good. Service staff and PR are attentive. It's the music I don't like, again it's the frgin Vina.. 😂 Don't care for it. Stayed about 30 minutes then jetted. Uninterested.
