L’Italiano
is
more
than
a
very
good
Italian
restaurant;
it’s
an
amazing
dining
experience!
The
Italian
food
is
authentic,
the
service
is
outstanding
and
the
atmosphere
is
charming.
Carmine,
the
owner,
is
from
Italy
and
along
with
his
wife,
Mit
and
their
staff,
they
have
created
a
little
piece
of
Italy
in
Đà
Nẵng.
We
were
greeted
outside
as
we
arrived
on
our
motorbike.
The
waiter
directed
me
to
a
parking
area
and
then
escorted
my
guest
to
a
table.
The
owner,
Carmine
immediately
came
over
to
our
table,
greeted
us
and
reviewed
the
specials.
Make
sure
to
come
early
as
their
very
popular,
homemade
lasagna
and
gnocchi
do
sell
out
toward
the
end
of
the
evening.
We
ordered
the
homemade
pesto
and
cherry
tomato
pizza.
Wow,
such
a
flavorful
pizza.
L’Italiano’s
pizza
is
thin
with
a
nice
crispy,
chewy
crust.
Everyone
has
their
favorite
style
of
pizza,
but
style
aside,
this
is
really
good
pizza
with
high-quality
toppings.
For
dessert
we
had
the
tiramisu.
L’Italiano's
tiramisu
is
moist
and
creamy,
with
a
nice
balance
of
flavors.
The
margarita,
red
wine,
limoncello
and
amaro
we
had
to
drink
were
all
excellent.
To
top
things
off,
Carmine
plays
the
guitar
and
sang
a
few
songs.
He
is
very
good
about
interacting
with
his
guests
and
making
sure
everyone
has
a
wonderful
dining
experience.
Overall
we
felt
that
L’Italiano
was
an
excellent
value
for
the
quality
of
food,
excellent
service
and
great
atmosphere.
We
will
definitely
will
be
coming
back
and
thank
Carmine,
Mit
and
the
staff
for
their
generosity
and
making
us
feel
like
part
of
the
family.
I
highly
recommend
L’Italiano.
We
came
back
to
try
the
lasagna.
The
taste
and
flavor
was
delicious;
however
the
noodles
were
a
bit
over-cooked,
thin
and
not
many
layers.
I
prefer
a
more
solid,
firm
lasagna
or
at
least
more
layers
of
noodles.
This
however,
did
not
take
away
from
the
quality,
and
I
would
not
hesitate
to
order
it
again.
